Needed to replace my windshield on my vehicle and luckily a quick google search helped me find this place. Super friendly and gave a price over the phone that they honored in person(no bait and switch on price like some places) They were able to get me in same day(on a Saturday) and I was in and out in about 1.5 hours. Not bad for same day services if you ask me.

If anybody need new glass work done on their car this is the place. Professional, nice, and they love God . I tried Safelite and they wanted 4 times as much as this place was charging. I was blessed to be recommended this place, so now I m recommending it to everyone else. Everybody in the building was nice and they actually smile, which can be uncommon in some places. Plus it only took like 2-3 hours for all the work to be completed. I ll post some before and after pictures. Hopefully I won t need to come back, but if I do, this is the place I ll be returning to.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I have had my truck broken into twice. The most recent time, I called as soon as it happened and they had my truck in and fixed within the hour. Their customer service was 5 star as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

Jacobs Low Price Auto Glass Shop is triple awesome!!! I went there not knowing what to expect, but within a few short minutes they had me out of there, as happy as I could be, with their price & their labor. They even allowed me to inspect their work before taking payment. I recommend everyone near or far to come to Jacobs, if you need a window replaced. May God bless them & their business.

Walter and Janie were wonderful! They are personable, and so are their workers. George fixed my glass in almost no time and cleaned up all the broken glass inside my vehicle. When I walked in it felt so peaceful. As I looked around, there were scriptures on the walls. They were so friendly and the price was amazing!! They answered all my questions via email first. I emailed and requested a quote from a handful of shops around Dallas and they were the only ones who responded!! It was worth my time and the drive to go to this shop! The savings was that big! They have a new customer for as long as I live in DFW!

These guys are amazing! I called all over DFW and no one could get me in today for windshield replacement! Called these guys and rushed right over when she said they have my front windshield! The prices are great too!! The best ones I found! They literally turned my week/weekend completely around! Thank you guys!

I had a fantastic experience with Jacob s Low Price Auto Glass. My front windshield had a pretty big crack in it. I called around 12:30 pm and even though they didn t have my window in stock, they said they would have one in two hours. I pulled up and made myself comfortable in their waiting room. It only took about 30 minutes and I was on my way!The waiting room wasn t fancy or anything, but the reason why I m giving 5 stars is that the guys at Jacob s were fast and friendly and the price was so much better than I thought it would be.

They replaced the back window/ seal on my 67 Mustang and did an amazing job. Walter knew how to install the difficult glass on classic cars very well. Best prices with friendly customer service and high quality work. Highly recommended!

This shop was a very pleasant surprise. I needed to replace the windshield on a 2005 Ram 3500 pickup. Safelite quoted me at $459. These guys had me out the door for about $150. They literally saved me $300, and they did it expertly and with a smile. A classy, friendly operation all around. My dog like them as well. :-)

They are super nice, got to my van fast. It took a while to fix because where I live someone during the night. Smashed our window on the driver side back the sliding door. Yes it takes forever to replace sliding door windows. Best place to go. Everyone wanted $285 plus. This place only charged me $165. I have a 2008 honda odyssey ex-l.

Value for money, fast and great service!! Alondra was very kind, clear and precise during my call for the quote.I've checked 4 more companies around Dallas, and the price here was $150 cheaper than any other place I called.The replacement took about 30 min, the guys were fast and careful.Fully satisfied!! This is my 2nd time having a windshield replaced at Jacobs & I ve received impeccable service both times. I am one to call around to make sure I m getting the best rate & both times I was quoted a price right over the phone that blew all of the competition out of the water ! Upon arrival I was seen right away & treated with utmost respect. The installation of my windshield didn t take long at all. I would recommend Jacobs to anyone & will definitely be back !

I really have nothing bad to say about this place. You call in to see if they have the glass that you need. If they have it, they'll give you a quote. If they don't have it, they'll let you know if they can order it. And then, ask you if you want them to replace the windshield, etc. Decent business, but not at all esthetically pleasing to the eye, but you get what you pay for. They'll try to have you in-and-out. If you made an appointment... Overall, it's nice to have a business have their customers in mind when it comes to affordable auto glass.. I've had my auto glass replaced, and I had no problems.. The waiting area isn't so great but I want complain about that when it's so affordable... So Jacob's Low Price Auto Glass keep serving the metroplex and giving a great effort... I recommend this place for those who need it.....

The guys here are the sweetest guys ever! The best prices from corsicana to Dallas easily. The replacement took what seemed like 5 mins. I was in and out in no time. Very professional business but very hometown type of feeling from the phone to the labor guys. All around a great business! Will be my go to as long as they are open!!! They didnt even make a mess or if they did I didnt see one piece of glass or trash left behind. Not one finger print or smudge on my windshield either!!! Great place!

Went here after breaking a vehicle side window doing yard work. Price was great, way lower than anywhere else, especially Safelite. Service was quick, professional, and work top notch. Definitely my starting point for any vehicle window replacement. Highly recommended!
