We had the best experience ever!! It was the first time we didn t feel like we were being completely scammed at a dealership. Our sales guy explained everything to us in detail and was very patient. The Finance manager Mark was amazing. He tried his hardest to make sure we got the best APR and the lowest payment. I will never go to a different dealership ever!! They were amazing! If I could give 10 starts I would.

On Google states they had a 2024 Buick Envista, but we drove an hour to get there so we can purchase.The friendly receptionist confirmed there was one in inventory, but when Salesperson Cody came out he stated they didn't have not one!!He didn't even suggest a different vehicle or provide any info why there are none on the lot. Turned out to be a great date day for me and my husband. Thanks, Gateway Buick and Staff

I ve bought parts online before and recently went in to pick up more. After looking at one of them I realized it was the wrong one and spoke with a younger gentleman who helped me look up the correct part and refund the money for the part i didn t need. He didn t have the part in stock and offered to order it but did let me know it was available down the road for a little more. Thanks to him i got all the parts i needed. Always helpful and great option for factory parts
