First of all, Sierra was amazing! She clearly communicated the timeline and gave me regular updates, especially if there was any sort of delay. Everyone else I interacted with was also kind. When I finally got my car back I noticed it had been cleaned inside and out which exceeded my expectations. This was my first time having to get my car repaired for damage and while I hope I never have a reason to come back, I know I can trust Harvey's Collision Center.

I will forever be a customer to Harvey s when I need anything done to my truck. I took in my 23 Bronco and since day one of my truck arriving the communication was on point! The service was amazing wouldn t trust any other shop to touch my truck! Thanks to the Harvey s team! Special shout out to Sierra for all the updates and help!

I cannot say enough good things about Harvey s. Employees will take care of your vehicle from start to finish. It s probably some of the best work you can get if you need paint or body work. You can have peace of mind for trusted results and transparency.

I brought my truck in at Harvey s for body damage repair. They took over a month to get repaired, which was estimated took a week after the month to finally give me my truck once my truck was returned. It had check engine lights on. I called them and told them that my truck did not have a check engine light on. I dropped it off. They told me they wanted me to pay $400 for a diagnostic which I did not have to pay because when I dropped off my truck, I had no check engine lights on and they wanted to charge me that once I got my truck back, I took it to a mechanic come comes out that my turbos were damaged while in the repair process and did not want to pay for any of the repairs, Nord wanted to check diagnostic on my truck when they did all of the damages when they replaced my front bumperTotal damages done by them were around $1100 nor did I receive a call or any contact back to to settle that or to even try to get in contact with me about that. I do not recommend this company if you are taking it with your insurance or out-of-pocket they take forever to get in contact with you about anything anything not giving you any good updated info you have to call constantly just to get any info on your vehicle not recommend

Great customer service! First, they helped me get a rental car to pick me up when Enterprise was being difficult. Then my car ended up needing more work than originally thought but they kept me informed via text about everything. My contact was Sierra and she was amazing! Very easy to reach by email or text. The shop itself is very clean and welcoming with a nice coffee/tea bar for customers.Obviously you don't go to a body shop just for coffee.The work the did on my Honda looked great! I ended up getting a new bumper and everything looks perfect. And it's guaranteed! They even washed and vacuumed my car before giving it back! And I was able to leave the rental car there and they got it returned. All in all a great experience! Would recommend Harvey's to anyone!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great experience. I had the pleasure to have Brad and Daisy throughout the process. Brad was great in telling me what to expect and giving status updates as necessary. Daisy was also able to direct my call to him. She also complimented me on the fragrance I had on so if you read this, it was Valentino born in roma ( pink) . Friendly staff. Nice vibes/set up on the inside.

This location started off great. Daisy at the front desk is really nice but the execution from the mechanics was terrible. I have had my completion date extended 3 times before getting my car back. Just to have to return for a horn problem (that they denied initially until I asked them to compare it to another car in their shop). I ALSO had to hear it from a police officer that because my windshield was replaced I needed to get a new registration with the DMV which Harvey's did not tell me when I got my keys from them. And when I called back to speak to a manager about this JOHN who is a manager, just told me he didn t know anything about that. Complete lack of ownership and respect to their customers after the bill is paid. TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE in Dallas!!

Brought my dodge challenger here after a small accident, that needed bumper and headlight replacement. They quoted a 2-week turnaround, but after 2 weeks they said that they had uncovered more repairs that needed to be done and that they would need to keep it an extra week. So then I followed up the Friday of that week and they said it would only be another day. They did this with me until Thursday of the following week when they finally returned the vehicle. To top off the poor delivery turnaround time, they did a poor job cleaning the inside of the windshield, to which I re-cleaned myself and they left me with no windshield wiper fluid.

Final Update: Got my rusted spare tire kit replaced and they covered the remainder of my rental. Added another star.Update 11/30/2023: My car finally seems to be fixed, so I added a star. I am waiting on a replacement spare tire kit and insurance reimbursement for the 2nd rental car. Overall, this was much harder than it had to be, and wish they did more thorough leak testing, but I'm just glad it's done.Update 11/20/2023: My trunk is still leaking water after Harvey's "adjusted" the seal around my trunk. I had to bring it back for them to look at it again. The leak led to my spare tire jack rusting out so they will replace the spare tire kit after I asked about it and ozone my trunk to get the mildew out. Hopefully this is the last time I will have to see them for this issue. Will update once car is back.Update 11/13/2023: Repairs look awesome, but I got my car back two weeks later than expected. This was not a big deal as insurance covered the cost of the rental. However, I noticed a mildewy smell inside my car once I got it back. I eventually discovered that it was worse in the trunk area. After further inspection, I found a ton of standing yellow water in my spare tire wheel well that must have leaked inside. I am working with Harvey s to fix the issue and will update again once the issue is resolved.Was rear-ended on 75 so I came here to get a new trunk door and bumper. Great experience so far and was what I was expecting for the best body shop in Dallas. Will update once my car is done.

