Robert was efficient. Good personality. The kind lady who handles rentals was also on top of her game. I'm not happy I needed them, but I'm definitely glad they're the ones who helped me.

Be careful going here for service or part replacement if you have limited knowledge about cars. If you have enough knowledge you can easily see how they try to borderline scam you into very expensive repairs or part replacements that you absolutely do not need. Just one example I can give is for a side skirt on my car which came loose. Looking underneath it s evident that what is needed is just a new nut/bolt/washer replacement. Probably less than 10 dollars to do yourself. However, these people at Goodson Acura service center stated they have to replace the entire side skirt with a price quote of over 1000 dollars. Beyond ridiculous, and wisely declined. This is only just one example of how they have tried to rip me off. Buyer beware.

The last couple times I came here I said I would never come back but due to a couple recalls I decided to. I was greeted as though I was a nuisance instead of a customer. I explained I had set up my appointment close to a month ahead but felt like I was going to get hosed one way or another. When I set up the appointment Gabby was amazing to deal with. Wish I could have dealt with her when I arrived. The last two times I felt I was being pressured to do sErvice and purchase parts my car didn t need, including replacing a brand new K&N air filter. I hope that the end result is better than the beginning. If it gets better I will update,As promised I would update this review. Due to Eric Johnson (Drive Manager) my experience went from a 2 1/2 to a 4! He will be the one I deal with from now on!

I took my new car in for its first service yesterday. The service advisor who welcomed me, Zach, was very helpful answering a few new car questions I had. He told me the service would take about an hour. Michelle came to tell me my car was ready before the hour was up. The service department is welcoming and helpful.

1 star reviews are no fun, and karmatically expensive, but thankfully another Acura location took care of us in Goodson s failure to here:We brought our vehicle in last week (living off grid in East TX since the pandemic s onset, G.A. was nearest to us to service our Acura) looking for a speciality part & diagnostic of another issue. G.A. explained it may take a couple days if they had the part, but they couldn t check for the part s stock until diagnostics ran. Living far, we couldn t rideshare to/fro the place, so they offer loaners to anyone fully insured. We had liability insurance at the time, but a. considered upping to full coverage after having paid off the Acura, our favorite daily yet, anyway & b. looked into adding it so G.A. could take longer than a day if need be. G.A. said if we returned w/upped coverage, we d get a loaner.Upon return (very first thing our one day of the week we can agriculturally afford to leave our farm) this morning, we came to G.A. w/the bad news that our insurance wouldn t up from liability to full w/o the car present for evaluation. We also came w/high hopes having booked their first available appointment that the part change (if they had it of course! we understand ordering in shortages no less) could be completed in 1 business day while we rideshared nearby to work our one day a week here.G.A. then, with all maybe s from last week gone, guaranteed they d need it at least overnight. Frustrated at the situation & chance at having it done in 1 day evaporated, we went straight to our insurance agency s office across town, had them inspect & approve the vehicle for full coverage, and returned to G.A. to resume, this time aiming to leave w/a loaner to keep up our work while G.A. began theirs, if all went well.Instead, they d never heard of someone going to get full coverage the day of just for a loaner (what can we say, we re extra! And - don t flatter yourself G.A., we live in tornado country & will use full coverage for more than just this catalyst w/how well we ve let our climate go, lol!) and could still continue service, but after reviewing the situation w/management will not assign you a loaner because our above complying w/their requirements for a loaner (and foolishly taking Goodson Acura s word for truth & planning/acting accordingly) they voluntarily chose to provide/disclose seemed sketch & threw a red flag for them. ?!So, basically, if you want to feel luxury Acura affords, don t come here for service, unless to you luxury involves being called sketch by a business you shifted a few priceless hours & a few hundred bucks to meet requirements for convenient service. Not a fun way to start a day, but thankfully another (Hiley in Ft Worth - worth the drive, Dallas!) got us taken care of one county west AND helped us feel nice again, too.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was there for an hour at most. It was nice to have comfy chairs and free Wi-Fi. The service and the lounge area was great. I ll definitely will be back.
