I moved to the area not too long ago, and came across Jerry's shop while browsing for a place to change my oil after work. He was open later than other shops, and even though I showed up last minute, he serviced my car. He's honest and reliable. I'm going back for all my vehicle maintenance needs despite living a city over.

Highly recommend this shop, Jerry is real cool dude he will let you what s wrong with your car and won t give you a runaround. He does real good work and has reasonable prices. I give this shop 5 stars and will continue to do business here.

Gerry is the best. When I bring my car in, he fixes the problem quickly and at a price I can actually afford. He is also kind, and takes the time to show me exactly what is going on and will show me the part that is broken so I can see it for myself. I am the type of person that likes to get second opinions and multiple quotes, and there have been multiple times that he quotes me a price hundreds of dollars lower than other shops. He s a good mechanic and is honest, and I need everyone to go to him to take care of their car!

Just like almost everyone else says, Jerry is great! He's very polite and actually took the time to show me exactly what's wrong with my car and where all I should look when trying to repair it myself. He diagnosed my car quickly and for free, while other places charge over $100 to diagnose. Unfortunately, my car needs much more work but I'm extremely relieved to know that Jerry is now my mechanic here. I will be returning and I urge you to stop by if/when you have car trouble because you won't get a better price nor a more honest mechanic.

I needed an alignment so I looked on Google and found this spot, they had great reviews and after going to get the front wheels aligned (apparently there are 2: back and front) I can see why. They were busy but they were able to get it done the same day, within 2-3 hours. They have good prices and were friendly. I will be going back for other services. I dont really trust mechanics because I feel they inflate their prices, but when I need work on my car, I come J & E. Everytime I go , I get fast service at a reasonable price and the mechanic seem like a real professional and honest person. I don't just want my car fixed, I need someone I can trust. I was recommended to this shop for a wheel alignment on my 2012 Chevy Traverse. I called and was told to bring it in. The person, I believe his name is Jerry, was very helpful on the phone. When I took the vehicle in, he told me what was wrong with the front end suspension. He quoted me a very reasonable price for parts and labor. I was very happy with the work he did. Had this been done at the dealership or any other mechanic shop, I would have paid a fortune. I highly recommend this shop even though it s in a rough part of town. It didn t bother me to go there because I actually grew up in that area. Thanks for fixing my car. I will definitely come back for any other front end and brake issues on my car....

I ve been working in Dallas and wanted to get an alignment before driving back to Houston. Jerry was great! Very friendly and quick service. My car was ready within a couple of hours and you can t beat the price. Nice to find a good mechanic when you re not familiar with the area.

I truly felt like he was being honest about what was wrong with my car. He told me what I needed done and what parts to get. I even did a quick check to see if the prices that were quoted were right, and he was more affordable than what I was quoted. I'll be taking my car back for everything.

This is the best mechanic I ve every had. Not only is Jerry nice and understanding but he also gives great advice on how to take car of your car and recommends you to other places when he knows there s something he cant guarantee.

Our alternator went out and we just moved into town. We didn t know anyone but once we called J&E, they offered their services as quickly as possible. It didn t take too long to fix the issue. He also made recommendations for our check engine light, which is on. I appreciate the cost of the repair, professionalism, and time management.Service: Electrical repair

I highly recommend J&E auto repair shop! I needed my heater hoses and drive belt replaced and was recommended by a friend to Jerry. He provided same day service and very reasonable price for the repair. I will continue to go with him whenever my car has any problems.

I was actually on my way to valvoline when I say J&E Express and figured I d inquire. He immediately debunked the previous diagnoses I received on the car and immediately found the source of the issue. Within mins my air conditioning was corrected. Usually I never write reviews, but Jerry definitely deserves one. The dude is super friendly, honest, and has very fair prices. Jerry even helped me find the right parts to order myself, because he knew I would save a little money. You won't find this honesty and helpfulness at just any auto shop. I initially went to his shop because he had great reviews, so hopefully my review will also encourage you to give J&E Express Auto a try. You probably won't have to try any more shops after.Thanks again Jerry!

I recently had my cars oil changed by the dealership and was told that I also needed over $2000 in repairs. I drive Uber for a living and I need my car in tip top shape at all times but couldn t afford the repairs the dealership recommended since I m also a single mom. After the oils change my check engine light came on and I went back to them but they said they would charge me $140 just to check it and only would refund me if they found that they were at fault for the problem. I couldn t afford the price at the time and happened to be driving by J&E Automotive after a delivery and there was a sign that said they do free checks. I spoke with Jerry who was very informative and saved me lots of money by taking a look at my car and explaining that the parts the dealership said I needed to replace were actually in good condition. I was supposed to go on a road trip and he explained what could technically wait and what he recommended since I was trying to save as much money as possible. He walked me under my car to show me the parts that were still good and advised what parts actually needed replacing. He fixed one part, was very quick and his prices were great! I plan to get the other parts fixed as soon as possible. I referred my sister to him and will be referring any other friend that needs a mechanic to him.

The reviews don t lie!!! Such a great friendly mechanic with great prices and will go far and beyond to make sure you re car is running great. I brought in my 1985 GMC Sierra and left it running great he even fixed some extra stuff without me asking no matter how difficult it was being an old truck with rusted bolts!! I ll definitely be coming back. Don t look any further and stop on by

J&E express auto where can I start I was Recommended by advance auto part on Illinois I needed a quote to see how much would it be to change struts for my camaro ones I got there I came through the door with my car. He stopped everything was he was doing to check on my vehicle. I didn t have to wait like other places. That s something is very important TIME.Check him out you would not regret it trust me !!!!!

Been taking my cars here for a while and will continue to take them. Fast friendly service at really low prices. An honest mechanic is hard to come by and thats the reason they have my business. Jerry is the guy you're looking for.
