Mark provided the best service from the other chevy dealers around the area. He communicated very well with me and kept me updated on my vehicle almost daily. I will be making Galleria Chevrolet my new go to for all my services.

Appreciated the customer service and follow up. Needed to have the 12V battery changed on my Chevy volt. Prompt. Even helped me with a Lyft ride home.

Attitude was great just disappointed that they couldn t fix the problem on my truck took it twice, first time I took it they said they fix it, but I still feel little kick while I was driving but it felt way better than before but I still took it back because I didn t want this problem happening later so I took it back the second time they had it for almost two they told me there s nothing they can do until they see it completely fail now it s way worse than the first time as soon as I drove off,all it started to do was kick when I take off and I took it here because it seem like y all have good service but I guess I just happen to be one of those cases.

Very nice courteous helpful service department. I never took my car to a dealership too costly. Galleria Chevrolet worked with me made it affordable now I will only take my car to Galleria Chevrolet
