I love the opportunity to support blackowned establishments and it is disappointing when the service is subpar. I know we are capable of excellence and I believe this auto shop has potential. I brought my vehicle in and was told it would be ready at a certain time. It was not ready at that time and I was inconvenienced an entire day after scheduling an appointment. I picked up my vehicle only to drive off the lot and discover that one of my tires was not attached to my vehicle. Talk about a frightening experience. Thankfully I did not get to far, after hearing a terrible alarming sound coming from my car, before turning around and having the main mechanic actually attach the tire to my car. It s been over two month and there still has been no compensation offered and I had to take my vehicle to another shop to correct the damage that was done. I won t say don t use this company however I will say be mindful. After my experience I do question the integrity of this business. Hopefully customer service has improved since then. I wish them the best.

Bad business. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMENDCANDI JACKSON took my money on a down payment for a car that stopped working 2 days after I got it (turned off on the highway and keeps turning off) and this was back in March. My car has been being worked on and still hasn t been fixed. So I stopped paying my full coverage insurance since I don t have the car that I payed for. And she will not answer my calls or text messages and has given my personal information to someone that is harrasing and stalking me (she knows him personally, MARCEL KING) just because I gave her a one star review. I won t be taking any of my reviews down unless I get my money back.

They do diesel work there at the shop and also mobile now, so I gave them a try and called them out I had my box truck down. I had a technician and less than 45 minutes. They used their $7,000 computer diagnostic machine which is top of the line and it pinpointed exactly what was wrong with my truck. The technician when immediately bought and replace the part and my driver was back to work in less than 2 hours total. Adjust the tip for everyone when you're shopping for a mechanic make sure they have top of the line computer diagnostics and not just one of them little cheap $40 scanners like AutoZone uses. Engines these days are so high tech that enlist they have computer diagnostics I don't dare take my vehicle. Avon trucks for 20 years I know a good service looks like and these guys have the right tools to do a great job.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

My Uncle Yappy is the mechanic here. He told me and my husband about a car and we jumped on it. Due to a few issues we ended up in a loner car that is now my car thanks to the Seller Ms. Candi Jackson. She is very sweet and if you have any issues with a vehicle purchased from her she makes sure to get it checked out. Yappy the mechanic who is my uncle can fix your car to brand new. He knows what he is doing under those hoods and will have your car flying down the freeway. I will be back to buy another car.

I was just riding by and wanted to see if this shop could fix my balljoints and stabilizer links. They quoted me a great price with great serbice. Ms. Jackson and I talked and she was informing me that it was her shop and they are striving. So today I was stereotype against because I m a woman I was told it was gonna be $300.00 to change a belt. The crazy thing about it I m not crazy and I have had so many suv. I call the dealership and it wasn t even $300 to get a belt chain to the dealership it was pretty much stereotype because I was a woman and I got out the car looking like I didn t know nothing about cars.Service: Auto exhaust system repair
