Came across a tow truck that was just all unprofessional and not even a think to see how someone would tie down a vehicle when being a professional company. The employees who are driving a 20,000 pound piece of equipment and not knowing what the hell they're doing. I am a professional person whenever it comes to situations like towing and driving a very dangerous piece of equipment. I just don't understand how our city/state allows companies to just do whatever and operate a tow truck without any license once so ever. This company should be shut down before someone gets killed

Roger has the best mechanics. They can handle anything. You have to give them a try. And their prices are a life saver. Not a pretty place but work gets done there. Ive been going there for 15 years. My car broke down in Dallas and I live in Fort Worth, they were less than an hour from closing and took my car in without hesitation. The owner is friendly and funny. I brought the car in it was needing the brake lights off that had come on. He replaced my brakes and rotors. The car stops wonderfully now. However the original problem still exists and still had not been fixed. I've left the area so will have to have it fixed by another. Mech

STAY CLEAR OF THIS SHOP. My 98 Toyota Camry stopped running and stalled on 635 and coit. I call this shop and they offered to tow it there for $50.00 and I followed them. When we get down there he said he need a couple of days to diagnosis the problem. He called us back and told us we'd need a new engine and quoted a price of $1100. We didn't have the money at the time so we asked him to bring the car home and I'll pay him for the tow. My son call this man Roger or Rogelio several time that day and he never returned the car. The next day when he did bring it back, it was leaking a massive amount of fluid and we asked why and he said they had to diagnose it. He charged us $100 to bring the vehicle home. Well we took our vehicle to a Japanese shop in Garland to get found out that they had stolen the Power Steering hose. You can't drive a car without one. IF YOU DON'T GET YOUR REPAIR DONE HERE THEY STEAL YOUR CAR PARTS.........I have contact the owner Roger and lvm for a return call so in all fairness I will give him an opportunity to address and resolve this issue but if he don't we are pursuing small claims.

When you take your car to A Mechanic Shop and want to make sure It gets fix right this is the place toGo,. Mr.Gutierrez will take care of you . Personally,As a note I'm not adding any picture, since somebody posted cne with bad invtension

Fast, knowledge gas. My vehicle went from non-drivable to good condition within about an hour. Recommended.

this place its garbage took my truck for repair it came the to be ecm the computer he replaced but with a different one that wasn't the same and he didn't update either.. because I just found had ecm different one..think about it before you take to this place he over charge basically had pay again in somewhere where they did everything right

Mechanic Martin is awesome. He will do only necessary work. Reasonable prices. Very old building and chairs very old. Gutierrez is good guy

My family has know this dude for a long time, shop is what you would expect from a shop on Harry Hines but he never disappoints, always prompt service and good prices but you have to go there, if you call they most likely they wont answer.
