Excellent service and a fair price! Jeff communicates well, keeps his promises, and will take good care of your vehicle. He moved my classic car from Irving to a storage facility closer to our home and I couldn't be happier or more satisfied with how it went.

Jeff is the best. I have used him several times and referred him to friends. Never had a problem. The first time I dealt with Jeff, I told him when and where I needed him. I showed up 15 minutes ahead of time and Jeff was already there!!! What? A tow truck driver who shows up early? I couldn't believe it. I was having a forklift moved. Jeff took his time and treated my forklift like it was his own. Loaded it and strapped it down well. Unloaded it at the other end and helped me get it just where I needed it. The other good thing about Jeff and Haul All is that, when you call, you are talking to the actual guy who will do the work so HE can tell you what HE can do and there is no blame game about what the person in the office promised vs what the driver can deliver. Thanks Jeff!

I own a c6 vette that I am obsessive about. The fuel pump went out and I was nervous about having it towed. Jeff not only took extreme care when loading my car onto the flatbed, but beat the other prices I had been quoted by a significant margin. On top of that he was very courteous and honest.Having had my car towed yesterday for the same reason by another company I expected to have to deal with price gouging and disregard of my car. I couldn't have been more wrong.I have never been impressed enough (negatively or positively) by the quality of service I've received for anything to write a review, until today.

Simply put, Jeff (Haul All Towing and Equipment) is AMAZING. I had grown frustrated with trying to find a towing company to move my 1968 Firebird project from Hurst to Dallas and was at wits end when I finally contacted Haul All Towing. Everything from that point on went smooth and far better than I could have imagined! Jeff is a pro, hands down. He's incredibly nice to work with, knows exactly what he is doing, and arrives on schedule like clockwork.Price: 5 stars. His rate to move this vehicle was considerably under the average cost I was quoted by other companies.Service: 5 stars. Very nice to talk to and laid back, he worked quickly, and unloaded the car into my garage in an ALLEYWAY! It was amazing to watch.Communication: 5 stars. I called him two weeks in advance and he worked with MY schedule (8am on a Sunday!). He called the day before to verify, Texted me that morning to let me know he was leaving the shop, then texted me later that evening to thank me for by business. Certainly 5 stars.Will continue to do business with Haul All Towing and recommend him to my friends.

Blew my transmission on the way to work. Called 2 other places who quoted me crazy high prices and tried to hard line me into their schedule (which didn't work for me). Jeff gave me the best price by far plus worked with my schedule to get the car from work to my preferred repair place on the far side of the metroplex. He was thorough and careful and I felt like my car was in good hands.

Horrible experience. Jeff, the owner is affordable. but if you're looking for straightforwardness and someone who will be there when they tell you RUUUUUUN! I called Jeff at 9:30 in the morning and he said he'd be two hours. He had a smooth schpiel about how quality and timely his work was. He told me he'd take pictures with my car to show it had been loaded correctly. Long story short, the rest of the day each time I called there was an excuse and he told me with an attitude HE'D make sure to call ME once my car was secured. 9:30pm at night I call, he ignores my call and texts me he's eating dinner with his family he went there and couldn't get it and will call me first thing in the morning. Keep in mind I've been told all day he would let me know when he arrived to the car. Needless to say it's noon and I haven't heard from him, Not to mention, he already took his pay out of the car.. I'm a fair person.. if this is made right I will update but this is just a terrible way to treat someone!

I am very pleased with the service that Jeff of Haul All Towing has provided me. He went out of his way, not once, but twice to help me. My car broke down on two different occasions, and what could have been a very nerve wrecking ordeal, wasn't a worry at all. I highly recommend you call Jeff for all of your towing needs!
