Great customer service! They came out to my car right away and helped me with my tires. I got two new tires put on and they were super fast! And they re open till midnight!! Super happy!

3/15/2024 I had a blow out this morning and came here for a replacement. I called ahead and spoke to what i assume to be the manager. There was a small language barrier (but not so bad) we spoke and i decided to get 4 used tires due to mine being pretty bald. As soon as i arrived i was able to pull up. Juan or as he asked me to say "JR" was my tech he was incredibly nice and helpful he explained everything he was doing step by step. When "JR" was done i went to go pay i thought the price was a bit high and it turns out that he put on 4 brand new tires instead of 4 used. I admit this was my bad i had confused myself while talking to the manager. Both the manager and "JR" were understanding though a little visibily disappointed when i asked them to take off the new tires and put on used ones. They were still professional and kind after that. The service is great here and i will definitely be coming back.

These guys are my go to for anything tire and wheel related. They hustle like nobody's business. I had a broken wheel stud and was quoted $228 and 3 hours by a dealer shop. I said no way, my homies at Hamm's will fix me up and did they! $50, in and out in 30 minutes even though they were swamped.

This tire shop has been a go to of mine for years!! It s a Dallas staple. They help you out without needing to get out of the car. (Unless your paying by card) and it s fast service. The guys there are super respectful and willing to help you out. Prices are affordable. And I know that if hams did it then it s good quality.I drove from Forney to Dallas at 10 pm on a Saturday night because they were open. Only place that was. They helped me get two nails out of my tires. I saw some guys with Ham s sweatshirts and if you guys want to sell your merch I am the first one to sign up!Thank you for serving Dallas for decades. You guys are the best!

They let the crackheads work there. Pulled in for an alignment. Got yelled at for not reading one of forty dirty signs they have. When I pointed out the contradictory and confusing signs I got yelled at some more. So I yelled back. The crackhead went over to the alignment people and told them not to service my car. Went to get back into my car and leave and had essay from Next Friday charge me up. Even walking all the way to my car to fight me. Telling me to get out from the passenger side. Avoid this place.

Came here on word of mouth recommendation and WOW they exceeded expectations. 4 brand new tires, labor, balance, the works for under $700 and they would have thrown in an alignment had I needed it. This place has been around forever and when I got there (upon opening) I immediately saw that they are very very good at what they do. Very friendly staff; they work quickly but professionally and you don t even have to get out of your car (I didn t know this at first.) I will definitely be back and will spread the word!!!

I went to fill my tires with air today. A younger gentleman employee was acting inappropriately toward his coworker. He pulled out his JUNK!! and began cursing aloud in front of the customers. Since there are CHILDREN around, the folks next to me started arguing with him. He did this in front of a customer who was sitting next to me and had her child with her; she witnessed everything! It was particularly inappropriate for the job. They didn't even appear to care that they were swearing the entire time we were there; they just kept laughing with each other!!! Not even a apology the man should of gotten a charge of public indecency. Especially yet again in front of children!!I AM NOT CONFUSED ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED IN FRONT OF BOTH ME AND MY MOTHER AND OTHER CUSTOMERS. You could of just easily made an apology instead of accusing me as a liar

We had to swap out the inside tire on our 24 RV while driving through Dallas on a Sunday. This was the only spot we could find and so we trusted the reviews and went down to check them out. A little chaotic? Sure. Slightly disorganized? A bit. True to their word and do great work? YES. These guys are honest and hardworking and had us in and out in 30-40 mins with a new tire and fresh air in the rest. Didn t even have to get out of the rig. If you need a tire in the Dallas area, I could not recommended this place more.

Excellent service. Was passing through Dallas and ran over a nail at 11 pm on a Saturday night. They had us in and out in less than 10 minutes. Thank you for saving this mom from being stranded on I35 in the middle of the night.

Amazing service!I came in with a flat on my car, I asked if they could take care of it and that I had customers waiting for me at DFW. They were on it in less than 5 minutes. Brand new tire, payed and out the door in less than 30 minutes! I can t say enough good things about how good and nice these guys are!Not to mention the shop was super busy. Yet, they still took care of me like I was their only customer.

Used to come here very often. The last two times have been less than satisfactory. I get my tires rotated and balanced but it shook afterwards on the highway. Come back so they can fix it and they strip a lug, meaning they can't fix something else now. They were very nonchalant about it and really didn't want to help me. I don't know what's changed over the years but I know this will be my last time coming here.

