I came in for an alignment but after speaking with the guys in the shop, they helped me out with putting a leveling kit I had been trying to put on for forever for a good price. Truck looks and drives great now. I highly recommend.

Horrible customer service, took my Tesla in on a Sunday & was the last costumer of the day, It rained Monday morning. Not even 24 hours after a detail. They refused to do a rain check car wash & when I asked to speak to the manager or even get a phone number they all acted like they don t know who their managers name or number is!

I went to get air put in my tires. My indicator light was telling me that 3 of my tires were dangerously low. And the young man that waited on me was so nice. He had the sweetest smile on his face.He had the sweetest smile on his face.

I come here all the time when I need new or used tires. I come here to get my car's fix the service here is good stuff is kind and helpful. Great prices. Car cleaned and detail here also.

Worse place to go too when getting a car wash and did not wash the car properly their was a lot of dirt and dust missed in plain view and did not clean windshields, right and this is the worst experience ever if I had know better we would have cleaned the truck 10 times better do your job please!

I go to the car wash here called Best car wash I think. It's slow but they do a good thorough job. If you are not in a rush, I recommend this car wash.

K-TOWN Tires will have my business from here on. I went there needing a slow leak fixed/ replaced. Not only did they have a used tire I could afford, I was in and out literally in less than 10 minutes. Super nice people that work there. They really saved me a lot!

These guys are great! First, I called them to ensure that they had the right tire size for my car and to let them know when I was planning to arrive. I showed up at around 1:45 PM and I was out of there with a brand new tire on my rim by 2.Jr is very friendly and his team is very efficient.They also offer alignment, oil change, and break service at an affordable price. I highly recommend this shop.

This is one of the best tire shop in OC.You don't get any Road Hazzard policy, but pretty reasonable for new tires.

Great but kind of slow since they only have one bay for car wash and just one to complete the finish detail. Depends on the line is your expecting time my experience 4 cars ahead of me by the time the finish my car 1hr 45 mins

One of the last standing car wash facilities that does awesome detailed cleaning of a vehicle and done for a very reasonable price.I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants their vehicle cleaned spotless!! - - - - -And tip$ are appreciated and well deserved !!

I arrived they told me it was 50 dollars and they put a cream on the skin and I thought it was fine so they washed my car on the outside they dried it with some cloths and those same cloths that they used to clean outside they used to clean inside. They did not put any cream on the seats, the dashboard screen was all splashed with some kind of liquid (definitely not armorol, not leather cream), the inside of the doors was dirty. when I told him that why he didn't put anything on the seats he said it was an extra 10 dollars. my car smelled bad because of those dirty rags they used inside. A trapo remojado viejo It was a basic wash that anyone does at home. I did not pay 35 I paid 50 very bad job

I I ve been a mechanic for about 10 years and I was in a rush so I came here to have my ball joints tightened. A simple matter. Instead of doing that, they tried to upsell me on more expensive repairs that weren t due for at least a year. It s a business and I don t mind the upselling but JUST DO WHAT I FRIGGIN ASK FOR AT LEAST.

Had a great experience. I needed an oil changed, two tires replaced and a car wash. I got it all in one stop! Everyone was very friendly and they all accepted cc. Btw, when my low tire pressure light was on, the guy who did my oil changed offered to take it over to the tire guys to get them filled before he knew I was already going there for my new tires anyways. Great costumer service!

As usual, K- town provides straightforward quality service to keep My car in tip top shape. Ak went to check my tires immediately. They were very reliable, fair, great attitude. I highly recommend them I m glad I choose k- town for many years to takes good care of me.

I did a cross country drive and my car started shaking in low rpm. Took it here and they told me the rear tires were worn out. Replaced my tires and made sure my car and wallet was in a good a shape out the door. Nice guys. Hakil helped me out and I was in and out in 30mins.

Not a great job. Not a terrible job. Just medium. The wash I got from them gave a good impression from far away, but not when I looked more closely.Got their level 2 service (outside & inside). After the wash, I noticed several spots where the remains of bird poop and various things were still on my car. Basically, anything that required some rubbing to remove was still on the car. Also, there were smaller sections that were untouched and still had dirt, such as around the rear wiper (on the back of my hatchback). I expected more based off of their ratings.

$30 for hand wash and interior detail! It doesn t get any better than this.Any time I m close to this place I stop by and get my car cleaned here. They are good, quick and very inexpensive.

First off... I would like to start by saying if there were any more stars that could be given they'll definitely get them from me, friends and fam that I've recommended to K Town. With that being said AB and his staff are a group of skilled knowledgeable guys. AB goes above and beyond to get you the satisfaction that you looking for when it comes to rims, tires and pretty much any Automotive suggestions. From a mechanical standpoint to detail hand car wash. I wouldn't allow just anyone put their hands on my Porsche so stop by give it a shot.

Employees were very eager to help me. Even after I had to go elsewhere for rims they were happy to refer me. There was a language barrier (not Spanish) with the technicians but the receptionist translated and was also very knowledgeable about tires.

They DO NOT ....I REPEAT DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DETAIL CARS. IF you have an extra 3 hours to sit around while the steal from your car and wipe IT WITH ARMORAL AND not NOT DETAIL it like REAL DETAIL SHOPS then go ahead. But this place is a joke and I called the police because money was missing from my glovebox and my kid brothers Jordan's. Stay the FU"" AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

These guys have quality tires (including used) and are fast, friendly and affordable. I have never waited longer than half an hour.
