I went to get tire patched. First issue is he scratched my black rims. Second issue is after driving on freeway, my truck starts shaking bad. He didn't balance the tire. I went somewhere else to balance the tire. The dude is pulling a scam. What happens is your car shakes and if you don't know any better you come back and he tells you tire is bad and sells you a tire, or he tries to charge extra to fix it. Take my advice, avoid this place.

Good service he is very nice & helpful. I would just recommend that if a customer states they don't want to get another tire/service done to not repeat they should/need it done. Otherwise, place is not bad I will go back.

Rip off guy tried to charge me almost 50$ for a used chevy impala tire,then when I told him they 35 down the street he got quiet and knew I was right so he lowered the price to 40$ . Ok 5$ for convince had to be at work but they don't even have a real garage to work in?! Should have known something was up telling evreybody at work who need a tire to avoid them and he looked real shocked when he realized I spoke spanish at the end of the conversation by telling him the tires at his shop was way over priced !! Whole situation just felt like he was trying to be slick. NEVER AGAIN

If I could give 0 stars I would!Came in at 7:58am for a flat tire, the guy said they don t open until 8am and said he still had to set up tires outside before helping us. Once he finally got to us, (which was AFTER he saw my husband attempt to remove the flat tire) he charged us $15 to replace the tire with the spare and then tried to sell us a BALD USED TIRE for $50. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

I would really say zero stars!! The two guys were there closing the shop were in such a rush to leave. The guy with the dreads put 2 of my tire lugs back on wrong to where Wal Mart had to break the bolts off because of the way he put the lugs on. Then he charged me 70$ for a used tire that everyone in the area was only charging 60$ for. Never will I go here again!!!!!

Had to stop here omw out town because it was what was on the way . Nice guy took problem tire off and said another was low and also took off to check. Said this and this is wrong and went to check to see if he had tires. Brought a few back after a while which were going to be $65 each , used. I needed something right away and kinda of agree but I had to check the date on the tires because when I asked him that he said he didn't know . If you're in the tire business, how are you not gonna know where they are dated ? They were 6 year old tires ! He was charging me $10 for a plug $15 for a patch also. IDK if the morning had been slow for him or what not but I was definitely being over charged. I'm glad that being a mechanic's daughter, I have a knowledge of certain things and other women don't. I hate that I wasn't able to support this small business and the guy but I also just don't like being ripped off.

Inspected all of my tires, made sure they were in good condition! with some very reasonable prices by far the best shop I ve been too! My new place to get my tires replaced for also very informative about my car needs. Thanks!

I needed my tire fixed on my way to work, a d how lucky am I its a special size. Von got one delivered while I went to work & put it on after omw home. Cool guy, great job. Thanks Von

I actually just left this tire shop 30 minutes ago after having a blowout in a loaner car that had no spare tire . Due to the storm they were unable to process any electronic transactions so I walk to the 7-Eleven up the street to use their ATM when I returned from the store my tire had already been changed he gladly checked my tire pressures on the remaining tires and such a gentlemanly and Beyond professional approach I asked him for a hug and of course gave him a tip! Here's a free tip to any lady needing tires go to Jordi's Tire Shop they have two locations I actually use the one in Carrollton on Midway Road and rest assure you will receive quality service at a reasonable price.

This is the place to go if your ever in the DFW area. The customer service is exceptional and the Shop Manager Von is really helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and quick. This company is honest and displays integrity. Thanks again!!!

My experience with Jordi Tire Shop was amazing. I just moved to Texas and needed tires and boom I found this shop. Von the BEST make sure if you are in the area STOP by and get your new tires and services with them, they are the BEST! Thank you

This guy is a rip off!!!! He charges $30.00 plus tax to change your own tire not his tire a tire you bring in.. And that doesn't come with balancing.. Southern tire down the street is 20.00..

This place is good when owner is there. Hispanic guy. Otherwise don t go there. Had a tire changed ($30 labor) and guy broke my tire pressure sensor, now wants $40 extra to install a new one, and I ll have to go somewhere else to program it... really bad experience.

Been getting my tires from Jordi for ages. Always the best price, always the best service. Jordi will bend over backwards to make sure you're taken care of, stop reading and go see for yourself

This guy breaks your tires the old guy is better and more honest im guessing is the owner the Yong guy that was there today broke my tire and I had just bought it just to sell me a worst tire dont go here

Dirty people scam artist save your self by going to another shop they make shur u have to come back because they take off your weights on your wheel after a simple patch fix and you will have to come back to balance tire

I travel from Dallas to Monroe, LA evry weekend and I needed tires. After Googling "used tires near me" Jordi's Tire Shop came up and I proceeded over to get tires from Jordi. The service was awesome and the used tires I purchased were like-NEW! I will never buy new tires again! Thank you Jordi...your the best used tire shop in Dallas! I highly recommend them!
