This Dealership is not worth the name it represents. This is my second bad experience with them when it cones to service. I made an appointment for 9:30 am to drop my car off for a tune up and for them to also look at the transmission and call me back with the quote and no one ever called. I finally called at 4pm and the operator said sorry ma'am your advisor is already gone for the day. Wow! How professional is this they haven't done anything on my Tahoe since I dropped it off and the sad part I purchased my Tahoe from them. To me they feel like since I'm a minority I don't matter, I guess the color of your skin speaks volume when it comes to this Dealership. I would never recommend or purchase any product from this dealership again. The name needs to change from Friendly because there is nothing Friendly about them only when they're trying to sell you a car. I will be reaching out to the news cast and voicing my opinion and expose these people for tge bad customer service and fraud.

Today was a blessed experience is buying a Truck God brought me to this place not once but twice for a reason Mishlyn and Alfonso was amazing with the whole process and worked until i was pleased... Go to Tricolor and ask for them...

Friendly also describes the guys that work the counter. Worked me into their packed garaged and had me ready the next day. The RV has a great home for repairs.

Hunter was my service advisor and treated me with utmost respect. I brought my company bus in for an alignment problem, but the physical problem of the lift door prevented the use of his equipment. He did not charge me a cent and ended up referring me to a competitor to have the work done.It does not come any better than that now day's. Thanks Hunter and the techs at Friendly.

They kept our vehicle for more than 3 months, with very little communication. Every time we did hear back about our step van, it was a different problem than before. I believe that their technician did not know what they were doing, and caused more harm than they fixed. A few months later and I am having trouble with my vehicle again, and since I do not trust this shop I dig into the problem myself only to find: my wiring harness resting on the exhaust manifold, ground bolts not tightened down, brackets laying off to the side, and wires strewn about outside of the protective conduit. If you want good honest work done by a "certified" shop, then do not bring it to Friendly Fleet.

Nice folks when you FINALLY get them on the phone after dialing 50+ times. When I say it's headache to get a hold of them trust me on it.

I have a Kodiak 5500 with a Duramax diesel. I've had routine service here several times and have always been satisfied. Only problem is getting to them on Northwest Hwy from the Tollway you have to stay out of the right lane to avoid trees.

Save your time and money. Fix it your self. Or take it to industrial power house. Trucks of ours have sat here for two weeks at a time without a proper diag. Called isuzu service care center, and by some miracle, our truck is fixed or towed out the next day. This dealership is not honest. They dont know how to service vehicle, check for brake issues let alone simple routine maint. Items like oil changes and fuel filters. They cannot be trusted. Thank you and have a nice day(as long as u dont visit isuzu)!!!!
