Took my Corvette for an alignment. Very polite and professional service. Nestor took me to the car and had me feel for myself that the tie rods were getting a little loose and would need replacing soon. They didn't have them in stock, but gave me a good price for the repair and were informative without being pushy. Sergio did an excellent job of setting my alignment to exactly the specs I requested. Great job guys, highly recommend!Service: Wheel alignment

They do honest work, falling price-wise around the national average. They're not super quick nor do they care about COVID, though. The boys in the garage walk around maskless, then get in your car breathing droplets in the vehicle. The customers that come in are the same way, so you might wanna keep that in mind and either find a chain following better safety standards or at the very least just wait outside if weather permits.

Gary is the only one to do my alignment he is beyond amazing. Friday I was in the area he was booked up til Monday he told me to come in anyway. Gary will explain everything he did to your ride. Very professional and at a reasonable price.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

I have seen this place for years but never went inside. After battling with an infinity SUV for a couple of years, different mechanic shops and several tire sets these guys fixed me up , same day and honest. My kind of business. I was made aware their alignment is computerized to each VIN and all makes.

Terrible service. I do not recommend! I brought my 2021 Cayenne in for alignment and after that I got check engine light and steering assistance light. I asked them to fix it, to which they told me that they would call back when their specialist was on site. It's been a month since then and no one has called back. they don't want to refund money for bad service and they don't want to admit their mistakes. The dealer charged me $1200 to fix the car after them. Do not use this service!

Came here after calling around to different alignment places since I wanted my car aligned to certain specs. Some wouldn't do it and others wanted to charge me way too much. Gary happily did it and at a reasonable price. They have quality machines and he mentioned that he gets them calibrated twice a year so you know you're getting your money's worth. Everyone is very professional and customer service was excellent. I will definitely be coming here from now on.Service: Wheel alignment

Most places will just adjust your toe angle and kick you out the door. They adjusted everything as needed. My truck drives straight as a arrow. Definitely recommend.

They did a excellent job and finished before they said. Straightened frame and replaced parts and a alignment when others couldn't. Got me back on the road working quickly and with confidence of work performed.

Gary, what a great guy. Super personality and committed to making you a satisfied customer. Took my Acura MDX in today as I had hit a curb a week ago and popped a tire. They got me right in the bay and got to work. I left, and it was still pulling to the left, so I went back and told Gary. He immediately said, let's go drive it. When he saw that it was still pulling, he put it right back in the bay and got it fixed. No more pull! Mind you, he had several other cars waiting. Go to Gary, you will be taken care of.Service: Wheel alignment

They did a perfect job. My AC is ice cold. They also alerted me about my compressor fan.I will be back for other maintenance I need on this 2006 auto!

Although Gary's was unable to do the work required to get my vehicle running properly, their customer service was great, informative and friendly. Unfortunately, they couldn't do the job because a tool necessary to do the work is not in their toolbox and is on backorder for 3 months. Ended up having to go to the dealer. I'll try them again in the future.

It still amazes me how knowledgeable Gary and his crew are. Brought my 01 7 series in with several coolant and engine issues. Got everything done and right the first time. Now they are my trusted mechanic. Very trustworthy and do a complete job, I definitely recommend!

Truly the best service and quality I have EVER received on vehicle service. They were kind, helpful, educational, and very competitive on price. I've never owned a new car, so I get my cars worked on quite a bit, but my newest car came out of Gary's as if it came off of the factory! Thanks for keeping me safe on the roads!!!!!!

My go to place for everything!. Have been here 3+ times within the past year, and have recieved amazing service everytime, and have paid a reasonable price everytime. I remember the first time i came for an alignment and one of my wheel bearings i was advised to also get 3 other bearing replaced, as they were already showing signs of wear. I didn't get if fixed because i've had experiences in the past with car shops trying to get me to pay money for thing i don't need, but lo and behold, 3 weeks later i was back at Gary's Alignment to fix the exact same issued they advised me to fix. They'll always try their best to save you money, just another reason why they're my go-to!!

Came here on a coworker s recommendation to fix my radiator after getting stuck in a ditch & had the easiest experience I ve ever had at a garage. Gary made it the quickest experience and explained everything he was doing so I felt at ease. Attention Ladies! I don't have any family here in Dallas so it's not like I can take my dad to come with me to make sure I'm getting the right price. I bought a 2013 Nissan Xterra and take it off roading quite a bit. They always do a great job and if there are any other issues they take me to the back while my car is up and explain everything to me. Recently I had an issue with my power steering and I took it another place before taking it to Gary's, the other mechanic place wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount. Gary's price was very fair and I know when I take it in next week they are going to do a great job. I highly recommend them! I do not worry when I go in there! Plus when Chuck Norris lived in Dallas, they worked on his trucks! If Gary's is good enough for Chuck Norris, they are great for me!

Very knowledgeable and detailed. In addition to an alignment, I needed an axel assembly replaced and tires balanced. Every step of the way was communicated clearly and so I could understand the why and next steps.Their service and repairs were completed faster than expected.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

I have been to many different car repair, but i have never had service like this. Gary told me how he has had experience in this business for more than 40 years of experience, and i believed him because of the excellent service he gave me. I have been driving my car for many weeks with no problems. I highly recommend this repair shop to anyone.

Avoid the shop at all costs! I took my 2006 Maxima into them because of a knocking sound I heard in the front end. They assured me it was the suspension and I needed to get new struts. After $500 the sound was still there. Then they said it was the coil springs. After another $300 the sound was still there. I had enough, and took my car to another shop, which I will not mention, because, I do not want this to be perceived as a plug. Within 5 minutes of driving my car they diagnosed it as a motor mount. Finally and only $200 my problem was fixed. I was shocked at how inept Gary's shop is. After I confronted Gary about the situation, he acted like I did not know what I was talking about. I filed a report with the BBB. I just wanted to warn other people about the horrible customer service and the incompetent mechanics that he employs.

Please don t go to this place. Worst service.Added additional charges to fix my car. I went there to fix coolent. I realized engine and left rear lights on after fix. They are doing it for purpose.

I brought my 04 Acura ILX last week to Gary. Since my car was lowered from the previous owner, I was unable to find other alignment shops that were able to assist me in my unaligned vehicle. I was so grateful to find this shop. They were able to assist me with no issues!

I've got a 13 Chevy Tahoe that's been highered. I was having issues finding an alignment store that works specifically on highered vehicles. I was finally able to find Gary's Alignment and they were able to assist me with no issues. Thank you Gary!

Now if you really want a alignment n not have to wonder if it was done correctly, this is the place to take your vehicle!!! Gary n his son does great work n not only alignments but other repair work too... great service n wonderful people to get to know...

I went to fix my tire here. The manager here is has no manner to talk with the customer. Someone was about helping me out and he said me to go to another tire place if i was in a hurry. He was not polite at all. So learn to talk with people or quit a job and do nothing.

My 2016 Rogue had alignment issues that were complicated and Gary was fantastic at fixing it for a fraction of the price being quoted by others. These other quotes seemed fishy and I was right. I cannot speak more highly of Gary and his team.
