This company is terrible, the driver of the van hit my truck and did not have insurance. Totally missed up my suspension on my 2021 Dodge Ram. I called the police and they did not have insurance at all.The manger of the business told me not to call the police, very unprofessional and I still waiting on insurance. The driver of the truck name was Daniel ghebreyohannes.

For fair and honest work, I recommend glass genie . any other place will charge you twice as much and book you weeks in advance. Glass genie was not like that. They showed up to my home and replace my glass. Great work and great product. Thank you glass Genie

Great company. I love Rich. He made me feel and my issue with my windshield very important. They worked with my insurance company and came out to my job and replaced my windshield with no hesitation. I highly recommend using Glass Genie!!!! Excellent customer service all the way around, mobile service, quick and at a great price too! It was Sunday afternoon and I had to have my front windshield replaced and they were the only company that could do it. Rich handled the office part and was super nice and efficient. Techs called and gave me their ETA, called when they arrived, were very friendly, quick and efficient. It only took 2 hours from the time I called the office to the time the techs left!

Fantastic job! Danny & his team were professional, courteous & price competitive. They were significantly less than Park Place & even came out to my house the same day & replaced the front windshield. I put Glass Genie in my contacts list. On any glass repair issues that I have going forward they will be my trusted "go to" partner.

I can t say enough good things about this company. My windshield was damaged very bad yesterday. I called Glass Genie around 10:30 this morning. We set up an appointment between 1:00pm and 3:00pm. Not only did I pay lower than the quoted price the technician was early. He did a great job and was finished super fast so I could get back to regular life. If you need any glass work done on your vehicle, these guys and their company are the ones to go to.

UPDATE: 4/3/2021Glass Genie not only fixed the damaged window cowl, but they also replaced the windshield in total after I pointed out the warped spot. That wasn't a huge concern of mine, so it was extremely kind of them to replace the glass with one without imperfections. The owner himself personally showed up to make sure everything went smoothly. Very pleased with my windshield now that everything was sorted out. Great company.3/22/2021 - 4/1/2021After they came and replaced my windshield I noticed rubber tubing and foam along the edges of the glass and a warped spot in the glass itself on the drivers side. Seeing this I took my vehicle to my dealership for a second opinion, they found that my windshield cowl was damaged in the process and will be over $300 to fix.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Glass Genie is the place to call when you're having trouble with any of your windows. My rear passenger side window fell into the door a few weeks ago. I called a few places and I never got a better deal than what Glass Genie offered. They came right to my apartment and fixed it on a Saturday afternoon. It was awesome and very easy for me. I wouldn't mess with local shops -- just call this place they'll give you a fair deal and do a great job.

I had my passenger side window replaced at my home within 3 hours of my call. The repairman was nice and did a great job. The price was middle of the road but after calling several places, I made my decision based on the fact that they would also do the tint at a reduced price which was most convenient. I would recommend based on my experience.

I was needing auto glass replacement for my windshield a few weeks back. A rock hit my windshield, making the crack spider all around the glass. The Glass Genie was out there to replace my glass within 2 hours, and they have very knowledgeable technicians who know exactly what they are doing. Customer service is great, I will go to these guys in the future if I ever need any glass replacement work done. Good job!

These guys were fantastic from the beginning! They took care of my mother. She called in, got an appointment, they came out when they said they would, and the cost was a good value since they were cheaper than most other companies. And they got it done in about twenty minutes for her! Both technicians she met were professional and knowledgeable about what they were doing. Great service! My mother would highly recommend them!

I had the back of my SUV's window busted out, and after checking with several companies found that Glass Genie to be the lowest price, and saved me nearly half of what others were asking. Excellent service! The technician who came to my house was friendly and professional. Thanks for making an unfortunate situation bearable with fast and friendly service. Seriously I called and had an appointment the next morning. They came while I had my morning coffee. Highly recommend this company

Found a shattered car window at 8 am on a Sunday. By 2 Glass Genie was at my house repairing it. Rich was extremely helpful in making the arrangements and the techs that came out were courteous, quick and efficient. Great job!

Fast, efficient, and fair pricing. Called around lunch time and they came within a couple hours right to my door. Finished replacing my rear windshield in 35 minutes. Friendly, professional and fast, would recommend.

Excellent service!! A few months ago my car was broken into resulting in a smashed window. I called Glass Genie and they were very accomodating and prompt. Even more so when I told him I had a young child with me and two other children that I needed to pick up in a few hours. He met me at my home within an hour and replaced the window. He also did an excellent job in cleaning all of the glass out of the car since little ones would be using it shortly. Six months later we have had no problems with the replaced glass. Thank you Glass Genie!
