These guys are really efficient here! They are fast and they did a great job adding my rims and balancing my tires. Thanx GoodDeels in Oak Cliff! I love my new wheels!!

Absolutely the worst place ever! We called to have him come and help us get our tire on. He said he would do it for $25 and be 10-15 min from us. (Shop being 3 min drive) that time passes, he then doesn t answer any calls and finally I used someone else s phone and he finally answered. Told us it would be another 30 min. Fine that s okay. 45 min went by still no one and no answer. I had my children in the car and he just left us stranded thinking he would come but never did. I would never ever recommend or use this business. He could if just told me your closed don t tell me you are going to be here and never show. What kind of business are you running here. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The tires are cheap, I took 3 cars to get new tires and Front end alignment. First 2 I had to repair my font end at 200 per car 3rd car I had it checked before I went it was good and they still told me I needed 250 worth of work on my front end. So no matter how good your car is they are going to say you need to repair it.

Some of the least intelligent and least considerate people I have ever dealt with. The guys working here have no clue what there doing or how to run a business. They first put the wrong size tires on my truck even after I said they would not fit, but they insisted. Of course, they did not fit and when I turned the wheel it bent the fender. Finally after getting them to put the appropriate size tires on, they incorrectly balanced them. They originally said it would take 1 hour, it ended up taking 4.5. Don't waste your time and money on these people, it may seem cheap but you'll have to get the work redone somewhere else, and ultimately spend more time and money than you should.

I came to get my oil change and I brought my own oil and filter, because apparently they don t have filters or oil for a Camry and yes I did it to save me some some money but I said I ll bring mine. Well the charge was $15 dollars just for the oil change, yet they don t have the nesesary tools for that oil change . Like really ? The mechanic if you wanna call him that. As soon I I got there he game me an attitude. I saw him changing the oil but like said before he didn t have the oil filter wrench. So he tried to force it which the one they usually use for other cars. Told me it wasn t the right one that if he force it he could brake it but didnt seem to care. Went to the owner and told him about it. He said he would order one and to come back the day after. So I did, by now I m driving my car with an old filter and still the check engine light on. I had asked them to fix that but they said to come next day and they would . Well here I was again and they still didn t have the right wrench even though the owner said he had ordered it already . Guess not. So had me waiting for another 40 min while they went and get they wrench. Oh and he said if it doesn t come out I m not gonna force it the hell you are not. I said if it brakes you are gonna fix it as is your job. What kind of f***ig sevice is this. I sure as hell won t come back . And if you (customer ) are reading this, make sure you don t go there .it sucks . That owner is arrogant person. He ended up not fixing it . So had to go somewhere else to get it done the right way. To bad you can t do 0 stars because that s what this place deserves.

I've been here several times over the last 7 years or so. The first time I went I bought rims for my car and he sold me rims with the wrong bolt pattern. For years I didn't understand why I kept having brake problems until I went to a place that told me I had the wrong rims on my car. The slight difference in the bolt pattern was causing the rotors to warp and the brake pads to be unevenly worn. When I measured the bolt pattern it was the wrong one for my car. So, for 5 years I had brake problems because this guy sold me the incorrect rims for my car. Also, I went there for a few years afterwards just to buy tires for different vehicles and he is rude. The only reason I went was because his prices were low. But now I realize that it is worth traveling to get the correct parts and good service. If you want bad service and a headache because of the wrong sizes then I guess this would be your place. I had two of my friends that have had the same problems with this place. Good luck..

Will never go deal with them again. Did a bad job on my truck and caused me damages. Now I had to take it somewhere else to get fixed properly and I'm out of more cash. Might see them in court if they dont make it right.I DO NOT RECOMEBD!

So if you come here with a flat tire that you drove in on, they will ask you if you'd like it to be repaired or replaced. If you say "repair", they say "ok", but then do this act where they remove your wheel, take it into the shop where you can't really see what they're doing with it, remove the tire, and then take a handful of black rubber particles from some bag in the shop, call you over to observe, and demonstrate to you how your tire needs to be replaced "because of these black particles coming from your damaged tire". Last time they did it to me, I just kind of laughed and said "Yeah, ok, I'll take a new tire." I know it's a trick to save the shop labor and money, but I'm not even mad, because a really great tire only costs me around $35 here and I get a free show about tire particles.

Cheap oil won't put right size tire if you dont say nothing used tires are really not any good but they are cheap tho

Do not go to this place this guy over charges you when your car is lifted in the Jacks with no wheels too leave you with no other choice, just because other customers where leaving because they where taking to long with me.

Went to get some rims and tires for my Mercedes and when I asked the guy in charge what I wanted he dint care he just ignored me and walked off how is this business still operating with so much people waiting for service inside .
