In a hurry went to state inspection they asked me insurance I showed them good told to have seat then after one guy call me after 10 min told there is nothing to do with state inspection but you need to change brake oil and coolant good for car he said politely for 300 dollars i told them I don t have cash on me right now now the game changes he failed me and told yours tires are no good he telling to change tires atleast each tire like 150 i said will come back and went to other guy with in 5 min he pass me they are completely frauding people i don t what they are doing with Spanish people

Inspector on duty claimed he couldn't do my car inspection because of a crack in my windshield. Took my car to the place that has been servicing the car for years with the crack no problem. The guy had just come back from lunch and didn't want to work. So sad. Just saw the reply. There was a typo. But I definitely had the right location. Thanks for the reply!;

Cheap staff, cheap work. Especially the short midget Hispanic dude.Got an oil change & headlight replaced. Both went out in 45 days. Oil light came back on & headlight went out.I was also quoted unnecessary work on my brake pads & valve cover gasket. Got a 2nd & 3rd opinion from Meineke and Pep Boys, and my car needs zero extra work.The guys that work here have a garbage attitude & will probably be deported or shot.

So a star rating is REQUIRED in order to write a review but truthfully it s ZERO. My service date was 10/15/22, Saturday morning @ 8am.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. The employees and what appeared to be either the owner or manager all standing around laughing, playing and eating, while one person (out of 5 others) was trying to work on two vehicles.Today, 10/18/22 I drove my car to the mailbox, when walking back I saw something leaking underneath my car, imagine that my oil filter is leaking. In all the years I have NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES AFTER GETTING A OIL CHANGE WITH MY OIL FILTER LEAKING but I went to this Kwik Kar on Frankfort @ Preston now I have an ISSUE and on top of that I need to get the car back to that location to resolve the issue. As you can see from the posted picture if not ALL/ MOST OF THE OIL HAS DRAINED FROM MY ENGINE!!!!Service: Oil change

Best oil change place ever!!! Everywhere was closed for the holiday, they got me in right away and in and out in minutes. They even gave me a discount and discount code for being a new customer! Tony the owner is phenomenal and also owns the Old Denton location, so happy to have a good place to go now being new to the area!

Called ahead and asked for a state inspection, they told me there s no wait and to come in. Once I got there , short Hispanic guy(didn t get his name) told me state inspection would be $50, when I argued and said it s $25, he laughed and then told me to go elsewhere, because the state inspection machine wasn t working, while there was another car getting inspected. Feel bad for the owner, losing out on business cause his techs are trying to make a quick buck.

work done on 04/29/2022Bad service. I felt discriminated against by the manager. I bought a Groupon to align my car. They made me go three different days because they did not have space to serve me. the last day I went and they told me that I had to wait 4 hours to do my work. I said yes, I was waiting. they do not like it. They did my job in 15 minutes and as of today my car has damaged two tires on the driver's side forward. I'm sure they treated me in such a bad way. for the fact of having bought the Groupon and not having gone directly. What do they offer Groupon for if they're not going to do their job right? I will upload the photos of the diagnosis and of the two damaged tires in the next comment.Here you can see how it is damaging the second tire. and how it should be. since they are tires that I bought the same day.

** Scam Alert **If you need an inspection do not I repeat do not take your vehicle here for an inspection.The tall fat Indian guy with skin pigment issues on his face, will find any issue to fail your vehicle.Particularly if the light housing has condensation inside even though the light still works!!!

I came here for a state inspection, and at best the inspection was sketchy. The time they took was reasonable, and the people were friendly, but they told me they could not pass my car unless I bought a new windshield wiper. I looked up the rules on this, and at best this can be called a very conservative translation of the state rules, at worst unethical up selling

Stopped by to get my state inspection done. David the service manager informed me that my vehicle was due for an oil change and he suggested some new brakes. I was hesitant at first but he did reassure me that it will help increase the life of my vehicle and informed me of the safety. Once I agreed to it they got in it right away. Very fast and friendly service, I came back and brought my wives car also. 100% recommend them. Thank you David and crew.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

