I stopped by to ask some questions about a new exhaust. Gilbert was knowledgeable and gave me straight information about the job he could offer as well as the one I was considering. He wasn t trying to up-sell me but simply offering advice.His customer service from the beginning won my business. He and the other guys paid attention to every detail when completing the job for me. I m very pleased w their service and would definitely recommend these guys.

I been coming to this brother off and on for years past and present relationship. The quality to of expertise is in my opinion unmatched. Their quick and fair all at the same time. Jaun probably don't recognize my face cause it's been just that long . But I know his work and he got on my truck and I was out of there to still pick my kids up from the after school program. Sadly for me I have to go back and get my driver side wheel bearing done. It doesn't matter who he puts on your vehicle. It gets done and it's efficient to get you back rolling. I'll put this shop up against any shop on Buckner. In my opinion they'll run circles around them. Thanks JJ's see y'all in the AM.

#1 This place is to high priced.#2 they take forever to get your vehicle done.#3 they charge every time for Diagnostics even though they no what the problem is but use the reader anyway.#4 my car went in with a couple problems and came out with more when they fixed it!I personally don't recommend this place and will not go back again. The mechanics were nice but I just can't afford them. I went 20 mins away from there to MOEs mechanics and man the treated me like a worthy customer and I left satisfied and got what I needed done. They didn't even charge me for diagnostic. They got a loyal customer from now on.

Biggest scam of my life they charged me over 1200 dollars and my car is worst than when I took it they also ransacked my trunk when I called for warranty they told me they had done all they could

Honest review: service is slow but they do what they can, lot of guys on the floor start exhausting them to be more flexible, and trust if we gone get the car serviced, we gone make sure it s correct (well ME anyway) [be cautious], reasonable pricing as well. Would recommend, just carry your PATIENCE heavily.

You would think it s just a brake alignment place but these guys do all kind of mechanic work professionalism, outstanding service, attentive and very sincere on what you need and would need to get done. Never judge a book by its cover.
