I have a BMW M2 that was involved in a collision and the whole front left of the car was crunched and suffered extensive damage. iCandy was both very friendly and helpful and the work they did was immaculate, you'd never know anything happened.

iCandy Auto Body is the real deal. Recently they replaced the front fender assembly of my Honda Civic. They gave me their estimate within 24 hours of examining the damage, and when I left them the car, they finished the replacement by EOB next day, l hitting the estimated cost right on the dot. Honest and pleasant folks all, and I highly recommend their services. Also a shout-out to Trowell and Turner for recommending the shop to me.

iCandy (previously Colors of Parade) and especially Melody, goes above and beyond for any service that I've experienced. Their work is outstanding.For some historical context of my "eye" for work, I grew up in a car dealership and my step-father was a detailer. Worked with several show cars where we would clean between the tread in tires. Work had to be flawless. Cars have always been a passion of mine and I am slightly OCD when it comes to vehicles. Okay, fine, full blown OCD.I've taken two Porsches (Panamera GTS / 991 911 Turbo S) to iCandy and the output of the work that I received was first class. Since both cars were black in color, any work performed had to be flawless or it would be easily called out. I was looking to trade in the 911 while it was with iCandy, and the Porsche dealership said, "Ohh, it's with Melody, her work is top notch, no concerns there." Additionally, I referred my co-worker to Melody/iCandy and her work saved $1,800 that the dealership was going to charge for body work.Lastly, having companies really treat you special is a rarity. From the moment I arrived to when I left, the professionalism, communication, and output of work have been world-class. Melody even went above and beyond two times to help facilitate a windshield replacement (which she didn't need to do) and brought me my garage remote (REALLY didn't need to do) to help me with my schedule.If you have a vehicle that needs some love or even just minor paint correction, I would highly suggest giving this shop a chance.

Thank you iCandy Auto Body for doing such a great job on my Jeep! Melody and her team fixed my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee to look like new when the dealer did not want to touch it. My quarter panel was done before by someone else and it wasn't good quality. Melody worked with my insurance to get my Jeep fixed right this time after this current accident in which I was rear ended by a pickup truck. My car is looking and driving as it is supposed to. I'm very happy I chose iCandy AutoBody for this repair!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

I'm really happy with the amazing paint job iCandy did on my car. Great attention to detail and great recommendations on how go make my 2004 Mercedes look brand new. Melody is wonderful to work with. I live in Indiana and my daughter just took a job in Dallas. She had a major issue with her car. It's not something very easy to help with from this far away. I had an issue with my apartment complex property essentially destroying my rear bumper due to their mismanagement, right before Christmas! It caused me so much stress, but Melody was no nice and friendly, she assured me everything would be okay, and it was!!My girlfriend told me about iCandy and I'm so glad she did. The front desk receptionist, as well as the mechanics, and everyone there, were SO friendly, and did everything they could to get me fixed up in time for Christmas vacations. My car was in and out in under 3 days, and it was by far the lowest price quoted from 3 other places! They are a great and wholesome small business; definitely coming back if I ever need auto repairs again.

Hands down the best auto repair experience I've ever had. The customer service was awesome, and my car looks beautiful now.I needed two parts replaced and two buffed/painted on my VW Tiguan, it took 5 days and all looks like new. I am already planning to bring my car back and my boyfriend's for more ~I also love that this is a female owned business!Thank you, icandy!

This place is ABSOLUTELY the best!! They did a fantastic job color matching my Lexus RC-F! Then I took them my Honda Civic I use as my daily. I messed up the paint taking an emblem off and they treated it like it was just as nice as my Lexus! Can t say enough!! And you don t meet better people! Honesty, transparency, and consistency in work in the auto body world is harder and harder to find!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to avoid the headache of doing it twice!!

Brought my 2015 BMW M3 here for body repairs, respray, and cosmetic upgrades and Melody and her team did a phenomenal job. Professional work done by a professional team, and their focus on customer service is top notch. Very communicative and transparent throughout the process. Would recommend everyone to check out their service with a smile. Appreciate the team and their work.

My beautiful car was abused 2 weeks ago... vandalized on the drivers side door, i was so upset... I called many places, but only one company gave me the attention and customer service that won me over... Melody at iCandy is one of the best owners i have met. The entire team is so knowledgeable about body work. The receptionist is so kind and nice. The technicians are extremely diligent. If you are in the Dallas area and need body work done on your car... stop looking and just go to iCandy!!

