I have been working in the area by Gulf tire. I had some free time so I went to visit the facility. The office area was bare and lacked info on their available products (tires and rims). The reason ? It s a wholesale seller only. Being they sell tires, and I needed some, I entered with questions. I was greeted by a late 30 s Hispanic woman. She was polite at first. I asked if they carried 2 different types of tires for 2 vehicles. She asked the name of my company, they don t sell to the public. I was a little disappointed when I heard this. I continued to ask the few questions I had. The woman s answers were blunt, short, and not accurate. She specifically said they sell the cheap Asian tires of my size, 215/55/17, and were out of stock. Had to ask how much, and her reply was they start at $190 to over 300. If that s the price of a cheap Asian tire, dare I ask how much for a not cheap tire. My departure was rapid after that.I m a disabled vet on meds for PTSD. This Hispanic woman called the police and reported me having erratic behavior and being on drugs.Never saw her in my life, God willing never again. After dealing with the police, and almost losing the job that took me several months to get, I DO NOT RECOMMEND GULF TIRE DISTRIBUTING, DALLAS TO ANYONE. I WOULD WALK EVERYWHERE BEFORE I SPENT MY MONEY TO BUY TIRES IF THEY WERE THE ONLY TIRE STORE LEFT ON THE PLANET.

watch out for their delivery van driver. I was cut off by him and watched him cut another person off on 183 Irving.
