4 hours to replace brake pads. There was NO communication. I kept asking how much longer and Wa lied to every single time. I will NEVER come here again. The girl at the front was unprofessional. The mechanics were clueless.

I have done state inspections for my Motorcycles at this location - one of very few non-dealer shops to offer this service - for last 10 years and always had a good experience. Fairly quick service and fun interactions with the folks that work there. Highly recommended!

From beginning to end I could not express the gratitude I have for the service this place provides! As soon as I pulled up I was greeted by a friendly technician and the cashier was really nice . The technicians also mentioned a service that was due and were not pushy to sale it. I recommend to everyone!!!! The best

Dillon at the Greenville location was extremely nice and had great customer service. Came in for an oil change and it took no time at all. I will definitely be coming back in the future, quick and easy!

Joe helped me out with my Tesla model 3 for my safety inspection. He was easy to talk to and first impression was good. He was understanding my interlock situation for the car and worked with me to make sure the process was simple as possible.

This has been a less than impressive experience and it was not Kwik. I had come early before work because it was the only time I would have free and it was just a few minutes away from my job. First I was greeted by a man who looked upset and did not smile. Being the only person there when I arrived it took over half an hour for my oil change (about 5 minutes after they started someone arrived for an inspection and about 15 minutes after them, someone else arrived for other car problems). At one point I saw a tech who had opened my hood pacing in front of my vehicle talking on the phone. I am not used to oil changes taking so long especially when there are no other vehicles upon arrival and no others at all getting the same service. It took a new employee arriving and taking over for me to get my vehicle. I got $5 off for your wait . It does not make up for being half an hour late to work.

The store manager and crew have exceeded my expectations!! I had a very over-priced quote from the dealership with no feeling of quality assurance - QuickCar met my service needs above and beyond explaining every detail. I was very extremely satisfied and my trust was gained. I be a loyal customer!

I have used this location for the last 12 years for my car inspections, oil changes, and regular maintenance. My family has been loyal even longer than that. Under new management and the staff tried to take advantage of me by strongly suggesting I needed new breaks and a long list of other flushes. I took my car to my in-laws shop and was told my breaks were nearly in brand new condition. I have heard the break scam has been a complaint of others on NextDoor from this location in particular.

I was yelled at, treated like a child and It was my first time ever being at a Kwik Kar.It all started with them not telling me how much I was being charged and then being screamed at by the manager at the store where I did not deserve to be treated that way.I did not appreciate the way I was treated.Addendum:I was contacted by the owner Sammer who contacted me and did his best to make things right.I would recommend to anyone that is having any issue in the present moment to have the manager contact the owner because it will deescalate the situation.My feelings about the matter went from 1 star to 3.

BEWARE!!! if needing a State of Texas Vehicle Registration Renewal Inspection. I drove my car to this location at 6424 Greenville Ave., Dallas, TX on Tuesday, February 6, 2024 to secure an inspection check in order to apply for my 2024 Safety Inspection. They drove my car into the area for the inspection and after about 20-25 minutes, the tech approached me and told me my brakes were "squeaking and it was 'metal on metal'", and I needed a brake replacement before they could approve my car for the inspection.. I was in total shock, as I have never heard any such "squeaking sound", plus I had just replaced my brakes within the past year. The new brakes had less than 5000 miles logged. I informed the tech and the "manager" they were wrong. . I left there and drove home and NEVER heard any "squeak" or "metal on metal" sound. I called the mobile company that installed my brakes and they sent out a tech and we removed every wheel and checked the brake pads.. Every pad still looked NEW. We took pictures as proof. I also drove an additional 45 miles around and still never heard a squeak. I took my car to another shop for inspection on Wednesday, February 7, 2024 and "passed" with 100% GOOD!!. I went back to Kwik Care Auto Care Center after my successful inspection to confront the "manager". He was in total denial and swore that "everybody heard the "squeaks" and "metal on metal".. They were just seeking to scare me into another brake replacement!! I am currently informing the Better Business Bureau of Dallas and the State of Texas Attorney General's Office on Consumer Affairs of this scam!! BEWARE!!

got quoted nearly $700 to change one spark plug and one coil pack. I literally went home ordered everything I needed from Amazon for under $40 to do all the coil packs and all the spark plugs not just one and the job took me about 10 minutes. What a rip off this place is..

People was nice and welcoming. Had a minor miscommunication for some services but all was worked out. Management especially AK was very professional and was concerned on how my service went. This place earned alot of my respect and I'll definitely will be going back.

I have to drive an hour to get the best oil change service, but it's worth it! Outstanding service, they go above and beyond, and handle all ur auto care need. They spotted damage that I didn't even know about and discussed options to resolve the issue with me. They will be doing all my work from now on!! Depending on where u live, I suggest the same. Don't forget to ask for Kassidy, ull know her by her beautiful smile!

Had my radiator flushed by their mechanic, drove 5 mins away & my SUV overheated. Took the vehicle back & spoke with the manager Daniel. Very rude & never once apologized for the whole purpose of even being inconvenienced. No people skills whatsoever! If I didn't know any better, to pull over, my engine would of blown out. DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE FOR SERVICE THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING!

Beware, they will upsell services that aren t needed, especially to (seemingly) unsuspecting Senior Citizen women. Don t waste your time with them. They get incentive pay for upselling.
