This place is amazing. The staff are very polite and helpful. They are very professional at what they do. My car got damaged by the last hail storm and they took my car in to be repaired. Within a week my car was repaired and it looked amazing. These guys are very good at what they do. I will definitely be using them for any future repairs and I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

We ran into an unexpected issue , that my car was uncovered and got damaged with HAIL while in the shop. My car was there for fixing and changing the bumper, and hail damage was cherry on top.However they were experienced enough to handle this complication well. The hail damage was not their fault, and neither mine.They did a high quality repair job on all the spots. Also changed the bumper with great paint and installation. All the joints fit perfectly.Timing was 10 working days, which considering the unexpected hail damage, and the quality of work is totaly good and acceptable.I do recommend them if you are looking for high quality work.

This was the best experience I ve ever had with collision repairs. The convenience of dropping off the truck and getting the rental car in the same spot was a time saver. The friendliness of everyone I had contact with made interactions very pleasant. The shop communicated regularly with me to advise on progress as well. The capstone was getting my favorite truck back in excellent condition. They even cleaned my vehicle inside and out. While I don t look forward to needing repairs in the future, if any are needed I hope this company is still in business.

They were kind and very communicative throught the whole process. Only issue was the part was delayed but that wasn't their fault. Very happy with the service. They even vacuumed my car!

Best customer service I have experienced in a long time. My car went in for repairs after I was hit. The Joe Hudson staff was so polite, friendly and professional. The level of communication is on point. When you call they immediately answer and return your call. You get frequent updates on the status of your car. The process was quick and simple and my car looks great!

I dropped my car off at Joe Hudson's Collision Center on March 26 for repairs. They took a week to finish the job, and while the exterior looked fine, the interior was a disaster. All my cable connections were destroyed, and my dash cam and all its connections were missing. When I asked about it, they simply said, "Sorry, someone must have broken into your car." They refused to take any responsibility or offer any solution. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with an auto repair shop. Avoid Joe Hudson's Collision Center at all costs.

I chose this place as it was under AAA preferred shops and was close to my home. My 2018 Nissan Rogue had a front bumper damage in December. The estimated work would take 3 weeks but they fixed in a week. And I was very happy with their quality of work. I would highly recommend other people to try them out thank you so much Joe Hudson Collision center

Especially as an established customer, you should be allowed to drive your vehicle while waiting on parts to ship. It adds quite a bit to the rental car total which is unnecessary. Super expensive repairs but they do a good job and they are professional.

My case was handled very poorly from start to finish.I brought my car into Joe Hudson as it was a "preferred" shop by Progressive, my insurance company. At first they were very pleasant to work with and had no issue. They inspected my car, marked it up as usual during the inspection and I left with my rental car. The estimated time to complete the repair was two weeks so I left a few items in my vehicle thinking I would not need them before the repair was complete.On the 12th day they had the car, I realized that I needed an item from my vehicle so I stopped in to ask for it. The manager came out to me after about 15 minutes of waiting to inform me that while my vehicle was on site (behind locked fencing), my window had been broken out. He explained that this type of issue had happened multiple times in the past because of the mowing service that takes care of the Home Depot to the south of the Shop's lot throwing stones from the lawn outside of the fence. He stated that he initially thought only the window had been broken until I came to collect my item from the car and they realized it was not there due to someone taking advantage of the broken window and stealing the items from my car.The manager invited me out to further inspect my vehicle. It was evident that someone had indeed stolen more than $500 worth of items from my vehicle while under Joe Hudson's care. I asked what would be done for the loss of my items to which the manager replied that they aren't going to do anything because I signed a document acknowledging they aren't responsible for the contents of my vehicle. I also asked if they had security cameras posted on site which the manager confirmed, but said it would be "too difficult" to check the footage since they would have to slowly go through the entire weekend worth of recordings.While the shop did replace the window and have it re-tinted to match my other windows, they completely neglected to call me to get authorization for the repair they allowed to happen and to notify me of the break in. Because the repair had already been in-process by the time I was made aware of the issue, I was not able to file a police report and thus was not able to make an insurance claim for the loss of my property.In addition the above mentioned issues, the shop failed to order the correct replacement bumper cover for my vehicle 3 times and found that it was impossible to order the correct trim kit for the fog light assembly so they decided it was acceptable to order a standard black kit instead of the original chrome variation even though the correct chrome variate can be found online with a quick google search.Overall I would NEVER recommend this shop and would never return there for work. The quality of the finished repair seems to be very well done and I am happy with the quality of work so bravo to the body shop, but management of this shop is the worst I have ever experienced. Do not use this shop.

