Do not go here especially for service. Horrible experience, no customer service whatsoever, I had to keep calling them for an update, car was not fixed on my 1st pickup, after picking up, engine light came back on 2 days later, took it back, got it again and check engine light came back on the next day. No one can answer questions or try to find the answer. Called 2 different numbers to speak with someone and yet to hear back from anyone. Each time I had to take the vehicle back, the 1st problem was to another issue which should have been caught and fixed at that time. I was out of a lot of money each time.

I arrive before 7am Monday morning, and it took over 2 hours for oil change and tire rotation. I was told I needed a tire rotation, but there was no follow-up. Concierge service should be better when you buy your vehicle there.

Up keep on my vehicle everybody is so nice . Just take time to talk to you even if you're not coming to see them. Just Friendly. Walk by might just be a Friendly conversation in passing. Environment comfortable.

I went there looking to buy a brand new suv and after talking to a sales rep he wanted to earn my business.Well all i heard was only price and nothing else.Then i was told someone else was going to buy it already but i can give 1000$ deposit non refundable if he did not buy it.All they care about is price and nothing else i did not like the way they handled business there.Right now dealers are taking advantage of people they don t care if you come back or you don t.

I purchased my 2021 Trailer Blazer from here and get my oil changed here also. Brandan is my advisor and he is amazing. Great customer service and everyone is always nice. The wait room is always clean. And they have snack machines and coffee. My car is always washed when done.

This by far is the most unprofessional service department I ve in-countered by far. Quality customer service and knowledge of basic time management must be beyond the scope of the service advisors. This facility has one shuttle and no customer rental for extended repair service. This service department needs to be shut down and restructured with professional, courteous ,competent management.

Freedom Chevrolet is a good place to buy a car I've bought three cars from there and they are great about servicing them I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a car but freedom also the manager Mr Lee help me out with a very difficult problem I had today on the 18th of February he's a good manager I just wanted to state that I'll give freedom at five star if there was 10 Stars up there I will give them 10 thank you my name is Gregorio Rico colon

The service as for as work ok,but communications is bad. You call and all you get is a voice mail saying mail box is full.tried 2 days in a roll several times each day. I had to go by to find out what was wrong with my new GMC truck with 4000 miles on it.

I dropped my truck off on Tuesday it s now Thursday I would ve hoped by now I would have some kind of update on my truck but no i ve been trying to call and all I get back in response they will call me back later The lack of communication with this place is truly shocking it was even more disturbing they don t even try to get better about it

I Give up on service in this location. Never got a call back for warranty service repair. So vehicle is still not fixed months later. Came back for an oil change and no advisor to be seen for 30 minutes. I ll just go elsewhere

Horrible horrible horrible.. DONOT TAKE YOU VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE!!! HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! I wouldn t let this place put air in my tire!!! And I pray to God that they go out of business!!!!
