Had my vehicle in for routine service today at Goodson Acura and they did not disappoint!Appreciated Khang's (service) warmth, kindness, and attention to detail. I was getting ready to leave and he stopped me to replace the battery in my remote key after noticing the indicator in my car (I didn't even see at first).Grateful for Chris (service) who drove me home and got me there safely!Shout out to Gavin and Brandon at Sales who I initially dealt with when I was looking to buy an Acura. Their kindness left a good impression to me that I want to come back and service my vehicle here!

This is a very professional classy place. They will even give you a loan or car to use you. They, there is a very nice lounge. Everything is very organized. The communication is excellence. There is huge staff. It's a top-notch experience and the prices. Were not hugely different from my mechanic back at home. Which operates out of a very dingy dirty shop. So I recommend if you want a fly first class Experience. to go with the dealer.

Purchased a car here about a week ago as is detailed must have been a magician because couldn t see any paint defects car was very clean. Fast forward had some rain went and rinsed the car off they must have repaired it but it didn t show damage on carfax. U can see through the base coat.Dont buy a used car from here. Plus drove good in the test drive now has a bad wheel vibration can hardly drive it . STAY AWAY

The sales rep Courtney is personable and pays attention to your detail needs. If you are looking for a specific vehicle, this is a great place to look. If they don't have it, they will find it for you. The financial process is easy not your usual painful process that you get from other dealers.

Came in with an electrical problem on my 2012 TSX, always hard to diagnose. The service rep communicated well, and let me know what to expect. When I received the repair estimate, it was for a substantial sum, but they went through it and explained the items. In the end, the most expensive part of the repair turned out to be unnecessary (corroded battery cables can cause a variety of issues, apparently), and the car was ready much sooner than anticipated. Very satisfied with their level and detail of communication, and with the quality of the repair. Highly recommended!

The Goodson Acura of Dallas, Texas, is the best place where you can go for all your vehicle seceivce. The staff and the technician are great and friendly. Every time I went for an oil change, I always got a free wash. 5 stars for them all.

I dropped my car off and was leaving the country the next day. Unfortunately, while out of the country, I suffered an appendix infection and was not able to get back to the states for a considerable amount of time. I reached out to my representative Roberto and he was understanding, and reassuring that it was no problem. He encouraged me to take care and that they understood my situation. I appreciated that very much.

This was my first visit to Goodson Acura to get an oil change, and everything went by real smooth. The staff are awesome, and I loved the reasonable pricing as well as the ease of making an appointment. I appreciate that my car was washed as well, and they got me out in under an hour.I'll definitely be back, and I'll also keep the dealership in mind if/when I go car shopping if I decide to stick with an Acura again.

Let me start by saying having to buy a car after a total loss due to an accident with rates as high as they are is nothing anyone can plan for. From going to several dealerships just to end up at Goodson, God definitely had his hand in the mix.Tim in used car sales made sure that previous experiences with other dealerships could go out of the window by making sure I felt comfortable and knew I could trust him. He didn t pressure me to make a sale and honestly treated me like I was family. He was very knowledgeable about the car and ensured I knew that he just wanted to make sure I was happy with whatever I chose to purchase.When going over to finance I had spoken to Kevin prior to obtaining a rate from my bank and he assured me that he would find a way to beat that rate. Kevin did exactly what he said he would, he found the better rate and made sure I had the right warranty coverage to fit my needs and budget.Thank you Goodson Acura!

I may live 70 miles away, but driving in to Goodson Accura for service is absolutely worth the trip! I dealt with Eric and was extremely happy - he was fantastic to work with. He was professional & knowledgeable. I felt like he listened to me and worked diligently to get things taken care of in a timely manner.

Tim in used sales & Kevin in finance were both great to work with! Everyone we interacted with was extremely friendly. I bought a 2024 Acura MDX awd.. got a great deal, but be careful as the car was sold to me with the mandatory 998.00 package .. and it wasn't installed on the car when I drove 120 miles to pick it up.. I noticed when I got home that the items promised were not on the car as well as the tail light on the passenger side was compromised and had broken. I had to wait a week to take it all the way back to get the items installed and the taillight replaced.. I had to leave it, drove all the way home 120 miles and drive back the next day to pick it up .. other things were unpleasant too.. but wth.. got a great price, but probably won't buy from Goodson again .. too much trouble..

Update: You want to talk about accountability and responsibility. It is your tech s responsibility to help me with my cars issues. Y all fall short of that when one of the techs does not even want to drive my car when I asked him to drive it on our ride along so I can point out the issues. Y all are refusing to help and refusing to even try to see any problems that I am having with the car. The other tech said the car felt normal compared to an older civic I used to have . A 2023 car should not feel like an old civic. That there is my problem that they admitted but refused to help in. The shifting feels like an old car when it s a year old. The steering wheel is getting stuck and can be a safety hazard (Civic SI have a recall now and they stayed silent when I brought it up). When the guy that compared it to a civic was driving it I saw the steering wheel get stuck and saw his facial reaction to it, despite him trying to hide it. As soon as I took the car back and left the dealership, guess what, the steering wheel was sticking again. Don t talk to me about accountability when your own techs aren t working to trying to help their clients.Not to mention the loaner was filthy dirty and very low on gas. It looked like it hadn t been washed in months. The interior filthy. Extremely dirty and not taken care of.Original Post: Don t go to their service. They don t seem to care about their clients. A complete waist of time.

The service advisors were very nice and helpful to me. I overheard them speaking with other customers as well and found them to be patient and respectful. I did not purchase my car from Goodson but will continue to take my car there for service. I feel confident in the service I received and was never pressured for more services.

Excellent service and fantastic professionalism. My 2010 TSX had an issue recently where the front calipers were seizing up and making the car shake violently whenever I drove it.Goodson Acura were able to fix the problem for me and provided excellent customer service along the way, even managing to get my car back to me ahead of schedule. I wasn't able to get a loaner due to my lack of Texas insurance, but their shuttle service was very convenient, and the shuttle driver was very friendly to talk to.The service was quite expensive, but the prices were fair considering the amount of work which needed to be done, and I believe that you generally get what you pay for when it comes to vehicle repairs. Moreover, the website they use to see which parts of your car require servicing is very convenient.Overall, I would definitely recommend coming to Goodson Acura should your car require any sort of major fixes, and I myself would definitely come again should my own car need something.

This has been the best experience purchasing a vehicle I have ever had. Mike, the Sales manager and Kevin in Finance went above and beyond any expectations I had with their customer service...hince the reason I drove 7 hours to purchase from them. Upon arrival I was met with the warmest and most sincere greeting of appreciation. I met Trey at that point and he was very patient explaining all of the bells and whistle the MDX offered and set my phone up with personal options as well so all I had to do was drive 7 hours home in my dream car. Great buying experience at Goodson. I don t live in Dallas and they made the process extremely smooth. Everything was essentially handled before I ever stepped foot in the dealer. I just showed up, signed some paperwork and was handed the keys. Would definitely consider buying from them in the future.
