5/13/2020 @ 12:00 pm (appointment time)I saw all the good reviews and decided to purchase the Groupon for the all wheel alignment and tire rotation. Well the gentleman there today just....destroyed the other reviews because he was horrible. He s a more mature gentleman that worked the front desk. I walked in and told him I had a Groupon but when I asked a general question he goes, You gotta ask the mechanic; I m not the mechanic. ok fine. Maybe that was a miss. When he pulled my car in the bay and came back in I asked what time they closed (I was going to leave and come back), and that s when the attitude continued. We had a brief exchange, but I couldn t understand what he was saying and when I asked for a second time what time they close because I was going to leave and come back he goes, Sit down, it only takes 45 minutes and it will be done! Well......I surely heard him that time cuz he practically hollered at me. I politely left the business, canceled the Groupon, and went about my day. Customer service is not what it used to be I tell you. LolThe place was clean though and the mechanic on duty did seem nice when I was pulling out but the front desk gentleman....was not having a good day today.

I've brought my vehicle here for a state inspection last year & this year. It was even more of an amazing, super quick process this year. The gentleman started the process while I was retrieving my liability card from my phone. It took less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend this place!

I got my vehicle inspection done here for the second year in a row. Each time, it was super fast and the service was exceptional! It felt kinda like a family business environment, where people genuinely care about their customers... or at least they made a genuine effort to chat with me a little, so it didn't feel strictly transactional. The owner(?) was so kind. I didn't get his name, but he was an older gentleman with salt-and-pepper hair. He smiled with me, joked with me, and made me feel at ease. He even surprised me by giving me a bunch of lollipops for the kids in my life, and I really enjoyed that personal touch. Plus, he saved me a lot of money! I had gone to Kwik Kar before coming here (only because it was closer to my home) and they wanted me to pay almost $500 for non-safety repairs before I could get the inspection... and I had gotten confirmation from at least 2 other mechanics in the past that the repairs were not safety-related. The guy there (at Kwik Kar) wasn't rude, but his tone felt a little bit condescending at some points during the conversation. His exact words were, "I will not pass you." I understand they have rules and regulations to follow, but it came off like these rules and regulations were from HIM rather from the state. It kinda felt like a power-type move and it rubbed me the wrong way, so I took their estimate and left. However, my experience at Inspection Express Lube was completely opposite and absolutely ZERO HASSLE! I'll keep coming back here as long as I'm in Dallas. Highly recommend! Thanks, guys! You are truly a gem! :D!!!

I needed to get a full service done for my Jetta and was in & out so fast. Great job from these guys will definitely come back here again. Moumen was very helpful and 100% transparent. Inspection Express really does have excellent customer service, you won t regret it!

Had my state inspection done here today it was truly an express one. Just like what they claim. My inspector Essam was very professional and friendly.Riyad, the man inside the store, who were really helpful in giving consultation on my tires question. (I had a flat tire fixed with them months back but forgot to review. They handled it quick and well.)I really appreciate their service here! Thankful to have such a great store nearby.

Getting car problems fixed can honestly be a hassle. However Inspection Express makes the process so easy. I went to a Chevrolet before going to Inspection Express to get an oil change. I unfortunately had the unpleasant experience of being told an animal was living in my car (I had been in a car accident and my car had been in the shop for two months where it probably snuck in through the hood). My blower motor and both filters were super dirty. I was also told I needed to get my brakes replaced. Getting everything done was going to cost me about $1500, something that was just simply not in my budget. I had gone to Inspection Express prior and I remembered I had a friend that loved it and recalled I had a great first experience as well (just never got around to doing a review). They made the process super easy and explained everything clearly and quickly. They also cut the price in half. Their labor was impressive, they left the inside of my hood shining and truly did an excellent job. I was amazed at how quickly they got the job done. I would go back here for any car issue and I recommend that you do too. Extremely satisfied and relieved!

Nice people here. They offer you a cappuccino and are very fast with the service of my vehicle. Too bad, I think they try and swindle though. They tell me I needed new wiper blades or my vehicle would fail. This was after I replaced them two months prior. They're cool people hope they read this and try to do things differently there. I still like the joint though. Moumin is a pretty swell dude. Real down to earth employees here

I haven't used this business yet, however, I am considering using the business in the near future. I just wanted to send this suggestion to the manager, owner, or whomever is reading and responding to the reviews given. After reading several reviews, I noticed that you didn't respond to those customers who left a complaint rather than a praise. Don't just respond and comment on the reviews that are seemingly good reviews. Also respond to those customers that have been dissatisfied with the services. It makes you (the business) appear to only be concerned with retaining the business of the satisfied customers and not those who had an unpleasant experience. Display professionalism by showing compassion and empathy for the dissatisfied customers, if not more. It just may be that you will retain their business as well.

