I had a great experience buying a motorcycle from Full Throttle in Dallas. This was a surprise gift for my wife on Valentines day and they did a great job getting the bike ready. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and gave me a fair price. They also honored their deal and prepared the bike for delivery in a timely manner. Even after the transaction, they are still helping me with any issues or concerns that I have. I appreciate their professionalism and customer service. Came into Full Throttle to find my first bike as I ve always wanted one. Pedro Alvarez came and talked to me and had lots of patience with me and my endless questions. He is very knowledgeable and you can tell he is passionate about helping people find the best bike for them. He was not pushy and was happy to help. Ended up coming back and purchasing a bike and so far loving it! Thank you to Jeremy and the rest of the crew for all the help!

On my friends recommendation I went to Full throttle in Dallas. He was Absolutely thrilled with his purchase! Therefore I decided to go there as well. From the moment I walked into the showroom, the salesperson provided top-notch service, answered all my questions and helped me find the perfect motorbike. The quality of the bike is outstanding, and the sales process was smooth and financing was also hassle-free. I couldn't be happier with my experience, and I'll definitely be recommending this dealership to all my friends! As a returning customer they offered a good discount on the price as well

Bought my Slingshot a month ago. The sales team was very professional and were able to get me a good price that was lower than market and a great financing deal that was within my budget. The Slingshot is super clean and have zero issues. Just love my new ride!They are trust worthy and willing to work with you. My best experience so far amongst all dealerships

I originally was headed to another bike shop, but because I know someone that had a great experience here I decided to go for it. I was greeted by Pedro, salesperson, and he was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I still checked the other place, but the quality of the bikes that was there and the knowledge of the salesperson was not compared to Full Throttle. I went back here and needless to say I left with my bike. The customer service from everyone was outstanding. I drove 3 hours to get my bike and I am very glad that I decided to go to this business. If you do have a bad experience Jeremy, the manager, will go out of his way to correct what happened to you and will work with you to give you a better experience.

Great showroom, and even greater people! I walked into the store with awe. I had just recently received my motorcycle license and wanted to purchase a bike. They showed me the best options in my price range and didn t try to pull any of the gimmicks sales guy usually do. I highly recommend them to first time buyers!

So, I recently dropped by Full Throttle and, let me tell you, it was a pretty awesome experience! Being new to bikes, I had a ton of questions and the sales staff there were super chill and helpful. They knew their stuff and didn't make me feel clueless, which was great.They ve got a wicked selection of bikes too. Seriously the best deals in Dallas! Didn t expect to find deals like that.Bottom line Full Throttle is the real deal. Great people, great bikes, great prices. Whether you know a lot about bikes or you're just getting started, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Wonderful SALES & SERVICE team. Bought my first used bike here months ago and was nervous at first because was unsure of all the maintenance and upkeep. The sales team introduced me to one of the lead mechanics who walked me through everything about my bike and most bikes in general. I have brought it in for service once and they were extremely thorough and reasonably priced. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Cole was a great salesman from the moment I arrived. I went to purchase a bike cash which on website stated it was at the Dallas location as I drive over a hour to get there once upon arrival Cole walked me around and didn t see bike. He asked his manager which stayed was sold in Houston location. I was told they are barely getting up and going here in Dallas but the rudeness of management isn t a great look but thank you Cole ! All in all the experience at Full Throttle Dallas was unpleasant.

This is the worst place ever. There liars . Very unprofessional. If I would have read these reviews I wouldn t be without my bike . I am very sad . I hate this place . Worst experience in the world . Please reconsider. I only went here because it was close to my home . But I suggest another place . Please be aware . Run . They even overpriced the bike . Aka I don t even have my bike. I plan on taking them to court .3/4/2024. My bike was called to be picked up. It was in the shop all most 3 weeks. The boss told me he would hook up my speakers for my inconvenience. But decide to not do it because he didn t want to pay for clamps . Once you tell a customer something that what should go. Very unprofessional. Liars !!! Liars !!!! Liars. He also told me they was hooked up already . So disappointed. Please do not waste your time . This place is a rip off . If I could write a review even day I would . The boss name is Jeremy bad representation. Worst ever. I am a business owner myself . And I would never lie to my customers are mislead them and get there hopes up. Please do not let them trap you . I will not recommend this he ll hole to no one .

Full disclosure everyone, my credit definitely needs some work, lol. The guys at Full Throttle took the time to explain all my options and got me on a bike I'm happy to be riding. Lancaster is an hour away and Pedro was in contact consistently over 2 days to make sure he got all the information needed to have things ready when I got to thier location. Jeremy was extremely relatable and friendly. He worked every angle to get me rolling out the same day. Did I mention they both stayed almost an hour past closing to get the deal done!!! This is by far the best customer service I've recieved. Buy your next bike here! Great selection and the people make the business.

I would like to retract a bad review that I wrote a few days ago. After the review, the manager, Jeremy, immediately reached out to me and apologized. Since then he has been extremely helpful and has tried everything to accommodate what I am looking for. Him being so professional and helpful has made me change my mind on this business. Also, I've tried other places to purchase a bike but had no luck, but here, they made it happen!!!
