I drive a 2017 BMW 330i that had coolant leaking from turbo aux line to water pump with a couple other maintenance issues. A total of 5 services were done. It took just A DAY! (Other shops were either price gauging due to my car make or providing absurd wait times of 2-3 weeks) The moment I called to inquire about my concerns, able to take it in the very next day to stepping foot in the shop welcomed to with such great vibes. Provided clear explanations for each concern with photos and detailed descriptions. No gimmicks. Overall service was great AND AFFORDABLE! Having a European car can be very expensive and the whole team really took care of me. The whole experience was phenomenal. Emphases on highly recommend. Go to shop

I had my vehicle inspected here and I'm beyond impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness of their service and kindness of Shauna at the front desk. They explained everything in clear, understandable terms, making sure I was fully informed about my vehicle's condition. The inspection was completed efficiently, and the customer service was outstanding throughout. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and meticulous vehicle inspection. Very good people here. Issues were diagnosed quickly and expertly repaired and reasonably priced. Shop uses recommended factory parts and all work is warranted - 2 years with new front brakes and rotors in my case Waiting area is comfortable inside and I appreciated the coffee maker they offer free water and soda too. Also offer Uber service if you need a ride. Friendly staff that is detail oriented. This is my new go to shop. Highly recommended

This is so exciting! My husband and would always use Integrity 1st in Plano but it was quite a drive from where we lived - we just always had a consistently good experience and we are very keen on keeping our vehicles as long as possible (can't stand monthly car payments). I just got mail about this new location and I had to Google it, very excited! Always nice to see the good guys win!

Not only was, I practically greeted at the doorway, but they were kind, courteous and knowledgeable. Me and the Manager Lane spoke on the importance of general upkeep of my car. I thought myself to be a knowledgeable person in this area. I am humble in the fact that this young gentleman knows more and I am glad and proud to take my cars here for years to come

This is definitely your go to spot. Drove in from Killeen to get my girl's car inspected, was greeted with the upmost courtesy. They got me in and out and even recommended some things that needed to be taken care of (without being pushy). I definitely recommend these guys for your car repair needs.

I came to them with a problem- they quickly diagnosed it and fixed it for me! They were affordable, fast, and so nice. Plus they sent me on my way with a snack and soda :) 5 stars from me! I will be back!

They really do live by the name, I live near the Murphy location and was told I needed some major repairs by a shop next door. Went to these guys for a second opinion and they showed me how small the actual issue was, only had to replace a small component instead of an entire system - saved me thousands, and they ve earned a client for life. Go Integrity 1st!!

1st time here, I came for a tire rotation and soon as I pulled up I got customer service right away by Lane the managerHe got me in and out fastfound out also this is a new business the building is very nice you guys should come check it out!

I had been a longtime client of their Wylie location but my family moved much farther south. They called me before Thanksgiving to check in and told me about this new location coming soon- less than 15-min away! Super thrilled, I had no luck finding a trustworthy shop nearby, Christmas came early lol!