They worked incredibly fast and left my car in prime condition! I love the guys here. They just all have a great work ethic and also do the job right. Definitely will come here for all my car maintenance

I'd like to say great but it was chaotic. Had Groupon and had to no exaggeration to wait 10 minutes and then says 24. I said what I already paid 54 to Groupon they said was additional oil. They didn't check or top off fluids or anything extra. No thank you for stopping by.

They saw me for a wheel alignment even though you usually have to have an appointment, they were nice, an older gentleman explained the paperwork that showed my alignment. I was there maybe 45 minutes? Would recommend.

My experience was amazing, I went there for an oil change and Moe, he was so kind to check out for any other problems and there was I had to replace radiator holes, he told explained to us in a good manner and we came back the next day to replace our holes and they also did a coolant flush. Also, the prices wow AMAZING !Moe is the employee who helped us and I would recommend anyone to check this out .

I give it a three as it was considerably fast service. Besides that not so much. The two employees were not so personable except for one that came in later. I only went as I got it off Groupon but not sure if I would go back or not.

The experience started off great. I came in to get my breaks done with a groupon. Dropped my car off at 8am cameback at 10:30 and it was completed. So I was showing my groupon when it was time to pay. The guy grabbed my phone and reviewed. He then made a phone call. Once off the phone he began to yell its already redeemed i didnt touch anything. I look at my phone and the redeemed option had been selected already. It showed a timestamp of 6/15 @ 10:29 am. I tried showing him the timestamp but he refused to look and continued to yell. At this point the frustration of being treated like a con artist is settling so i said its fine home much is it ill pay for it and call groupon. The owner or cashier still had an attitude. So yeah I gave him a couple of choice words. Overall great break job. Terrible customer service. I would never return to this place or suggest that anyone goes. And to top it off I paid 99.00 for the groupon (for 139.99 worth of service). But when i was hustled to pay up front the total price was 92.00.

This was my second time going to an Inspection Express. The experience is always super quick and efficient. I received an oil change, cabin air filter change ,and tire rotation. I also used GROUPON and got my car serviced at more than 1/2 off than my dealer would ve charger.

This shop gives its customers a 1 year warranty for any repairs done by them. However, in my case a part became faulty within a year and as a previous customer I attempted to use the warranty but I was treated like a common criminal. I was yelled at and berated for trying to use the warranty, I wasn't treated this way when I paid for my service.You shouldn't guarantee something you aren't willing to stand by.

Great place and great service! I had a Groupon for an oil change and inspection, and they got it all done in less than an hour. The employees were also pleasant to work with. Definitely recommend.

Had my oil change done here. The "regular checks" showed my wipers were working fine whereas in reality the wiper blades had a tear. I had to let the technician know that the wiper blades were bad, after which he asked me if he wanted me to change the wipers .I wonder if the checks that showed "good" or "satisfactory" is actually being checked!

Getting car repairs can be a headache if you have no body that you trust!Inspection Express were very transparent of what i should fix, and what i can wait on!I m so pleased that i got my Car fixed, oil changed, and tires replaced! A whole package! I will be coming back here for all services for my car, and i highly recommend you do the same!

Let me be clear, I LOOK for reasons to give businesses good reviews because I believe good service should be recognized, but this was no such case. There was no parkingspaces so I just parked my truck in an open area. I went inside and greeted the 2 gentlemen inside, stating I have a groupon for an oil change. Their response was, " Ah " and both men went back to what they were doing. I waited around for a few minutes when the owner called me to the desk saying there were gonna be extra charges (about $10). I didn't mind as long as it wasn't outrageous. He asked for my keys and mumbled something under his breath while looking at the computer. A few seconds later, he looked me in the eye and TOLD ME to go sit down. Not, "you can have a seat" or "there's a couch over there" but a command to go sit. Already unsatisfied at this point bc you don't talk to customers that way. I watched while he drove my truck in the bay and heard the powersteering struggle. I asked a mechanic to look at it and I would pay for extra service. The owner came back and said I needed a new tire, so I followed him to see why. It was just a nail in the tread, but it was looking worn out regardless so I told him to go ahead and put a new tire on. He did not. Upon checkout, i asked about the powersteering again and the gave a deep sigh followed by "well I have to check it." It was clearly a bother for him, so I told him to not worry about it. I've had better customer service at 7/11. Idk if it was a bad day or alot of work or what but that's not how you do business. I bought 2 groupons for the oil change because I wanted to take my other car there but I'll be going somewhere else now.

This place is a scam. I bought 4 brand new tires and after about a month I got a nail in of the new tires. When I went to get that brand new patched, the tire place showed me that the tire had already been patched 3 different times.

In and out with a new filter and oil change in under 30 minutes. They have a Groupon deal as well. Customer service could ve been better (the guy barely said a word to me the whole time)

The guy that does the oil changes was very kind and explained everything to me... However, they open at 8am but don't have a cashier till 8:30am. Very inconvenient for someone that has other things to do.
