I was loyal to another Kwik Kar location before I moved to the Dallas area. I figured I d give this one a shot to see if the service was similar. I m pleased with my experience. I was greeted in a friendly and timely manner. The gentleman who helped me with my oil change did make a few recommendations of things my car needed or will need soon. It didn t feel like a pushy add-on sale though. It seemed like genuine advising, which I do appreciate because I don t know much about cars, and my vehicle has high mileage. The gentleman who took my payment was also pleasant. I plan on going back for my back brakes and an alignment.

I noticed that my front driver side tire needed air. Went to the gas station next to the Kwik Kar Lube and unfortunately the air tire fitting broke on while I was trying to fill my tire with air.. and all the air from my tire just gone. Thankfully Kwik Kar's mechanic Joe was there when I pulled up. I explained my situation, he filled my tire fast, and noticed there was a nail in my tire. He removed the nail and patched up my tire, checked all my other tires and everything was good. Thank you so much Joe! You truly are a lifesaver! I highly recommend going to Kwik Kar.

Big fan of the service offered at this place. Chris is an excellent asset to Kwik Kar and I was highly impressed with his business ethics, positive attitude, and knowledgeability. With my car, the rear brakes failed, and Chris managed to get me set straight. A few weeks later and I needed more help and yet again Chris and the Kwik Kar staff were back to help me. They are efficient, honest, and fast and the work they do is quality work! Thank you Chris and team! Will definitely be returning here to do business with y'all in the future because of Chris.

Absolute top notch work. Extremely efficient, well managed and top quality work being done here. Came here close to closing time and unlike Take5 or Firestone, these folks are truly working to build a customer base. They take care of the customer and ensure we are 100% satisfied when we leave.I recently moved here and needed a reliable place for my 2011 Audi and not only were they able to take care of my needs but are also VERY knowledgeable with Audis. Surprised at the fact that a franchise or multi location setup would have such good quality staff and work. Facility is also extremely well maintained and clean. Would 100% recommend them for future work.

Came in for an oil. Great, efficient and quick place. Workers are fast paced and communication is great. Management is very friendly and nice. The waiting room is very comfortable. They ll take great care of your car here

These folks are what I've come to expect from Kwik Kar. Super friendly, quick and professional service, and they even took my car in a few minutes before 8. Tough to find a better value for oil changes.

I would highly recommend anyone to this place of service. Our service technician Joe was very knowledgeable about our car and helped us to save money on the parts we needed. Fantastic service.. was told originally 4-5 hours long. They accommodated me and knocked it out within hour and a half... mind you Noone else was here. But I truly appreciate the speedy service that was given.

I m not usually a fan of chain Auto services. However in the case of this shop on Greenville. I was beyond happy, Sam and the entire staff there were knowledgeable understanding and not trying to upsell me on the wheel alignment my car desperately needed. Service was excellent, they did a great job, and did it quickly. Was a greatly experience there. Can t explain how appreciative I am.Thank you guys

Subject: Disappointing Experience with Service and PricingI recently had an unfortunate experience with the service provided by Kwik Kar Lube & Wash Dallas. I initially received a quote for the service, but upon completion, I was charged a different price, which was significantly higher than the initially agreed-upon amount.To make matters worse, I discovered a charge of $50 for changing an air filter, a service that was not adequately communicated during the initial discussion. This unexpected overcharge has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the overall experience.I believe in transparent and fair pricing, and unfortunately, this experience has left a negative impression on the integrity of Kwik Kar Lub & Wash Dallas I hope the company takes steps to address such discrepancies in the future and ensures that customers are provided with accurate information and fair pricing from the outset.

The only place I trust with my car in Texas! I ve gone multiple times and the staff is extremely patient and nice plus they always explain what s happening with my car in a way I can understand. 10/10 recommend for all of your car services!

Came to this Kwik Kar location and was immediately impressed. As soon as I got there the gentleman came to greet me and asked what I was in for today. He gave me a time frame and an estimate of what the cost would be for the service. Professionalism at its finest!! Will definitely be returning.

So I literally just came and got a tune-up on my Nissan Altima and Dillon was very helpful and friendly. I also got my transmission oil checked because my Nissan dip stick was locked and they helped me with that. I'll definitely be back for future car needs. I'll recommend it to my family and friends. Beautiful services, they are so professional and friendly. You can t leave there unsatisfied. I recommend you all for all your vehicles inquiries !! The BEST.Don t know where to write another review so I m editing this one.I really wanted to say Big Thanks especially to Dillon and his staff for the quality job they did. On Saturday I was Visiting Dallas and needed catalytic convertor to be replaced with 2 oxygen sensors and was quoted $1255 after almoat 45 min wait .Decided to shop around then came back to them and asked them to take care of it since I needed to go back to my hometown which was more than 2 hours away.Waited around 30 min to be told that they gave me wrong price and it would be $1630 since they gave price for off brand convertor but they are using pricy one .I told them that they gave me price of $1200 and that is why I came back .Increase of price by $400 is crazy .Guy said he will see what he can do .Manager said they can not honor price and I would have to wait till Monday to get off brand convertor for original price .I told them I was visiting Dallas 3 times and can not wait till Monday and still would not honor price after wasting my time like that .If you are a woman do not go there .I know nothing about cars and I think they can tell

These guys were great. First experience with this company and being from out of state they quickly and efficiently with no hassle started to troubleshoot our issue. They did not try to overcharges diagnostics to get us back on the road. I appreciate good people in the auto service industry. They are really on their job and knowledgeable. Thank you.

I hadn t even walked in the building when I was being offered assistance with my inspection request. Everything was super smooth and quick. Will definitely be coming back.