It s difficult to summarize all the great things about Melody Jordan through an online review but I will certainly give it my best.Melody, to start, is just good people as they say. She is one of the most friendly, down to earth people you'll ever come across. And you can see how her friendly demeanor and attitude carry across to other aspects of her life.She is constantly going above and beyond to not only take care of her clients, but she makes the same effort for her employees.Automotive isn't the world's most honest industry and so it speaks volumes when you receive 10/10 service on the client facing side of things and also see such diligent efforts by Melody to create an environment where her people can be successful as well on the back end. It is so reassuring because it reenforces that business is being done the right way.Aside from business, Melody is the type of person you'd invite to a family gathering. She s just that awesome!Can t really say enough how pleased I am that I can count on Melody Jordan and the boys at iCandy to be my service provider.

I was referred to iCandy after receiving a wildly expensive repair estimate for my luxury car. iCandy repaired my car to its original condition at a fraction of the cost of the dealer estimate. I will add that this was a particularly difficult repair because of location of the repair, paint color etc. The repair is flawless! Literally, a work of art. I was so impressed, I sent over another car and my truck for repairs that were needed to bring them back to their original condition. What's more impressive, is their service. Better than Neimen Marcus, better than Sewell. These folks are like dealing with a family member who happens to be an auto body artist!

Overall fantastic experience , everyone was very friendly and helpful . Car was in for a hood windshield, and fender repair. They were always easy to reach , great communication with any potential concerns as well. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for great work and great customer service.

Melody and her team at iCandy went above and beyond. They helped me with a difficult situation, especially when it came to financing issues from the person who damaged my car. They were very patient with me and helped me along the way.My car had excessive damage to the doors, bumper, lights, paint, rims, steering etc. they handled it like pro s. Great experience with this shop. I had a clean VW Golf R that someone hit and ran. They creased the rear metal fender and damaged the rear plastic bumper. I was pretty sick about it, but asked around and my mechanic (Autoscope - another recommend) suggested icandy Auto Body.I got a quick and good bid on that work and also had them give me another quote for a fix of the lower front bumper valence and filling rock chips all around. It all came out perfect and I highly recommend them (ask for Melody). I went from thinking about selling that car to loving it again. Good people / shop.

This is my second time working withMelody at ICandy Auto Body. The first time was a great experience and the finished product exceeded my expectations. That s hard to do me being so OCD!I decided once again I would attempt to remove some emblems on my own and in the process messed up the paint when trying to remove the adhesive. I called Melody embarrassed about what I had done for a second time. She remembered me by name! Her outgoing personality made me feel ok about what I had done, and she even took the time to explain what products I might try in the future to keep this from happening again.When I came in to pickup the car I threw her a curve ball. I had noticed there was still glue on the paint from the protective covers being removed after I had bought the car. I asked if she could polish the whole car. I showed her where the glue was. She was able to remove it and her detailing team went to work. While standing at the car she told me that it appeared the rear of the car had been repainted. This was a brand new car! She showed me the differences in paint reflection and I was blown away. This is something I will take up with my dealership, but the teams attention to detail is amazing!It took 8 test sprays to get the color to match just right. It is a very complicated blue with pearl and metallic. This just shows the attention to detail they go to in making sure the paint match is PERFECT not just great!!I recommend Melody and her team at ICandy Auto Body to paint anything! From a high end Porsche or Lamborghini to your first car you ever had. Any task big or small they do it all!! If in doubt give them a shout, tell her that Joe sent you!! Be aware of this place I went in to have a bumper painted Rose gave me a excellent price that I could not refuse but unfortunately it was not worth it because I have overspray all over my SL 550 Mercedes she offered to get the overspray off but I'm fortunately I have swirls all in my paint and all over my back glass window makes my car look totally ruined !!!! Do not take your car to this place to have any touchups done they will ruin your paint with overspray and then try to fix it and mess up the paint with buffing !!!! Up-date Paint is Chipping so bad Now I need a New bumper!They ruined my car I traded my car in and this was the reason for not a good trade in because they ruined my car

My experience was absolutely Five-star! I was given a ride home when I left the car to be repaired and it was delivered back to me promptly when done, with a perfect job, both color and finish! I highly recommend Colors on Parade!

Melody, the owner is super helpful and spot on with everything! The staff here is super friendly and very helpful. If anything ever happens to my car again I m coming back here for sure!
