Friendly staff more than willing to help you find tires for your budget

This use to be the best tire place in Dallas to me. Until yesterday I noticed on my dashboard my psi tire level was low so I went to the tire shop to get it checked out. The tire wasn t removed but the nail was pulled out because my husband had already tested it that morning. Waking up this morning on my way to physical therapy I noticed the psi showed up again. Me thinking about great past experiences it was going to be ok. I asked for my tire to be relooked at with my receipt being present. The elderly gentleman told me I had a nail in the tire. I said no sir my tire shouldn t have a nail in it. I started talking about the proper form of checking a tire. First taking it off and than dipping it into some water to check and see if you see any problems with the tire. Once you notice a nail at that time you will tell the customer to see if they want a patch are a plug. I opt out for a plug that was $10. I was on the phone with my physical therapist and all of a sudden a woman came out staring at me. The same woman from yesterday. My conversation with her was more nice and calm yesterday, she came out with today with a messy demeanor. We had words and in the end she was so unprofessional to be working in a customer service environment. I was disappointed in all that occurred do to them being a place of business

They have been taking care of me and my cars for the past 7 years they are great Marcel will make sure you are taken care of I had my Bentley their this morning I picked up a wheel and tire that I had for the Bentley and dropped of a wheel and tire for the BMW those guys are amazing. They also have a mechanic shop right across the parking lot and a had a across compressor put on this past Saturday on my BMW great work and in a timely manner. Thanks again for all your help.

I LOVE this King of Tires location. I have lived in this neighborhood for over 40 yrs and as long as they have been in business, they have been kind to us and blessed us with nice rims for years. They are cool and will work with you as well. I highly recommend them

HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND INEXPENSIVE. Come over to the Shop, they had a difficult tire to find, took them 7 minutes to install and balance, My friend Chris is the owner / manger and does not mind helping you on the price! One of the best Tire Guys in Dallas hands down

Gee is awesome! He gave us a great deal on our rims, same day service, super fast and everyone was friendly and helpful. I will be going back again I have three more vehicles, and the services was so great, I want to put rims on all my vehicles.

G was very rude and some manager guy who was a old poot butt. Other then that this guy that gave me cards to pass to family and friends was very nice. Business man like and the lady who gave me my receipt was too. They make me wanna give it a 5 star. Out of a couple bad apples it is good people that help you get the $27-$37 dollar used tires that work and help you get to point a to point b

Thought I was gonna have to buy a new used tire for my car got there and they actually just plugged it for me and save me some money when I needed it most it's been 3 weeks and I'm still rolling on that you guys mad respect and I will be back

Marcelino and staff are wonderful! They pay close attention to detail and they work really hard to please the customer. I have irregular tires and they got them in one day...it took time and a lot of effort but it was worth it and the price was great.

Ripped me off sold me a bad tire new tire that is that blew out in less than 24hrs then refused to replace or refund. 120$ down the drain. They lost a good customer

Really nice guys, great selection, extremely helpful and accommodating, & very quick turn around time. I was in and out with 2 high quality fairly priced Michelin tires in less than 10 min from the time I pulled in. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend these guys

Called person there and they said they had the specific tire I was looking for. I get there and the owner lies and says he thought he heard a different tire size on the phone. Then tries to call around to his associates to look for the tire he said he already had. Learn from me and don't waste your time here.

Nice people, great customer service. Need free air or used tires no problem. Need brand new tires and rims no problem. This is the place to go. Check'em out. My home tire shop.

When no one could get the tire I needed, this shop ordered me one same day. Great service. And also let me know I had a problem with my rim and fixed it.

Love these guys. The only place in town that don't charge for air. Their used tires are practically new and prices are real reasonable.

They sold me a bad tire when I got four, one was not good. My tire pressure light came on the next day. All I did was work, stop got the tires went home, woke up the next day to a light on the dash
