Bought some used chevy stock wheels n tire s in in Jan the owner told me they were $1550 cash or card. After install he asked for payment and said it was more for paying with card. He charged me almost extra $200 but he waited until they were installed. He knows how to scam because wheels are already mounted and installed. This guys are crooked my tire sensor was on when I left he said it would turn off after driving but never did. Next day I checked pressure and all tires were low pressure. Is obvious how he works by looking at his business is so disorganized. I guess he doesn t have a pressure gauge. Worst experience ever.

Other day on monday got some "brand new wheels" at firs got their 4:30 they started working on truck removed wheels saw wheel made decision 1hr later little dude leaves because they didnt have tires comes back start working on it dissapears again its now 8:30 shop is closed at this point install my "brand new wheels" turns out is 3 of one design then 1 rim different manager then runs off to shop 15 -20 mins aways gets wheel its 9:20 finally installed leave get on loop 12 truck vibratingNext day i take truck to other shop they comfirmed one rim is bent inside and all rims used just polishedToday canceled lease snap sent me address to drop off merch dude called me and told him what i was doing he got mad and said to take wheels to him so i can get money back i said know im doing what snap said and he said i was cryinf about price my anger was because they made me waste 4 hours for something that was not drivable on top of that they gave ms wrong tires size i didnt ask for and also rims were staggered also what i didnt ask for dude got mad and was being disrespectful at end of call me made a remark like if he was going to come to my house and harm me or my property.take your bussiness elswhere these guys just some thugs trying to make money the wrong way.

Well I went to get some rims and tires I saw on offer up from this place! Used snap to pay! Don t use snap you ll end up paying double!! Came back a day later to get my old wheels and tires back on! Long story short the wheels I went with from JRS. Wasn t what I expected (one wheel was peeling and not a full set of matching tires!). They were kind enough to take them back .had to wait all day (5 hours to be exact) to get my old wheels back minus the tires that were on them. So bought four used tires to replaced the ones that were taken off! 2 wasted days and a lesson learned!! I ll chalk it up as a loss!

TERRIBLE PLACE DO NOT COME HERE!!!! messaged the guy hours before I came also txt him wen I was otw got there and waited 4 1/2 hours and they had only put 1 tire on the car literally worked on my car for 2 seconds went walked away talked Otp for hours , this place is a joke , ridiculous, after I talked to the owner he got upset and told us to stop cryin or he will leave my car on bricks rn , told him go head we got jack w us we can do it faster than y all , also threatened us by sayin ima call my hbs to come back what a joke place is ridiculous

Highly recommend, pricing is very affordable for good wheels and tires! They are very busy at all times so patience is a must. this place is small but moving in the right direction and I look forward to doing business with them for the years to come.

Terrible service!! George made a promised on something he couldn t deliver on!! I drove 45min-1hr to this location because he said he could either get or fix my rim. He had me wait 3 1/2 only to say bring it back the next day. He was very unprofessional, unwelcoming and underdelivered. George sat in a chair barking orders to another worker and didn t assist worker at all. My whole day was wasted. Please save your TIME AND MONEY!!! This place does not deserve it!! Oh this place does not answer the phone. Best to just text response to first text, but no other text afterwards. It s ridiculous!!

I got a great set of tires and wheels for my car here. The guy who helped me is awesome! I initially got tires that were bigger and I came back and he found some great almost new tires to put on my car at a great price

After chatting a week I show up and he s not there. I waited an hour because he said he d be back in an hour and never showed. The teens working there didn t know what type of tires would even fit my truck.Lots of tires listed online and I get there it s a hole in the wall with a few old tires and rims. Smh

DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE They took 5 hours to install the tiresAnd they put them wrong the tires weren t MOUNT correctly to the rim, we left & The truck was shaking like crazy in the hwy we got scared and got off on the first exist and we noticed the problem, this could of caused an accident or something! Save your time and money! Just go to Omar s tires is a little pricey but shi* better safe then sorry !

The owner was cool at first. The wheels didn't fit so I wanted a refund. He showed me some other wheels that would fit and would give them to me for the same price which was $450. I said no and it took them 40mins to put ONE wheel back on. I went back to offer up to look at the wheels he wanted me to get. They were $300. The owner was trying to get an extra $150 off me. Dishonest and disappointed. Not cool man. I will no longer come back and warn my friends about this place.

Saw online and went to go buy tires and rims and tires were different and put use on tires on rims then charge over price they took off the real tires off so be careful from them

Took too long to install new wheels and tires. I give this shop 1 star. Customer service and communication skills need to improve. Owner had my family waiting for 3 hours and there was another vehicle that got serviced before us after the fact that we were at the shop before him. Not happy at all!

Stay away from this place. They are fraudulent. They offer financing when it s actually lease. Rims cost 1300 they gave me a receipt ; however received an email stating I was on lease. I would end up paying$4000 for these rims!!! I m glad I called the lease company and placed a complaint. Do not apply for financing this is a scam! Not a thrust worthy place. Look at other more reliable places. Do yourself a favor and save yourself money and headaches dealing with their lies.

