Jose provided excellent customer service.The best experience we have had when it came to getting rims, tires and alignment. He explained all our options and discussed warranties. If you every need rims and tires this place is it. Best prices and service around.Ask for Jose. You won t be disappointed!!!

Jose was absolutely amazing! He got us a great deal. We came in for just tires but left with a set of rims and we are very satisfied! We accommodated all of our needs and explained the process. He kept us update on the the progress as we waited! Very comfortable and inviting atmosphere. We will definitely be back for any tire/wheel needs and will recommend to everyone! Update, Osama hooked up my bounci g tire. He fixed the shaking issue. Osama was super helpful full. I had my tires balanced at Lake Highland automotive and had to return due to shaking. They test drove it and said it was my suspension. Instead of arguing with them I drove to khazal and they hooked me up and found out the problem was one of them had two and a half ounces of extra weight thanks Osama for getting my truck right.

Absolutely great customer service!! Got my 2024 Tundra 1784 leveled with alignement here and got tires mounted and balanced. One of the best customer service I have received at a wheel/tire shop in years! Would highly recommend and I'm planning on returning for all my future business. The team here takes their time to ensure quality and will go out of their way to satisfy a customer. 10/10.

Being from Chicago I felt helpless. My son blew a tire heading to Dallas. Of course he has a odd tire size. I called this shop almost begging for help, and come to find out I didn't need to. The gentleman who answered was amazing! Went above and beyond to help my son and did more then he needed to do. If ever around the area and need work. I would definitely visit this shop again. Tyvm for being there for my family!

Awesome help from Humza and Nas in finding rims and tires to make my charger pop. As well as that, my wife left her wallet here, and they made sure it found it's way home. Super trust worthy guys, great taste in rims, and great deals! I wouldn't go anywhere else.Edit: May 22,I'm back. Popped two tires on the way to work, freaking out because everyone I called to get new tires said they were days out, but I called Khazal. Luckily Daniel answered the phone, rushed me in to get me back to work. Between him and Habbibi(Osama), I was out of there in 45 minutes, still with a job. Thanks guys. You're clutch!

The best price! I came in with a flat tire and Ausama was nice enough to tell me what my tire had and the best past is that he fixed it nicely and for a VERY nice price! I m coming back, for sure.

Talk about saving the day! On a Sunday when most tire and wheel shops are closed these guys were open. Saw the dent in my rim and said we can fix that right now! Osama was phenomenal! And fairly priced! For less then a new tire he fixed both my rim and tire, and got me on the road in under an hour!

Just moved to the DFW area from Chicago, IL, had an alignment and tire issue. Randomly pulled found the shop and they're service was exceptional. Part Owner, Jose, so happen to be from Chicago, IL as well which made my experience even better. I even learned a few things about my vehicle from Hamza and he was dope! Definitely coming back

I came to the location to help my man pick out time for his Jeep. We dealt with Daniel and he was a great help to us. He made calls to see what other options were available for us and made sure we were both happy before leaving the place. The rims/tires came in the next day as promised and look AMAZING!! I will come back and get rims for my own car now after deal this experience, thanks Daniel for taking care of us..

This establishment definitely took care of me. I came in not knowing what would look good on my Jeep and Daniel took time to show me several options. He even got on the phone calling to see other options for my Jeep as well. He went above and beyond for me and I will definitely come back for more upgrades to my Jeep. Thanks Daniel for helping me out. I highly recommend this location to anyone.

I just wanna appreciate y all good customer service and big thank for ma guy Osama for doing my brakes and rotors, he even checked my car out and told me what it needs, i watched him doing it he s very knowledgeable and got a great experience also was very fast got me out in less than a hr I ll definitely come back for sure 100 starts for u playa

This was my first experience purchasing or even dealing with getting rims. I dealt with Daniel and he explained everything to me and took the time to show me different options for my Jeep. I would definitely recommend this location and establishment for anyone that is looking for anything for your car or jeep. I only wish there was more than 5 stars

I had a leak in a tire. I went to the first place and they didmt even take the tire out of the trunk, wth. I went to Khazal and at first I thought that they just sell aftermarket wheels and tires, but Habbie Osama came out and said let me take a look at it. Come to find out it was just a slow leak from the valve stem. Problem solved. I talked to them about a few other things that I want to do to my car.Very clean shop and very helpful employees. Thank you Daniel.Would definitely recommend this shop for all of your needs.These guys did an excellent job.
