Harvey s Paint and Body did an awesome job repairing my damaged bumper on my Lexus RX. Everything was handled so smoothly from start to finish. Chris and the rest of the staff were so friendly and kept me updated every step of the way. I felt I was in good hands! The costs were also affordable for what an amazing job they did. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs body work done. You won t be disappointed!

Jordan helped me get my Lexus hood repaired in under a week after something hit me on the tollway. The Lexus dealership told me I needed a new hood that was going to be about $8000. I had an exceptional experience working with Chris Castillo. He was personable and professional and demonstrated a high level of knowledge during the process. He made it easy for me to understand the claims and repair process. Enterprise was supposed to pick me up but were late due to the volume they were experiencing. Chris was nice enough to drive me personally over to Enterprise when he did not have to so I appreciated that.It was nice to have a shop be on the side of the customer during the claims process and do what is necessary to help with a smooth experience.I recommend Chris and Harvey's Collision and will be using them in the future.

Truly the best auto shop! Excellent customer service, excellent work in car repair, and all around amazing experience working with them to get my car repaired in a timely manner. Very professional and do an amazing job. Highly highly recommend to anyone who needs car work done!

The friendliest, most transparent car repair shop I could have dreamed of! The entire staff was very helpful, but particularly Chris Castillo is a star. He was honest about what to expect, the entire process of repairing my car, and handled working with my insurance adjuster quickly and efficiently. I m so impressed at how fast they did the job, and I swear my car looks better than when I first bought it. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing auto body repairs, big or small!!!

I had taken my 2018 Ford F-150 there, I have a special paint on my truck and not only did they do a perfect job, it was so fast. Highly recommend this place, also if you get Julie to help you out there you will be in great hands. She made everything smooth with constant update: Customer Service 30/10

Long story short I had gotten into an accident with a vehicle I recently purchased. They ended up rear ending me and so I went to Harvey s Paint and Body to get some work done on my vehicle.They ended up replacing the whole rear bumper and painting it. They did a phenomenal job looks like new.I have pictures below. The first picture is of the accident and the rest is of the car after it has been worked on.I am really happy with their work and want to give a shout out to the man himself Adolfo for making sure everything went smoothly and giving me updates. He replaced the windshield wiper toggle switch for me too.Great work Adolfo Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get body work done on their vehicle.They will take real good car of you!

Great experience having my vehicle repaired at Harvey's. The staff was communicative and very helpful, keeping me in the loop with each update along the way. My car was ready in 10 days and the repair job made it look good as new! Would definitely recommend.

I am beyond impressed with Harvey's. Julie took care of me immediately and I couldn t have been anymore grateful. Extremely communicative throughout the entire process and much more affordable than I expected especially with the level of customer service! Truly wowed from beginning to end, thank you Julie and Harvey s for a great experience. Definitely would recommend!

I was very impressed! The staff is extremely professional. The initial visit was so easy. I was promised a one day turnaround. I needed a fin antenna mechanism replacement installed. They had to go through the trunk ceiling. They did it to perfection and were able to do it in the timeframe promised. Even the garage setup and operation were indicative of professionalism. The service reps were older people who didn t appear to be new hires. They all were well spoken, polished and friendly. It looks like they do alot of business. Based on my non-collision repair experience, I would highly recommend them. It was easy!

My car looks better than it has in years!These people were amazing.Long story short, I destroyed my front bumper and insurance wasn t covering it. They did their best to work with me and got it down to a reasonable price while not sacrificing quality.They replace the bumper fully as they said they would. They even cleaned the interior and touched up the whole exterior for me.Cannot recommend these people enough. I went to several other body shops before them and they were all trying to charge double as their MINIMUM QUOTE!They initially told me 2k to fix it but after they saw the extent of the damage under the bumper it totaled out to about 4k. Again, other shops started their initial estimate at 5-8k.You will not find a better middle ground between price and quality like you will here. Highly recommend. Thank you guys!!Like I said to them, she looks so good now that I won t neglect my clear coat this time around! The ONE thing they didn t do is they said they would paint over some other chips elsewhere complimentary but I can t fault them for not doing it as it wasn t even part of the deal. I'm truly thankful I found this place. I have heard of horror stories of different shops being rude and doing shotty work. Chris was truly pleasant and wonderful to work with. He was patient, answered all my questions, and kept me in the loop of what was going on with my van. He apologized for the repair taking longer than expected but of course we understand considering we wanted the work done well and it truly was. You can't even tell while driving or looking at it where the damage was. Considering the amount of work that had to be done. They did a truly excellent job. Thank you all.

I got into a wreck with my mini cooper, and with the alignment damage I was sure it was going to be totaled, but Harvey's fixed it up! They called me weekly with updates, and made sure to explain clearly what they were doing and how long it would take.The process took about a month (I did tell them to take their time because I had a rental car through my insurance) and they were very friendly throughout the whole process. Event replaced my car door sealing because it was looking pretty rough.

