Juan Acosta was amazing. Despite me being upset with a prior service person and me questioning the services... he was calm and understanding. Probably the best service person I've had to date. Honestly if it wasn't for him a lot of my faith in Freeman would've been lost. He listened to my concerns and did his best to reassure me in the service department. Thank you Juan!!! i appreciated everything you did to help me!

Each time I come here, the services is excellent. If it's not they will make sure they correct it. The service advisor today Trey was very nice and explained everything thoroughly. He even found a coupon to help with the cost . Thank you for your kind service

Very professional and kind staff! I went in trying to get my shield cover replaced and it was 3:30. They could ve easily told me no but a kind gentleman ( Andre Stripling/ Assistant Service Manager ) came in and said they can do it under an hour! God bless you, Andre!! I got my car fixed up and I have no further issues! DEFINITELY recommend coming here and will be back soon for anything I need for my Honda-Civic!

In a very cunning way Wymen Jr added a cover without my permission. It s been 3 months and they just don t answer my calls nor call me back like they say. Over charged over 5000 dollars. This is the last time I buy from this dealer. If you have any questions reply to this survey and I can explain more details. BE CAREFUL WITH FINANCING DEPT.

My experience has been terrible. Took vehicle in on several occasions for the same issue never rectified the real issue. Always came up with something else just for me to spend more money. This problem has existed since I bought the car. Tech broke the air intake hose and denied doing it. I ve seen a turnover of managers in the service department never the same person when you go in . The last time I was there I called for a hour couldn t get anyone on the phone I walk In and there are four people in the office the female manager is showing them her phone with videos on it and they re all laughing and joking and talking about the video that s on her phone but mine you I have been calling, but none of the managers would answer the phone. Very unprofessional!

Flat tire, no lug lock remover key, towed car there, paid $32 for key to remove tire, but since I decided not to get brand new tire for $205, I ask them could they put my spare on my car. They put it on and didn't put air in it. It went flat the second I drove out the parking lot. I will never tow my car there anymore.

I had a GREAT experience at Freeman Honda car dealership! Mr. Travis was AMAZING! He went above and beyond to make sure I got the SUV I wanted! Not only did I drive off with a remarkable SUV, I left feeling like a Queen!! Thank you Freeman Honda for having such a wonderful employee! We will definitely be back for another purchase!! My mama bought her first brand new car at the age of 70 years old. She was ecstatic and filled with joy!!!Jasmine sold us the car and she couldn't have been more pleasant. She made the process easy! She showed us several cars and never came across as pushy. In fact, it was the opposite.The manager Jeff was very accommodating to my mama's needs and gave us valuable insight and recommendations.We genuinely felt taken care of.Lastly, Martin, our finance guy processed the paperwork quickly while explaining our options and the paperwork in detail.They even stayed after business hours to help us.I could not have asked for a better experience for my mama!!!!Thank you FREEMAN HONDA. I will definitely refer my friends and family if I find out that they're looking to buy a new car.God Bless!

Jeff at Honda was the BEST tech and made our experience so easy for us. He was so easy to communicate with and made our situation better, because believe me, it was soooo complicated. . He kept in touch the entire time and I would give him 10 starts if I could.

Yesterday(2/9/24)I came for an oil change. I was greeted by Mr Juan Acosta, he inspected my car and informed me about my LED lights he told me they needed replacing and it would be no charge due to they are under warranty....it was after 4...he said I can come back tomorrow and have everything done...PERFECT...but before he let me leave he checked to make sure the were in stock...to me that shows he cares about customers and their time....what if yall were out.....yep Juan Acosta goes above and beyond in my eyes....it might seem minute to some but it means ALOT to me! To sum it up....HE'S A KEEPER

I called to setup an appointment for just an oil change because I moved and this one is closer than my dealer. I was discouraged from doing so after the service person asked me why am I coming there. SMH let me take my business back to Lute Riley where I have always felt appreciated.

Avoid this place or it will cost you, I put $5,000 down on a 2024 accord hybrid and the total cost was 68,000 after financing and on top of that the bank never approved my loan so I was unable to make payments on the car because jasmine Ayala said I didn't have a license so the bank couldn't approve my loan so 4 months later after putting 16,000 miles on the car they came in got it yesterday and I'm so glad. I never been scammed by a car dealership but it's a first time for everything.

