I m actually very upset . This is my go to place to get an oil change on 4/9/24 it wasn t even 8am yet I went and got an oil change . About 3 hours later my mom went and unknowingly got another one . Now SHE did not know that I had already got the oil changed, However they know damn well they had already serviced my car and when they put my car s information in their system it showed that they had already changed my oil . I m livid cause why would yall take that money knowing the system showed that yall changed my oil a few hours ago. That s inconsiderate and money hungry if you ask me .

Horrible .went in last week told them my back brakes needed to be replaced they insisted on just replacing the front and said I would be fine and charge me $460 for that .after a day brakes noise got worse went in to let them know then they say o yeah it s the back brakes and it would be $650 to replace back .feel like they like to take advantage of women .

Went in for an oil change about a month ago and today I found out I was leaking oil everywhere and the reason was that this place whoever is downstairs installed and over-tightened the oil filter and used some oil filter pliers. You aren t supposed to use those to install oil filters and it stripped the filter. The 2 guys on the upper level saw it too but failed to tell me anything. This would have destroyed my engine in the next few days for sure. This place has 4 star rating but that error is too major to ignore. You have been warned people.

This place is a rip off! Went several times cause it was fast and convenient, but they werent even changing the oil! My mother had the same issue with this place.

If I could give zero stars I would, this is my family s go to car service establishment. On today April 9, 2024, around 10:00 am, I went to get the oil changed (not knowing my daughter had already went on this morning around 8:00 am). In stead of the employees telling me that the oil had already been changed, they went ahead and changed the oil again. Just crazy, sounds like they re money hungry to me.

So I came in to get my car inspected and I was just randomly driving around when I found this place. I pulled in and they had me out of there within 10 minutes it cost me $25.50 for the inspection and all I needed was my proof of insurance.

I stopped by to see what was wrong with my tire. Turns out it had a small nail in it. The person who helped me was super nice and plugged it very quickly. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. The only thing I wish was different was if they asked if I wanted a plug or a patch because I didn t get to choose.Service: TiresService: Tires

Every experience with this location has been amazing. They ve changed my oil, done my state inspection and now have done AC service on my vehicle. They always very kind and knowledgeable about the services that they offer. Any price that they quote, they stick by it, and they do not try to deceive you into getting serviced other than what is needed. Thank you guys, and you have earned a customer for life. These guys know what to do until it's time for you to order a single part that you needed to have your car fixed.. when you get the part that you need in order for them to fix then they mind go blank ... Like they know what to do then they don't know what to do I wouldn't recommend these guy's

Some 5yrs ago I went there for an oil change unfortunately I had a verbal confrontation with a knucklehead employee fast forward for the sake of their business he's no longer employed there my last few visits there have been pleasant they have been professional no problems getting my oil changed if any unpleasantness it was the cost but what can I expect for a BMW ( add on ) there appear to be different employees there per my last visit the managerial is a man if his word and their service is satisfactory - cool people so far

Avoid this place! They used the wrong oil in my car, but still charged me for synthetic. They even used the label that says conventional on it, while they tried to say the system said it was synthetic. Then went on to say I asked for conventional, which makes no sense when they still charged me for synthetic. Enough said they don t even know how to reset a dashboard.Services: Tires, Brakes, Oil change

Had my oil changed here. A few days later heard something dragging underneath my car. They had installed the cover underneath the car wrong. When I brought my car back the mechanic tried to convince me that I had hit something which caused the cover to screw itself in wrong?

Don't waste your time going here they are a bunch of bunch of scammers took my truck to get service last month somehow I don't have any oil in my truck now took it back up there to see what the problem was they told me I had an oil leak which was a lie I went to another dealership to get my oil change told me nothing was wrong with my truck at all

If they can rip u offf they will. Oil change is a different price every time I come. Also to change my rim they said $25 everywhere else was $10. It s literally only a 17x7

Scamm !!!!!came for a tire valve steam and they want to charge me $145 and i was making sure I heard right $145 because they want to replace the sensor that it perfectly working and I just need the the tire vale replaced i leftAnd I got it somewhere else for $15No tore sensor needs to be replacedThat's scam maybe work beforeCareful people!!!!Service: Tires

Took a while for them to get the emissions check done but they were working on multiple cars. Took about 15-20 minutes but I was fully vehicle inspected and back on the road with no issues. No Biden fees still the standard state charge.

These people will scam you.I took my vehicle in for an inspection. I waited outside, the guy called me inside and charged me $25.50 and said the paperwork was left in my car. 2 weeks later I tried to renew my car s registration and wasn t able to. Once I looked at the paperwork it said that I had failed inspection... I then took my car back to their shop and explained that I wasn t informed that I had failed and if so, why was I charged? They couldn t refund me because of their policy so I intended to have it inspected again. They guy then tried to upswell me $40 worth of wiper blades or he wouldn t pass me (even though they had already screwed me over). I left and got passed at the next location which will be my new place for car service.Don t trust these people. Most of them are unfriendly and have poor customer service skills.

It was great. Good service in just little due time. I was astounded by how fast the full service oil change was but then again when you have 5 persons doing a single job can go by quick. Nonetheless, it was awesome.

Got my oil change, less than 15 minutes cost me a pretty penny but it was worth it.