The oil change was very quick. The lady there showed me a few other things that I should get fixed or replaced like the air filter and windshield wipers. I didn t know if they actually needed to be fixed or if she was trying to up-sell me, but she didn t really push it. It seemed like more of a recommendation. I went in for alignment they had advertised. Young guy said I needed my struts done..I told him I just had whole front end replaced tie rods, ball joints, struts everything..they should it be an issue. Then they asked if I wanted oil change bc car saying I was due, asked manager David if they would match price I had from Christian Brothers, he agreed..they did oil change too. After that I noticed oil puddles everywhere..took my car back to them..they pointed out that head gasket leaking, oil pressure sensor etc needed to be done..nothing about the oil plug that they were last to touch..that I asked them to check if maybe they didn't get in correctly. I had never left any oil puddles like these until after this oil change. I took my car to my mechanic..he said yes those were small leaks..but the major puddles I am seeing will still be there bc of the oil plug on the oil pan..if the last one to oil change will not admit they damaged it...and he gave me a picture to show kwik kar again to give them one more chance..but I think I gave them a chance and they pointed out other things and did not fess up. I saw how that young guy had several guys around him trying to figure out what to say. I paid my mechanic to fix ALL that kwik kar manager David said was my problem..I am STILL leaking oil puddles. SHAME on kwik kar for not admitting the oil pan plug damaged. Now I'm having to replace the oil pan. SHAME on kwik kar for charging for alignment..when I came back second time the young guy said he could not do one on my car..you never offered to correct not refund for alignment you never did.Here is a picture of how they tried to use blue goop around the oil plug to stop the oil leak they created..now I'm buying new oil pan and replacing it .BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION I feel like u gave them an opportunity to come clean on anything..they denied ALL of it.

Nothing to complain about. I made an appointment and went in for a four wheel alignment. They took of my car and centered out my sterling wheel in under 40 minutes. Cost was lower than a lot of other places. I went to other places before and they could never get my steering wheel centered but this place did.

DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! I went to this place for an oil change on Saturday 3/20/21. The manager DAVID told me that I also needed a new battery and an alternator. He told me that I needed both because one will not work without the other. I questioned several times the job and the cost. He originally quoted me around $800. Being that I am a female that he could clearly see knew nothing about cars he took advantage of that to get me do do repairs to my-repairs my car DID NOT NEED!! He installed fear in me by telling me a story of another lady that supposedly didn't do as he advised and later had to be rescued by them from the side of the road. At one point I said wait because I texting with a fried back home, when I said wait, the person working on my car said it was to late something about there was only one volt holding the alternator...and went back to why I needed to make these repairs. pretended that he was looking out for me by lowering the price to $706. I was really confused because the only thing that my was showing signs that it needed was an oil change. It didn't make sense to me. When they were done, as I was pulling away I started calling mechanics back home that I knew and every single one of them, 7 total, after asking me a series of questions, all the signs that I should've seen, all 7 mechanics agreed that I did not need any of it. They could clearly see how this place took advantage of me because I am a female. Next day I went to get my parts that they removed. They did not want to give me the parts. David the manager told one of the workers to let me take it so that he can call the cops for theft. I had to buy back MY old parts. This is the same man that after his boss left whispered that had I asked him on the side he would given me a lower price and do it for me. After paying for them I went to 4 auto zones to have them tested and my parts passed. The last place tested my alternator 4 times. I have asked the manager to refund me my money. I have expressed that I don't want to have to take him to court, or post on social media but after a bunch of excuses and how they were right not the people I call, he is not saying that I have to go let them put my parts back if I want a refund. I will NEVER go back there AGAIN! I have contacted KWIK Industries and expressed to them that I am trying to get my money and go away, to let him know that I will not go away without a fight. I didn't want to take him to court, I didn't want to contact the better business bureau. I am also ready to contact the news and have started to post on moms facebook groups. Where one of the moms said that they did the same to her, cost her $500. On my post I have attached all of the reviews where others have had similar experience. Attached are pictures of my post with the whole story. These people are crooks and not smart ones. Instead of just giving me my money back so that I could go away, he forgetting that I have the old parts and the proof and other moms that can vouch that they did the same to them, he wants a fight. The nice lady that I am that told him several times that I didn't want to cause him problem, just wanted my money back...well now he is going to see the NYC gal in me give him a fight. See in court sir! ...and please don't come back responding to me through here, when you know I won't be able to respond...btw I was reading through your reviews and the responses, perhaps with all the money that you're stealing from the ladies that go there, perhaps you can use it to hire someone to respond in a professional manner. responding LOL or responding on behalf of a customer that wrote a bad reviews shows how ignorant you are....again, see you in court.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Battery, Oil change

