Pratt and his team are the best. They were able to install a 6 lift and new wheels/tires in a day, even with a 2 hour rain delay. They were flexible with timing and knew exactly what I was looking for. Keep in mind, this was also done on a 35 year old truck. I cannot recommend them enough!

Love Pratt, met him on fb I m from Tennessee I went to Texas for a family trip he did a 6inch lift got her done the next day. Went to Texas again for a quick trip and he lifted her up 3 more inches had some problems but Pratt was quick to fix them he took care of my truck like if it was his own Pratt and the team here are awesome

Great job and great customer service. Pulled up to the shop in distress because my brakes started making noises. John was able to help me out and diagnose my problem. Left the shop within 30 minutes and will get my repeat business.

Manager was so nice bought me a cokeAnd tires were on before I new it, the young did a pro job. NTB tire company tried to make additional $450.00 off me for a smaller tire.

My husband and I went this Saturday and James was very informative and helpful! I recommend this place 100%. James worked very patiently with us and answered all our questions. He didn't try to rush or push us to get extra things than what we were looking for. We will be returning in the future for any rims or tires! Thx James!

I had a cracked rim and bought a replacement one from this shop. Well, they didn't order the correct one, it looked the same but the fitment was off. I went back the next day to return the wheel but they didnt want to (even though it was their mistake). Finally, they said they would take it back but would keep $120 (40%) since it was already mounted. The wheel was mounted less than 24 hours and it was them who ordered the wrong one. Save your money and don't make my mistake of going to them. Go ANYWHERE else!Response: I was only shown a picture of the wheel through the computer screen, not in person since they had to order it from the warehouse. Also, the damaged wheel was my original one, the one you sold me was returned the next day with no damage and was driven less than 20 miles total.

I ordered asantis and paid with progressive just for them to tell me they got only 3 wheels a week later...then didn't want to cancel order because it was policy..then ordered me another set of wheels that were $800 cheaper but still charged me the asantis price. Be cautious when ordering wheels that they don't have in stock.

Prices are good beat just about everyone I went to. Service was horrible I gave 10 percent down and the rims were suppose to come in 2 days. No one ever called me when I called them they acted like they didn't know who I was. Stole all valve stem covers off My old rims and didn't put any on the new ones. Very very unprofessional but best prices I found in Dallas.

I been doing business with Popeye for yrs. I hv drove from Louisiana many tymes for rims. Never left mad. I even had some mailed 2 me. Popeye gv me a website. Showed me the rims and we made the transaction. He even gv me the tracking info. They came ready to put on. Love this place. The best in dallas..

This place is horriblebad customer serviceWent to get rims with my wife for her car was told the rims will be ready Friday 4 weeks agoThen the date moved to Tuesday went to get rims installed and rims did not fit !!! They ordered rims for the wrong car. So then we were told Tuesday, then weds, then Friday, then no call back then won't answer then wasn't there now we can't contact him at all!! Bad business and piss poor attitude!! I would never go to this place or recommend anyone to come here unless u wanna lose 500$He also said after a month of not giving us what we paid for he won't give us a refund because he said he already paid for the rims but we don't want the rims anymore or his service, we never received the rims or a refund nor has he contacted us at all in the last 4 days thanks guys for ripping my wife off for 500$