It's hard to find a shop that doesn't seek to take advantage of people. This place has some honest, hard working guys. The prices were great too.If you want to know about their work, they slapped some rims and tires on my truck, and I just drove 200 miles non-stop without any issues. I absolutely recommend them to anyone else.

I went for two New tire that accepted Visa/ master card. They take the tires off my Jeep and didn t have the tires I called about that they said they had. They had me sitting there for an hour then catch an attitude when I told him to put my old tires back on because I m not waiting no more. The tires never came and he still was stating 10 minutes down the road. The service is A nuclear disaster at best. I LEFT

I bought a set of wheels and tires here. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and kept me involved at every step of the way. When I noticed that the tires were not exactly what I wanted on the wheels I was there for, they gladly put different tires (Goodyear SR-A) on the wheels for me. They are true GM OEM wheels. They transferred my TPMS sensors over from my old wheels and tires so my vehicle would accept the new set up seamlessly. They answered all my questions and also asked me questions to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Fairly priced, exceptional service, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

Don't waste your time with these guys. Super slow service.. Took them two hours to remove my old wheels and tires and install the new set of wheels and tires. Keep in mind they already had the new wheel and tire combo assembled. Also ripped me off and made me pay for tmps sensors and assured me they programmed them. Turns out they didn't and yet charged me the extra $80.00.I wouldn't recommend.

I called on a ad from Craigslist for some rims and tires. They confirmed the set was in the warehouse and would be available in the morning, since they were closing. I arrived at the shop the next day. They were 30 minutes late and then took another 15 minutes to help me. They said the set was in the back and would bring them to the front. Another 15 minutes later, he tells me they don't have them. And tried to sell me another higher set. He knew I needed those tires for the trip I was taken that afternoon. So basically I'm screwed and could have spent my time looking elsewhere, if he would have just said in the beginning "no we sold them" 30 mile trip on bad tires for nothing. Great business practice you got there. BTW this my first time ever posting about a business.

Very poor service!By far one of the worst experiences I ve had with a tire shop. I had to wait several hours for my tires just to get told that they had to order them first. I was patient and agreed on a deposit so I could come back the next day for my service. After several attempts to call the shop I finally drove there and had to find out that they still don t have my tires and want me to wait again. After that I decided to cancel the business with them and they called me names. The worst part is that they tried to scam me by not canceling the deposit I made.

I started writing this review before we even received the service requested it was that terrible. If there was a rating lower than 1 star then that s what I would rate it. Don t waste your time at this shop. This business does not know the definition of time management. They eventually got the job done after hours and hours of waiting and multiple back and forth calls with the owner saying their person was on their way. Avoid this business if you can.

Poor customer service. Had me waiting up to 1 hr and then they skipped my turn above that. Also their prices are very high not worth the wait not the product. I will never shop here ever again. And would not recommend anyone to this place. Looks like they don t care about the customers at all. If I could give no stars I would of.

DO NOT GO HERE. They had an ad on Craigslist for a set of 5 tires and wheels and we showed up and he didn t know anything about them. This was after we called and texted SAME DAY to confirm that they still had them. Didn t even give me the time of day when I showed up. I had to just holler to get his attention. Then he finally decided to attend to his customer and he didn t even have the tires that he specifically said he had. After being there for a few hours trying to find the right ones, he said he would have them ready by a certain time and didn t. He then said he could deliver them to us later that day, and he texted an hour after he said he would be there after having to call him several times and said he would not be able to come. we had put $100 down for down payment and he will not answer our calls or texts!! Horrible service, horrible company, horrible person. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

Great customer service! Confirmed with them over some tires I saw on Craigslist that I needed before heading out of town and had them installed same day. Manager was polite and made sure all was to my expectations.

Don't waste your time or money on these people. We wasted 3 weeks of our time trying to find wheels that fit our car. My husband came out to their location twice because they promised they finally had wheels that fit correctly, just to be disappointed. The supposed owner called us about two weeks ago saying he had factory wheels and tires that fit our vehicle and when we tried to go our there to get them, he said they didn't pick them up and kept giving us the run around. At this point, it feels like they are playing games for meer entertainment. My husband is African American and im hispanic, i feel like if he was hispanic the customer service would be drastically different.

Do Not Go To Them! George lied to us throughout dealing with him. They advertised that a set of rims and tires were 20x10 and we agreed to install them on our truck. After they were halfway installed we looked at the rims and they looked wider than they should have. We checked the rim and it was 20x12. He said the box was not matching the rims. He took the sensors off our tires already and said he doesnt have the 20x10 but he will call tomorrow and let us know what he can bring that size and he will put the sensors on the truck then. The next day he never called, we called and he said he couldnt get the rims in the original size he said he had. We ended up getting rims and tires from discount tire. We drove back to George after a few days to get our sensors back. He refused to give back our sensors!!! He said we have to pay his guys to take them off his tires for his own mistake!! He is a crook and a thief! Dont waste your time!! Run to another reputable shop!!

Found the wheels and tires I was interested in on OfferUp. Called and negotiated price and trade-in. They were up front about changing over my TPMS sensors and cost, and did the move quickly. Happy with the deal and the wheels and tires!

Big liar what ever he post on offer up is way different and most of his rims stolen from anther cars ,,, I drove from Arlington and he made wait for 3 hours and he bought me different rims