I used to love this place when I didn t have time to go to the dealership but the lack of service is ridiculous. All these teenagers just sitting around watching you stand there waiting for service then they walk away so you don t see them. Just lazy. 3 other women walked up AFTER me while I ve been waiting for already 20 minutes and they walked up to the desk quickly to assist them. Just rude. Do not waste your money here. Poor customer service.Another guy told me to park my own car then he would come and get my keys from me and never did. He began to assist other customers and never got my keys from me. So now all these other cars are in front of me and I m still sitting here and you never added my keys to the ORDER of service. Unprofessional! So done! Walked out after I posted this. Ridiculous

They are biggest thief. i went to them yesterday for the coolant flush, He saw my casket was broken and coolant was leaking. Even after that, he first changed the coolant and then told me casket is leaking. When i told i will take my car to dealer then they told you need to pay for flush as we have already did it. If you change the part with us it will be less costly now as you have to pay now

they upsold me for a $100 coolant flush telling me I had no coolant in the car when only the overflow tank was empty and the radiator was full. they didn't even flush it. they just topped the tank off

They're good on the technical side only!However, on the customer handling, I highly dont recommend it. This is what happened to me. I went over with my Groupon voucher. After they're done with maintenance service, they rejected the voucher and made me go through all the hassles, trying to return the voucher, then charged my $80.

Bait and switch. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I should have read more reviews regarding Groupon. They never meant to honor Groupon but just to get you to there and then make it like it was Groupons fault. A glitch they say. I have been doing software for 30 years and this is no glitch. Since they won t honor the Groupon you would end up paying full price for the oil change if your coupon is no longer refundable. Luckily for me I got my refund and drove away as quickly as I could. I knew it was a a scam.

I went here because it was the cheapest oil change in my area. Their model is to upsale you on stuff they claim needs to be fixed. This time they told me my brake fluid needed to be filled ($99) and my air filters needed to be replaced. I took it to my friend's garage. We THINK they threw dirt in my air filter to try to convince me to fix it with them and the brake fluid needed a small top-off. Corporate will be hearing from me.Service: Oil change

I brought my car to this store to get an annual state inspection. After a few minutes, the guy at the front desk returns my car saying he cannot pass inspection because of a small crack in my windshield. When I told him its been there for years and never been a problem, he said "oh wow, well you better take it back to wherever you went before". What a joke. The crack does not obstruct vision at all, which is why it has passed inspection the last few years. All is good, I'll take my business elsewhere. Immediately after leaving this store, I drove over to Washguys Automotive And Lube around the corner. And what do you know? My car passed with no issues!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION!!! I was on my way to work and I ended up getting a flat so I stopped at this place. I only needed one tire but he convinced me to buy 2 . I was the first person in line but they skipped me and did the car behind mines because he was paying cash and they keep the cash for themselves. The guy begged me to pay cash for a discount so he could keep my money too and told me to walk to 7/11 .. I said no because I really wanted to hurry and get to work. IT TOOK OVER 1 HOUR TO CHANGE THE TIRE!! Then as soon as I left the lot ... the low tire pressure light came on. But I was extremly late for work so I had no choice but to keep driving... so I wouldn't lose my job. i called and told them what happened and they said I could not get another tire argued with me after I spent 140 dollars for 2 tires. THEY SELL BAD TIRES . DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT MAJOR PROBLEMS WRONG WITH YOUR CAR OR BAD TIRES AND PARTS.. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF TOO!! TERRIBLE PLACE!!!Service: Tires

Came here to get an oil change and Colten was great! Even helped me with some other problems on my truck. If you go ask for Colten he definitely knows what he s doing!
