Slow getting to location, was not informed from anyone of the status for arrival, had to call to find out myself, said 2 1/2 hours, but took 3 1/2 to arrive

I went to this location for steer tires for my box truck about two or three years ago and had a good experience so I came back a few days ago. This time I dealt with Stafford and he was a great dude to work with. Got me set up with some good tires at a good price, cheaper than the other places I checked.

Outstanding service and quick turnaround on 6 new shoes for my RV. Billy gave me the lowdown on tires and Stafford and team knocked it out of the park. Would 100% recommend.

Very bad and lier , I went yesterday to make an alignment for my Truck. The guy work there told me it has kingpin problem and on the rear axel 2inch difference and paid them 60 dollar for nothing. But Today I went to Good year shop in Wilmer and they did it easly.

Very bad attention by the manager of that Goodyear establishment. I bought some tires for my truck and they got bumpy all over the edges of the tire. They checked my truck to find something to blame but they did not find any problem with the truck, and instead of accepting that it is a problem with the bad durability of that tire, now they say they do not know why it happened that, but that is not covered by guarantee. In short, a lack of respect towards the clients, what they get is a client less because of incompetent people in front of that place.

Excellent service and great staff. I don't go anywhere else for tires and alignment if I'm in town!

Brought 10 tires for my truck and trailer 1 year ago and had them align the truck the steers lasted 4 months one of the drives blew after 3 months had the truck realigned by an other shop and the alignment was way off after 1 year and 95,000 miles the drive tires had to be replaced terrible customer service never will buy anymore tires from them aftetr replacing the steer tires with brudgestone and realignment from an ship that knows what they are doing 80,000 miles and still look like new
