After trusting other people with my Honda just to get screwed over by two other shops, I m very glad I found Marshall. AllI can say is Hondew is very thorough in everything that they do. Long story short, I don t ever remember my car driving this good for a long time. Thanks again for the great service and I ll definitely be a repeat customer. Can t wait to see what they do with the next Acura I m bringing to them.

The best! Don t know what I would have done without Marshall these past years. I had a 2006 Accord that he worked on for years. He was always honest about the needed repairs. I recently bought an Acura RDX so I could continue to use Hondew.

Very helpful on the phone despite never having been customers before. I could tell the person who answered the phone was very knowledgeable and he explained things clearly. We are switching to this shop for our Honda maintenance and repair needs.

Marshall is very knowledgeable and happy to share his knowledge about whatever unique issue or maintenance question you might have about Hondas. Reasonably priced for the level of expertise you get. Definitely better than dealer service in my opinion

I love Marshall! Went in for oil change and tire rotation for my honda. He is so personable and knowledgeable. He said he usually does wheel alignment and balance for tire rotations. I asked for a 25pt free inspection as well. He even gave me a parts discount. Honest guy. Would trust him with my honda again. I went home to check my dipstick looks so nice and clean and they even filled up my wiper fluid for free. One thing to note. They do not like you to wait in the waiting room so I walked/uber to kaffeine shop which is about a 5min walk and waited there for my car to get done.

Marshall at Hondew was super great. After my car randomly shut down, I called him, and he talked me through the potential issue and said he would squeeze me in to take a quick look at it despite not having any time that day. Sure enough, he quickly found the problem, ordered the part, and had me come in the next day (still squeezing me in since it was a quick fix). It was hassle-free, he was clearly knowledgeable about my car, and I feel confident that my car is back in great shape. I will definitely go back!

I have taken my Honda accord here for all service needs. This shop is awesome, Marshall is super knowledgeable. There is never any up-sale, it s always straight to what s needed and what can be done. I truly appreciate the transparency and professionalism from this shop.

Marshall is the best. He knows all the answers, never oversells, direct talk, always accurate in time of completion and cost, with all the information provided prior to deciding on service. I won't go anywhere else with my Hondas.

Marshall and Co are great. Fair pricing, clear explanations, and always happy to talk with you about upcoming potential issues and things that may show up but aren't really problems. Took both our Hondas here for length of ownership and never a bad experience. Felt heard and treated fairly

This place is awesome. Marshal is a very nice man and very good mechanic. He always took care of my Honda accord well with reasonable costs. I took my parts in some cases and he installed as well , reducing my cost!!

I ve gone here twice for repairs; once to have the starter replaced and again to diagnose and fix what felt and sounded like to me a very expensive problem but turned out to be less complex than I anticipated. Marshall is upfront and friendly. Both repairs were done quicker than I expected and the cost was not crazy. I can now drive my car in peace. If you are looking for a no b-s business I would highly recommend Hondew!

Literally the only reason I'm comfortable driving an older Honda is because of Marshall/Hondew Shop. They know EVERYTHING, communicate effectively, don't pressure you and give you honest advice.

Really went above and beyond to diagnose an issue with my wife s car that two other mechanics got wrong. Fair pricing and quick turnaround. I highly recommend these folks.

Been coming here for all of our cars, and if I can give more than five stars, I would. Always a fair assessment, reasonable rates and impeccable service. Marshall will be the person we bring all of our vehicles to as long as the business is around. Thanks again for everything you guys do.

I came to the Hondew shop after getting quotes from 2 other places. I brought my car in for a leaky windshield & Goodson Acura (on Lemmon) told me I needed $10,000 worth of work in order to make my car safe to drive. They advised me not to drive it off the lot because my car was in seriously critical condition. I drove it to Midas and they told me the car needed around $3,000 of work done immediately. Then I found the Hondew shop.I told Marshall this information and he told me he would take a look, after less than 12 hours, Marshall told me that the other guys had lied to me and that eventually I would need an oil pump but that I could probably go another 6 months - 1 year before it was critical. Basically Marshall told me the truth that nothing was wrong with my car. He was a kind, honest man and charged me nothing to look at it.GOOD PEOPLE DO STILL EXIST. Thank you Marshall and the team at the Hondew shop. You have all my praises!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

My house recently sold our last Honda but Marshall and Hondew did all their major maintenance and repairs for years. They never push extras and always give helpful advice. They do high quality work while being efficient and cost-effective. They will keep your Honda on the road.

Hondew is fantastic! I take my 2016 Civic here for all maintenance, including oil changes (I don't trust the quick oil change places). Marshall and his crew always do a great job at a reasonable price. He's very upfront about costs and will patiently walk you through any identified issues and his recommendations to address those issues (sometimes the recommendation is just to wait!). Reliable, honest, and reasonable

If you own a Honda, THIS is where you need to take your car. I had a Honda dealership tell me that my A/C compressor was bad and it would cost around $2,000. I knew I wanted to get a second opinion, and I knew that Marshall was the guy for just that. He is honest, hard working, and unbelievably detailed in his trade. It just so happened that my 2016 compressor was fine, and it was a couple leaky valves that needed to be replaced. He saved me well over $1,000. It's so hard to find people like Marshall, with an honest shop like his. Wish I would have found him years ago. Highly recommend all around!Service: A/C installation & repair

Marshall and crew are the definition of quality professionals. I have no hesitation whatsoever in bringing my wife s Acura in for service here. Marshall is detailed oriented and explains everything in a logical manner.Truly trustworthy hardworking individuals that take pride in their work. Highly recommended if you own a Honda or Acura. If you are considering purchasing one, I recommend them as well.Fast turnaround times, cheaper and more thorough than the dealership. Cannot say enough good things about Hondew.

Marshall is great! He is very knowledgeable and will always give you insights to what is actually needed vs what the dealerships are telling you these days to rip you off. If you own a Honda or Acura, this is the place to go! Keep an honest business going so we can all continue to get honest feedback and honest work and save money at the same time.

I can't speak highly enough of this establishment. Marshall got to me first thing in the morning and had me back up and running in no time. Very knowledgeable and thorough. He could have done the bare minimum to get me back on the road, but instead he took his time to make sure that the job was done the right way. Very rare in this day and age. Marshal is always fair and upfront about pricing and maintenance. When I went in to get an oil change, he mentioned some extra items I should keep in mind since folks are coming in less often due to covid and driving less. That attention to detail is priceless! Never feel pressured to buy anything that isn t an emergency. They offer general guidelines on when they think the worn parts will need to be replaced so you can put it on your calendar and budget for them if it s an expensive repair.I m gonna keep bringing my Honda s here as long as they re open and I live within driving distance!

I have a 2014 Honda accord, I had my 100k mileage timing belt and sown other work done. Marshall is super knowledgeable and him and his team did great work. I would definitely only let him and his crew do work on my Honda!

Marshal is a pretty honest mechanic. I had my A/C checked out and told me all the diagnostics on it. He help me save money and if I have a problem he would check it out again. Thanks

This shop is by far the most knowledgeable and informative when it comes to Acura and Honda service. I cannot speak more highly of Marshall and his team. Excellent service and very reasonable turnaround time. I will not use anyone else and I highly recommend them for any of your needs.
