My car was total loss and thanks to Mr Cruz he helped me with the whole process. Mr. Cruz rented me a vehicle while my claim was being finalized. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I was renting. I gave him 5 stars but if I could I would give him 10 stars.

I took my truck in on Monday at noon for a simple ignition coil replacement. The main guy in charge would not give me an estimate. Even when I asked him to roughly ballpark it he still refused. I should have taken this as a sign to leave but foolishly I still left my truck there, and was promised it would be ready by 4:00 pm at the latest the next day. The next day around 4:00 I sent him 2 texts and called him about 10 times with no answer until finally he picked up an hour and a half later (very unprofessional). He told me they still needed to order a part and that he would get back to me. He never got back to me. So I took a Lyft up there without them knowing I was coming. Got there about 45 minutes before they closed. When I get there no one seems to now where my truck is. Turns out its at their other shop about 5 minutes away, and that it wont be ready until tomorrow. I told them to bring it back immediately. Everyone was very sketchy about the whole thing. I felt like they were trying to play me and maybe take good new parts out of my truck and replace them with old worn out parts. This is not confirmed, but it just gives you the idea of what I felt like waiting for my truck to be brought back. I had a horrible experience at Jrs Auto Repair, and I urged everyone to think twice before taking their vehicle here. Either they dont know what they are doing at all or they are very stupid and ignorant and dont see why a customer would want to know the status of their vehicle.Proceed with caution!!!

I went there for my hail repair. The tech was great. The work looks perfect. They did an exceptional work. They took care of my deductible and helped with my insurance. I can't ask for more. Thank you guys

I like Jc Auto Collision, I buy cars with them, they have always helped me when I have had a question and they are very kind. I appreciate that they behave that way with people.