My Honda has a recall. No big deal. Read on for the ACTUAL big deal: I called Freeman Honda to schedule service. I booked an appointment for 8:30am Thursday October 12th. I asked how long it would take and was told about 90 minutes. My check engine light is also on and I asked if I could have that diagnosed at the same time. I was told it takes three days for a diagnosis. (literally how?) Knowing that there's no way they are actively working on my car for three consecutive days for just a diagnosis, I declined and only scheduled the recall appointment.I took time off work and picked the time that works for me - as one does when scheduling an appointment.I arrive at 8:35am and it was almost as if the entire appointment system is just for looks. I was told there are four cars ahead of me (how? I have an appointment?) and that each car is there for the same recall AND the recall takes 4-6 hours to complete. Not 90 minutes. So it would take the entire day before they could start on my car (again, why? I have an appointment) and once they start on my car it would take another 4-6 hours for it to be complete.I have kids, a job, and other responsibilities (as most people do - which is why they schedule appointments). I cannot stay there all day or leave my car overnight - especially since the dealership did not have any loaner vehicles. So I immediately had to drive the hour right back home. I had now wasted 2.5 hours of my day because of this poorly managed service center. My vehicle still has an open recall on it (and yes, this recall matters because it is the reason the camera, dvd player, and audio frequently disconnect). I'd love to schedule an appointment and get these things taken care of - but I cannot schedule for one time and show up to a 1-2 day wait for what was originally claimed as a 90 minute repair.This experience has made me incredibly hesitant to ever purchase another Honda since this is the only service center near me.

Service was great. Took an hour longer than expected., but that was ok. They did work on my fuel system,$299. They did an oil change. On the receipt they charged me $80 & I had a coupon for $39.95. So you owe me $40. Also I didn't get the page where it shows they checked my fluids & tires which I always liked to check if I needed something. Overall your service center is always great.

This dealership has given me the run around on some work that was negotiated when I bought my car in May. It is now November. The initial reason for not doing the work was because the parts were on order. Nearly 2 months later I came back to the dealership and still no parts and was referred to a technician who would be handling it. I called the technician weeks later and no answer or call back. I later found out he doesn t work there anymore. When I took my car in for an oil change I inquired about the work again. After talking to the service department and the sales rep I was given an appointment on 11/11. When I brought my car in I was told the tech that did that work wasn t in that day and I needed to bring it the following Saturday 11/18 and I was told if I brought my car in at 7:00 I would have my car back by 11:00. I was told that part of the kit was in but there was a part that was needed and it would be in on 11/11. When I brought my car in on 11/18 I was told the tech wouldn t be in until 9 and the work would be 4-5 hours because there were other cars ahead of me. I spoke with the manager and he said it would be 2 hrs vice 4-5 hours. I asked for a ride home and he said he could give me a ride home but couldn t come back to get me and asked if I there was someone that could bring me back because the driver had to pick someone up near the airport. Yet he told me they only give rides in a 10 mile radius. After waiting about 15 minutes for the driver, we were sitting in the car preparing to leave when the manager stopped us and said the part was not in and it was supposed to have been done in a week ago. And he wouldn t be able to find out about the part until Monday. It is now 6 months later and the work still isn t being on my car. Work that was negotiated in the price of my loan. I have come to this dealership and called several times, only to be told that someone would call me back each time. No one ever calls me back. I always call them back or go to the dealership. At this point I believe Freeman Honda is taking advantage of the fact that I am a single woman. I truly believe that if I were a man this situation would ve been handled differently and I would not be dealing with this issue 6 months later. I have been nothing less than patient and understanding, yet I am still trying to get work done on my car with no real definite answers. Just given the runaround. I love my car but I am truly disappointed in this dealership.

My appointment was at 8:00 am and I arrived on time. I think it took too long for the service to be completed and for me to get my car back. Over 3 hours for oil change and rear differential.

Bought a brand new car from them .. big mistake .. besides the sales manager , the rest of encounters have been HORRIBLE.. the GM Dane will not even call you back. Left 3 messages in a week .. place is a joke. They will be nice when they want you to buy but then that stops once you own. Find another dealership.Don t buy an ACCORD , it will sound like a horn when you reverse and you have to live with it .Basically own a 40k instrument and I m my own band.JOKE .. STAW AWAY
