Turned my day around completely. Called him at 11am and he had my windshield fixed in just a few hours. Fast and easy communication and service. He even put my stickers from my old windshield back on perfectly. See before and after photos!

Car was broken into last night, called them at 3pm today and they had someone out by 4 and fixed by 5! Affordable price and was so nice to not have to leave my apartment to have this dealt with right away. Thanks again guys.

Glass Genie truly saved the day for us. Incredibly, they were able to give me a same day appointment and drive to my van's location to replace my front passenger window. Glass Genie was very professional, reasonably priced, and had excellent communication. The technician that came to replace the window was efficient and the replacement took less than an hour, including cleaning the broken glass that fell into the door. The window breaking today was bad timing because my son was taking my van on a road trip this afternoon. Such a great company. I called them to get my windshield replaced. They gave me the best quote & arrived at my apartment in downtown Dallas within 2 hours of calling them & fixed my windshield. They also vacuumed excess glass from the interior of my vehicle. I would recommend glass genie to anyone looking for a windshield replacement. Great service at a good price. I ve used Glass Genie for a prior windshield replacement and they did a phenomenal job. Another rock decided to crack my windshield again so I knew exactly who to call and they scheduled me for the very next day. Fantastic customer service and friendly staff! If I could give more stars I would! These folks are amazing! They replaced the glass in my shattered sunroof super fast, reasonably priced, and I didn t even have to miss work! These guys were so awesome! I had my car broken into and they smashed my side and rear window. Not everyone notices these things, but I was clearly very upset and they knew how to handle and talk to someone that had just been through a lot.These guys came out 3 hours after I called and fixed it on site. Today September 26, 2022 I called panicked because while driving to Dallas from Louisiana something smashed into my windshield from the road the night before. The guy on the phone answered promptly and said he could have someone out between 12 and 2. I said I need it now he said how about 9 to 10. I said deal and at 9:10 the glass tech was calling to let me know he was on his way. He was a very pleasant worker and got the job done in 40ish minutes. Best service I ve ever had on anything. Answered my call after hours, they scheduled me first thing in the morning, on time and no extra fee for at-home service, better price than two competitors, polite and kind experts done in less than 45 minutes. No mess afterwards and everything worked as good as new.
