Had an issue with my MB. First thing I was told was you know Mercedes Benz requires certain parts and equipment. Right then I knew that this was the place to take my car other than then dealership. JCs saved me a ton of work and is my go to guy. He was honest enough to tell me that he would not be able to do all of my repairs. That even put me at more ease, knowing they wouldn't get into something that they couldn't finish. Awesome place and would highly recommend.

So I have a 2009 Ford F150. I took it to them thinking itwas the fuel pump. They could have easily charged me over $800 but instead they took the time to check everything and I only paid half of that. I'm not sure about these one star reviews because now that is my go to place for repairs. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They're very nice plus they had free candy and it's not even Halloween!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Very poor service if your a woman bringing your car in, I brought my car in for axle work pick up my car the next day my car stop cranking up, I took it back they said I didn t have oil which I had just had a oil changed 2 weeks prior by another company, charge me 200 to replace the oil, the next day the engine light came on over a 3 day span I was charged over $2000 an they were still causing my car to have issues that I had never had before bringing my car to them, be careful.

JC's Automotive is great. JC's is professional, great value, customer oriented and they take pride in their workmanship. Jc's word is his bond. JC is a Ford man at heart but he understands all makes and models. He does our Hondas plus he is one of the few people I trust with my 1985 Toyota Land Cruiser. If I could give JC six stars, I would.

Several shops told me I needed a new engine but when I brought it here they diagnosed it as lifters. I was back up and running for less than half of an engine replacement. Will definitely recommend.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

My family has been taking all our cars here for months now and we have never been let down. JC is a great guy and his shop is incredibly fast I took my car to fix my suspension and he finished it the same day. Super speedy and great service!

I went to this automotive place to get my car repaired and when I went to start my car after the repairs was completed my vehicle wouldn't even start and it was actually worse off than it was before I took the car here. The whole time the manager is fixing everything on my car instead of telling us up front that it was the fuel pump, he just did a tune up and that wasn't the problem, I'm looking at him start my car with the starter gas spray so I'm telling him it need a fuel pump....The bottom line I paid money for service and my car still isn't fixed, this place is horrible, don't waste your time nor money.

If I could give it zero stars I would. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Jc the owner is rude, very unprofessional. Initially took my car up there because it wouldn t start. I was then charged for a PMC, a USED fuse box and other charges he couldn t explain. Failed to show me the parts he replaced. He wanted me to pay $969.91 before he even showed me the car would start. Paid and the car wouldn t start. The car is also now running hot. This place is horrible! DONT TAKE YOUR CAR THEREServices: Electrical repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I am a long time customer. I get all my car work done here this shop is very fast and reliable. I usually have my car back im a flash. The service is very good and the environment is very friendly. The prices are great and I highly recommend this shop to anyone that needs their car repaired fast.

I moved to Dallas a year ago, and my car started having small problems right away. JC was recommended by someone, and he is now my forever mechanic. As a woman alone, I worried about being taken advantage of, but JC has been more than fair and he has done impeccable work. My whole Texas family now take their cars to him! From simple things like oil change to the more complex like transmission, JC is my guy!

This owner of this particular business takes his time fixing your car and if something needs to be fixed before ordering any parts the owner does call you explain to you what's going on and he needs your permission to buy that part this this particular company is awesome I would recommend anybody and everybody to go to this guy to fix your vehicles he is so awesome

Still have one great auto mechanic shop out here I known thats JC's Automotive. Replaced my expedition 01 transmission with brand new one runs great no problems at all. Replace my front wheel axle. Brakes all the way around on my 03 Camry and I had front struts replaced.

Ever since I started delivering parts from Autozone I personally have brought all 3 of my vehicles here and he has been working on them and he is very honest and gets the job done in a timely manner I will never take my cars(3) to anybody else! BRING YOUR CARS TO JC s HE IS VERY REASONABLE AND GOOD MUST I SAY

I went here for some aftermarket suspension work. The crew was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. They got me up and running in no time. I love this place and will definitely be coming back. A+

This is a very clean shop, the owner is a family man, This is a good quality to look for , when someone will be responsible for my family's transportation and our safety, and not over charge and hurt a familys finances.
