EXCELLENT SERVICE!! I had a worn-out tire due to me needing an alignment. They didn't have my odd size but they were willing to order. The techs put on my spare free of charge! Thanks for your help!

Got some used tires but they were basically brand new, my man Brandon worked with me and got me a great deal for just my 2 back tires. I highly recommend coming and getting tires through this company and specifically the one at this location 628 S R L Thornton Freeway Service Rd, Dallas, TX 75203 !

IF I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS I WOULD. BEAWARE OF THIS BUSINESS, THEY ARE SHADY. I am not going to identify the type of car, but recently I brought over a very expensive car for a service that should only take a couple of hours, they gave me a time from for a couple of days. That was not the issue though. After I dropped the car off, THEY BLOCKED MY NUMBER. When I came to pick my car up they had it on the street INSTEAD of the garage as if they wanted someone to steal it. Guy who answers the phone tried to get an attitude as well. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Very unprofessional. Do not go to this location.

I came to get me a complete set of Michelin Pilot Sport 4s for my 335i and i didnt have any trouble getting what I needed when i needed it everything was quick and easy even the financing i was going to get them from tire rack online but found this was much easier and faster and they put them on and balanced the wheels! I will be coming here for all my tire and wheel needs for now on!

Respectful and Professional, definitely will be coming back for my tire and alignment needs. Got my drag radials balanced along with an alignment on my G8 along with 4 tires mounted and balanced on a different vehicle manger made financing quick and painless . Hard working guys there much respect for the hustle, you wont be disappointed in the service !

Amazing customer service! I was at the Ford dealership and they were charging me a crazy amount for two rear tires so I called this location hoping to find a better deal and Mani was beyond helpful with getting me new tires for a very affordable price. I got there a few minutes before they closed but the whole team was still happy to help me and the turnaround was impressively fast. HIGHLY recommend this place for anything tire related!

This tire shop is THE ABSOLUTE BEST in the Dallas area! Multiple times I ve gone and every time I am highly satisfied with their work and attention to detail in all aspects whether it s mounting a new tire for me, fixing a flat, or getting a new set of wheels for my vehicles, literally everything they do is an amazing job. The guy at the front Mani, man that guy is the best at making sure his new and returning customers are squared away and taken care of! The dudes awesome at his job, he s driven to take care of every persons wants & needs who walks through the doors. HE WILL NOT LET YOU DOWN! If they don t have it, THEY WILL GET IT! Ide highly recommend coming here first before any other shop. You will NOT be disappointed in this shop!

Awesome job great service installed my coil overs and did an alignment for my 13 mustang gt and it was a great experience. Jerry did a great job and was very informative with me as the process went , as was Juan both treated me like a friend . If you need rims or suspension talk to these guys and you won t be disappointed!!

Thanks so much for being open late! Had an emergency and needed a tire fast. I made it in last hour and was greeted with a smile. Had me on my way with a new tire at a great price in minutes. Also love the fact that they texted my receipt to my phone! Awesome place with great service!

These guys take pride in their work. Came in for an alignment and Johnny took care of me. He didn t cut an corners and stayed late on a Friday night to make sure my car was done right! 5 stars.

Recently bought a truck and wanted to lift it and throw on some new wheels. After reading reviews online, I decided to give King Wheel & Tire a try. John was really helpful and worked with me to get the exact set up I wanted, then kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. If you're looking for a good value shop, this is a good spot, but I wouldn't recommend taking critical projects here.

Hands down this shop is by far the best I been to, Great Customer service as well as getting a great deal on wheels and tires.. this shop is my go to for every car need, wheel alignment, tps sensors for tires. I definitely recommend them. Ask for EL Chino if your looking for great deals. They make sure your fully satisfied!!

Highly disappointed with this place and Henry that runs it! I've been coming here for years and always had a great experience. Just bought 2 new tires one morning and that afternoon I was on the highway and had to pull over cause the car was bumping up and down and making a thud noise. I noticed there was an issue with one of the tires that I just bought that morning. Luckily there was a discount tire at the next exit. I was able to make it there safely. They informed me the tire was defective (OOR, out of round) and that this can be checked on the balancer. I guess king wheel didn't check. Well I had to buy another tire and placed the defective one in the trunk. Ipaid $25.00 more at discount tire. Took me 3 trips to get my refund and they wouldn't refund what I paid at discount tire. They just put the blame on the company they get their tires. I get it but I'm doing business with you, not them. I had to pay additional money to replace a tire you sold me that was bad. No apology for it or the case that it could have caused an accident. I felt like I was burdening them for the refund and the fact it took me 3 trips to get it. Then when I finally did get it. He tried to short me $10.00 and no they wouldn't cover the cost of the additional amount from discount tire. They lost a customer and the referrals of people I sent there also with how they handled this. I hope it was worth it to them to save$25.00 , be shady, and spending my time trying to get my refund. Don't come here as they have no integrity and customer service has been lost! Horrible way to treat loyal customer. Most of these great reviews were from past ownership.

These guys have been a life saver!! Knowing very little about cars they were super patient and took time to explain all my options for me. John is who I have been working with personally and has been the best service person I've done business with. They are open late and was able to get everything done for me super quick.

Make sure you check everything works when you get your car back. I got sold out of round tires. Went to another shop and the guy said it also looked like they just stuck a bunch of weights on and hoped for the best. My car started making a howling noise after hitting 40mph! I got an alignment done and my suspension checked out for excess wear. Nope it was just the tires.

I went in for new tires, and John was able to help out. He explained the difference between brands and was very knowledgeable about what he was talking about. Definitely satisfied with my new tires and highly recommend this place, ask for John and he'll assist with every question!

I usually have my husband get all the car related stuff done but I had enough of waiting so I came here not expecting much help butJohn was very helpful in accommodating me with what I wanted. I just needed tires but he went as far recommending some beautiful rims , hands down great service!