If I could give NO stars I would. HORRIBLE SERVICE it s like you go pay for service but have to drag it out of them. Horrible all around. Never again. Took my car in twice and picked up for last time and not fixed yet from all issues. Charged my insurance for stuff not changed the first trip. Took pictures notes 2 trips there and last time I picked my vehicle up issues were still not resolved. It s a collision center they didn t have the equipment to inspect my vehicle because it has 24 wheels. I had to take somewhere else to get alignment and inspected but bring it back to them to charge and do work but still didn t do everything. I can go on and on but it s just frustrating and time consuming.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, General repairs & maintenance

I called for an estimate from the recent hail storm. And I was told that if I wasn't using my insurance, that they could or would not give me an estimate. And the person who answers the calls at this establishment really needs a refresher course in CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANKS BUT NEVER AGAIN...

I had an amazing experience at Joe Hudson s. I m new to the area and got in a wreck about a month ago. I ve never had to go through the process of fixing my car without my parents guiding me through, but Joe Hudson s made it so easy. They even helped me set up my rental car (would highly recommend Enterprise). Everyone I spoke to was nice, especially the woman that works at the front desk. They did a great job on my car, it looks brand new. They even finished ahead of schedule. I would recommend Joe Hudson s to anyone!Service: Body & Trim

friendly staff and great job on the repairs. My vehicle was returned perfectly repaired and spotless. I also really appreciated the text notification system - they notified me at every step of my vehicle's repair, so I never felt like I needed to call and check on it. My car was also fixed very quickly. Great experience and I recommend.

I had read the reviews about Joe Hudson's and found them very true. From the moment I walked through the door I was treated with respect. They did what they said they would in a timely manner. They even let you know the progress of work being done. The work was awesome and our car looked brand new. They even took the time out detail our car, which was a task within it self. I will recommend Joe Hudson's repair shop to anyone. If ever I need body work again, Joe Hudson's is the place I will go.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was pleased overall with my experience at this Joe Hudson's location. If I was going to critique anything, it would be the lack of updates. I dropped my car off on a Monday and recieved two immediate text messages. One of them contained a link for a status page, which I checked a couple of times during the week they had my car, and didn't see any updates to it. Friday afternoon I get a call saying my car is ready.The work done was satisfactory. The car wash and vacuum was appreciated (and in case you didn't want them cleaning your car, might let them know. I didn't know they were going to do it beforehand). Hands off service that got the job done.

My experience here was great!! Excellent service and was always updated thru text and calls on the process of my vehicle repairs. My car came back looking better than I thought possible. Not only did they do a beautiful job on the repair and paint job, but it was like they waved a magic wand over my entire vehicle--little scrapes and marks seemed to disappear too! Very happy with the work and was surprised by the clean up inside and out.Staff were very polite and professional and responsive. This is a business that cares about quality, its customers and its reputation. If you have a concern, they truly want to know and will act on it. After someone side-swiped my car and tore up the passenger side, my insurance recommended Joe Hudson s Collision. I dropped my car off and they were so nice and professional, very polite. Paperwork was a snap, no stress at all. The tech walked around my car with me to assess and mark all damage and make notes. They called me promptly when my car was done, which was only a few days later, and my car looks absolutely brand new. Perfect paint match, seamless repaint and damage repair. They cleaned the inside and out of the car too, very thorough interior vacuuming and very respectful of my belongings. Pickup couldn t have been easier and everyone was very kind and wished me a good weekend. Would use them again in a heartbeat.Service: Painting

I got into a car accident where my door had to be replaced. They promised that if I dropped off my vehicle on a Thursday, I d be able to pick it up Friday. I get checked in and hand them my keys before the parts guy informs me that they actually don t have the part yet. I schedule another drop off time for 11 days after. I drop off my car, they promise it ll be done in 3 days. I signed up for text updates, so on day 3 I received a text that my car is being reassembled and will be ready for pickup shortly. I call on the end of day 4 to see what s going on, and it turns out they ordered the wrong part; they neglected to check if they ordered the sedan door or the hatchback door. They promise it ll be done Monday (3/29), which fortunately, it was. Then, as soon as I left, the rubber seal between my windshield and frame came off; the repair guy said they had clear coated my frame, but they apparently didn t replace the seal correctly. Never offered any sort of apology for anything that happened and were actually a bit rude about it. My parents believe they were trying to take advantage of my age and use naivety against me. I never plan on using this center again. I m very happy many others have had positive experiences, and maybe my experience was an anomaly, but I regret using this center.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Place was professional. Took my car in on a Monday and received it on Friday. Had to replace my front bumper and the car looks brand new. They detailed the outside and had the car looking spotless. A neat feature they have is that they constantly update you on what phase of your car they are currently working on. I would definitely recommend this place.Service: Body & Trim