It was a busy morning at Hamms and my first time going here, and I couldn't be much happier. I blew a tire over the weekend, and I decided to try this place. As I got there around 7:30 am it was packed but cleared in 40 minutes. Bought a new tire for $140 including balance and mount. Excellent service will be my tire shop from now on.

Good to see by some of the other one stars I m not alone in seeing they have 0 customer service. And truthfully if you don t speak Spanish you will probably be passed over a couple of times and/or greeted like you re a nuisance rather than a PAYING customer.

They keep people on the road when their tires are flat. They are open until midnight and sometimes 24/7. They have new tires, they sell used tires, and they patch tires without you even having to leave the car. They work hard and they charge a very reasonable price. Call first to make sure they have your tire size if you're looking for new or used.

I was not happy at all with this place. I own 2006 Honda civic ex 4dr. Went there to look for some new tires for my car and asked how much will a set be. I was told each tire would be $130. When I asked if that s all he had I was told yes. So I just left and when I look on the web site theirs other tires. Just felt they really didn t want to sell me anything

GO! GET YOUR 'TIRE ON!' FAST AND REASONABLE! Ham's has been around the Dallas area for years. It's a weird location and kinda nostalgic in the East Dallas area. When you drive up, it's like being instantly teleported to LA! Straight up hustle, jive and the sound of rickets popping of the old tires! Open late into the night, you can find hundreds of tire brands here, both new and used. If you don't feel like spending an arm or a leg, go here. Note: they are going to try and up-sell you. If you're a great negotiator, that helps!

Happen to catch a flat tire and Hamm s was conveniently located so I went and parked up front only to be passed over by the many tire attendants who were visibly not busy or attending to cars. Finally one comes over and tells me no patch or plug will work and that I would need a new tire. He originally quoted me $130 but he left inside and once he retired the price went up to $145. A lesson was learned and I will never do business there again.

Pulled up to purchase a tire a very rude man approached me I advised what I would like done when he told me the price he said if you don t like it go somewhere else, and walked off. I told young man he was rude and he said whatever. I went right across the street to J&J LLANTAS great customer service from them needed up buying 2 tires. Don t go to HAMM S!!! Poor Customer Service.

Sunday night at 10pm we found that we had a flat tire. We got there at 10:57 pm and tire was replaced and in the truck in less than 10 minutes. We were in and out in 14 minutes. It was quick, reasonably priced and open late on a Sunday night.

Good service - just get in line behind any car - or pull up and park next to a jack- tire changers are nice hard workers - prices are fair - good used tires - area is well lit - very helpful

These guys are fast, friendly, and Fajr with there prices. Went here twice last week because they stay open very late, one of a handful of places u can get a tire at 11pm .

Wow!this place first times I go it's so good service men ready to wrk...then I go back to get my car the wrk he said ..I get it done was a lil costy so I wanna know does it run good now I'm waitin on my car..the lady charging says ok u can pay ..I said ima wait cause I wanna see if my car is good guy is running it now so waitin on him...she was so rude she says ubstill need to u got wrk done u have to pay...I said ma'am I'm just waiting to ask how did it run..and I know I need to pay..she kept saying stuff I'm on the phone w my daughter and she asks mom who are u talkin to that she is talkin that way..u said nobody it's this rude lady sayin I have to pay cause wrk is done and I'm just she is just being so rude I guess she having a bad day..but 2wice I guess was enough not going back...I'll take business's to someone else...

Have been using this place for years. I was in and out of there in no time.Ok so I was so for HAMMS. I have never had an issue with them until I woke up the next morning to go back to work and my tire was still flat. So, the guy that checked me out charged me for a patch. I should have known something was wrong when I tried to tip him and he was like, no you re fine. He did not patch it. He took off the wrong tire and did God knows what. I didn t pay any attention because I was tired from working 13 hrs. I should have paid attention. You can t trust anyone these days. But other than that guy, this place is a go to

Used an impact drill on plastic bolts. Broke it and said nothing. Plus almost put the wrong tires on my car.

The wrk and guys very nice ..bit lady charging is very rude..she attacked me to pay when I was waitin to see how my car was wrkin..she was telling so many things I ignored her and told her u are so rude I'm payin a very good amount to just b talked to like that and u being so rude..all she could say in spanish was u still need to pay and I'm w my card in my hand waiton on my car...last time never coming back...