PLEASE READ:I do not recommend this place. Harvey s prides themselves in quality repairs and exceptional service but I did not see any of that with my experience here. I was referred to Harvey s by GEICO and got my car repaired here to get the damage fixed from an accident a few months ago. I was confident leaving my car here after reading so many positive reviews, but my experience ended up being very different from others. When I went to pick up my car the first time, the initial damage was fixed, however, there was additional damage caused by one of the shop s employees (not sure who, apparently there are no cameras) PLUS missing parts. The shop was going to let me drive off with my car with additional damage AND missing pieces, showing that there are no quality checks done on vehicles once they re finished. I was told by a manager and an employee that this stuff happens all the time. When I mentioned the missing part, I was told there was no money to get the piece and when I offered money to pay for it the employee laughed in my face and said it would be too expensive but she would try her best to get that piece ordered. When I had contacted GEICO and told them about the situation, they assured me that money is never an issue and they are always willing to help with my car s repairs and that the employee, Sierra, should have never told me that, it was very unprofessional. I ve been very patient and kind to the staff as I know emergencies and delays happen, but I am very much past my limit. It s taken them a month to fix the initial damage plus an additional three weeks in an attempt to correct their mistakes. When I went to check on my car after not hearing from the shop and having the pickup date pushed back, no corrections had been made on my car. I was told repairs had started and was in the process of being assembled but to my surprise it was still in the same condition I left it in and collecting dust in their lot. I had also found out that the parts were never ordered after being told we re still waiting on parts , meaning, I was being lied to this whole time. I thought that because they had damaged my car and went past the initial pickup date that my car would be a high priority and they would try to correct their mistakes quickly, but that was not the case. I even took matters into my own hands and reached out to a Mazda dealership who were more than happy to help order the correct piece for Harvey s, but when I brought it up to the shop they suddenly had the correct piece for my car. Sierra and the manager John have come up with so many excuses as to why my car isn t fixed yet and made little to no effort to reach out or update me, everything I know is because I took time out of my day to get updates on my car. Alondra was kind enough to finally order parts for my car and make it a high priority and provide excellent customer service until my car was done. Adolfo, who is actually the manager at the Mesquite location, was very helpful and made sure my car was perfect after having to deal with bad customer service from this location in the past. He made sure everything was done on the spot and wouldn t give me my car until it was perfect. I can t believe this is how customers who are referred to by insurance companies are treated. Harvey s repaired my car after an unfortunate rear end collision (not my fault) that messed up my mufflers and rear end pretty bad. Their estimated repair time, updates, and attention to detail on repairs were on point. I received frequent updates on progres as well. Very good service. Thanks to everyone there!

Alondra, Monica, Randy and the team took wonderful care of me after Progressive dropped the ball not returning my calls for six months. They treated me with patience and integrity and dropped my car off to my apartment! They fixed my paid for car in less than two weeks after Chevy said they couldn t get parts. Sierra and crew were fabulous. They contacted me throughout the process with updates. I was given an estimated time for my car to be completed and they met that date. My car is old so I didn t think my insurance would have it fixed. Harvey s made it look beautiful and new again. My college student's car suffered some pretty good hail damage in Fort Worth about a month ago. Our permanent residence is outside Texas. Looked at the reviews and got a recommendation from GEICO. The car took longer to repair than I liked due to some staffing issues but I can't say enough about how they communicated; the quality of work that they did; treated my daughter professionally; and even repaired an area that wasn't covered by insurance free of charge. Unlikely to ever have damage again in the Dallas area but if I do I will definitely go back to Harvey's.Service: Painting

My truck had damage to driver door, mirror, and far bottom of door. Mr Chris was my service advisor who kept me informed of progress throughout repair til ready for pickup.One of the techs told me a handy use for coffee grinds that I will try if I have the opportunity, but I hope not. It's about having odors on vehicle that put grounds onto, grounds will soak up the smell and the organic material in carpet.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We ended up not repairing our car because it ended up being a total loss; however Harvey s was very professional, efficient, and easy to work with even when my insurance company was being quite difficult. They were meticulous in the estimate. The people there are very nice and helpful! We will take our next repair there for sure!

I have a fancy, new, expensive car that I just bought for my wife, and she got rear ended (thankfully going to recover!). I searched around for the shop with the best reputation I could find for high-end cars. Harvey s came up. I talked to them extensively, explaining that I would be demanding perfection. These folks were fantastic! They worked diligently to find difficult to find parts from all over the country, and although it took a while to source of the parts, the car is perfect. Harvey's was phenomenal. My car was in an accident and we truly didn't know where to go to and we chose Harvey's and I'm so so so grateful we did. A part was supposed to be on back order for a few months and Kyrie went above and beyond and found the part sooner and we got our car out of the shop a fully month + earlier than expected. Fantastic customer service - they keep you informed every step of the way. We just got our car back and I literally can't tell it was ever in a wreck. It is perfect and drives perfectly. After my car got hit by a teenager leaving a school parking lot, I was absolutely livid. My lexus was the first nice thing I had ever bought myself and now this happened. I took it to Harvey's and met with a gentleman by the name of Ruben Munoz, he help set my mind at ease with the process, he was super professional and knowledgeable. Once he called me and told me I could pick my car up I couldn't believe my eyes, my Lexus looked brand new like nothing had ever happened. The workmanship was superb and I received my car absolutely spotless almost like it had just left the showroom floor. I couldn't be more thankful for Ruben and his team.

I went here because I was at a state inspection shop where they put a sizeable dent on the edge of my door (more like the edge of the door was folded in) and chipped off paint exposing the body. I won t name the shop because it was a very careless technician and I don t want to leave them a bad review because they did agree to cover costs for repairs. But it still really sucked that it happened. I went online and found Harvey s, they took my car in and fixed the dent to as if the metal was never damaged and repainted the problem area to absolute perfection! If I hadn t seen the damage beforehand I would have had no idea there was ever a problem. Would absolutely recommend to everyone!Services: Painting, Body & Trim
