I have had mufflers replaced, brakes and several other repairs done on my vehicles over the past 5 years. I have always been treated fair. I have not never been over charged and never had to return for the same reason. While staying at a hotel nearby my catalytic converter got sawed off of my van. I was very upset, and originally went to another shop nearby that recommended GTO. The employees at the shop were so professional, and really kind. Not only did they complete the repair on the same day, but they even provided us with a ride back to the hotel so that we could file a complaint and a police report. The mechanics were easy to work with and reasonably priced. I would 10/10 recommend to anyone who needs car repairs and is nearby this shop.Service: Exhaust

My car problem was taken care of right away! They found the problem and let me about. They ordered the parts and a day later i was on my way. The price was very negotiable and i will be returning to them again. Mr Luis was very helpful

They always give an honest diagnosis and never try to upsell you on unnecessary maintenance. Their prices are well below those of a dealer or chain repair shop. Couldn t be happier. Took my Mustang to get the factory resonator put back on after another shop butchered an exhaust job and threw it away. The work done was outstanding! Beautiful welds and fitment and the price was less than I thought! Looks factory and sounds the way I hoped it would! Will tell all of my friends to go here from now on for exhaust work!Service: Exhaust

I have been using GTO for 10 years now and have never had one problem! Louis is a very honest guy who has a hard working team! I get in and get out every visit best customer service and it is family oriented which is why they deserve 5 stars

This shop always gets the job done at a fair price. The owner and staff are always friendly. He always makes sure to explain any issues found and gets your approval before doing anything.

Shocked at the race reference. I am African America and have never found a better shop for the combination price, quality and transparency. Have been going there since 02. They stay busy for a reason.

Me and my husband took my 2007Toyota Corolla to Mr. Louis to look at my car. It's battery light was on and we thought it might be the alternator because my alternator was the original one that came on the car when it was new. We bought the alternator and he put it on for us. He did a good job and didn't charge us an arm or leg to do it. He was not racist to us...our name is Hilborn and we are pasty white. I think we've found someone who can be our mechanic. We used to use Matt Turner. Thanks to Mr. Louis I'm back on the road.

IF YOU ARE ANY OTHER RACE THAN HISPANIC THEN THEY WILL UPCHARGE YOU! My mother in law is Hispanic and she takes her car there all the time for an oil change. They upcharged me $15 simply because of the color of my skin. STAY AWAY IF YOU AREN T HISPANIC. RACISM AT ITS FINEST