I found Harvey s Collision and the entire process was so easy and seamless. I hit the left side of my bumper and they replaced, repainted, and had my car ready in 4 days. I was shocked it was really ready for pick up within the same week!! Chris Castillo was very honest about the details needed to replace the bumper. The will be my no. 1 recommendation for car repairs. Thank you!

The team at Harvey s was very communicative and open about the status of my vehicle. With all the backorders going on, they kept in contact with me to update me on the estimated time of completion. When I picked up my car, I noticed they had even detailed it! It was back to looking brand new. I would highly, highly recommend Harvey s to anyone looking for a body shop. They were kind, respectful, and had great service. Very happy with the work done here.

I really appreciate the man at Harvey s Collision Center who help me out today (Saturday Jan 27). I m visiting Dallas and had a small accident happen on my car and the man working the front desk really took me out my distress with his help! Very professional and comfortable body shop coming from a person who knows nothing about the area. The technicians did an awesome job repairing my damage, making it almost not noticeable that I had something done. I would 10/10 recommend Harvey Collision Center to anyone in the Dallas area!

I definitely prefer the location on Maple over the one on Commerce! Julie was super helpful and is very kind! Her and the team took good care of me and my car! I hope I don t have to go back again but if I do, I would prefer to work with Julie!

I had a great experience getting my bumper fixed at Harvey s. They were very fast at finishing the repairs, great ant communicating through the process and my car looked good as new - couldn t tell that there had been any prior damage! Would definitely recommend them!

Our experience was amazing! Julie was so knowledgeable and so helpful with our situation. We could not have asked for better service and a better outcome for our vehicle. Would highly recommend to anyone needing any sort of bodywork done on their car or paint damage fixed.

DISAPPOINTED- per the reviews cars were returned cleaned and detailed as an extra touch. Mine was retuned as though the mechanic got in my vehicle without putting a floor mat down.When I came to drop my car off I was not greated. I was given a look by the receptionist s though I were in the wrong placeWhen my car was assessed for damages the tech gave unwarranted commentary asking me if USAA approved the repair because upon her inspection it didn t look like it would be.When I picked my car up again more unwarranted feedback telling me that there were a lot of notes on my account that said fraud .They have a $20 charge if you use your credit card which in my experience is VERY uncommon. When I picked my vehicle up I did not remember this and the techs response was below expectations for me. She pulled out what was signed almost defensive. Definitely not a response to give someone who is pleasant and not even in escalation made. Please do better. Harvey s team!!!!. A better approach could have been used.She then complained several times how she didn t care for USAA s service and had issues with them in the past. This energy could have been used to remind me to bring another form of payment aside from a credit card. Lack of service excellence here.I had a scratch on one side of my vehicle that was not included in the repair and was told that they would apply paint as a courtesy since it was so light to avoid any rusting. This was nice and all but they forgot to do it and when I mentioned it she ran to the back and came back out with a little bottle and applied a little herself . SighsssssMy deductible was only $250 however she told me I couldn t leave w my vehicle until the full balance was paid. My insurance company already let me know that they were covering the other half. I don t know where the ball was dropped here but I paid the extra monies because I needed my car.It took a full month to get that money back!!!! This is BRAZEN!!!!You guys need to work on a warmGreeting for customers when they walk in because mine was rude and additionally remind customers when their car is ready not to forget about the methods of payment. Easy solution - two birds one stoneI will not refer a flea hwre!!!! $20 charge is highway robbery and very excessive. I m unhappy with this shop and you alls work and your staff!!!!!!.

I had a wreck and wasn t looking forward to dealing with repairs, but Harvey s was recommended to me by some trusted people that know cars. I was WOWed by the communication, the kindness and the way they explained how it all works. It s stressful and confusing enough dealing with insurance, etc but they take it all off your plate and make it easy for you. They are kind and were so helpful. I will tell all my friends and I will use them in the future if I ever need body work done again.

I gave them a 2 star review because there a good body shop just not great this is a body shop for people that don t care if the car doesn t come out perfect if you looking for perfection go somewhere else I took my car 3 times back to them and they still didn t leave it good charged my insurance almost 14k and left a whole gab between my taillight and my bumper and told me is normal and they couldn t fix it I personally don t recommend you would think for that much money it would be perfect but I guess not

I went to BMW collision place before I came to Harvey. The reviews were low, and the guy I spoke with was shady. He kept arguing with me for asking him for a quote. My BF told me to leave because something isn't right. I kept searching and came across Harvey. The reviews were high for a collision center. I thought to myself these reviews are fake... no, I can say that they deserve 5 stars and more. I worked with Jordan. He gave me a quote and worked with the insurance company. When we came across a problem with the insurance company, he was on it!!!! He kept me in the loop about everything. It was refreshing to work with an honest, professional, and good company. Thank you again!!!
