Easily one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Never felt pressured to buy anything. Everyone there was very helpful and my sales guy Dana was exceptional. I was in and out with a brand new Jeep in less than 2 hours. Even after the sale, they spent time getting me hooked up to my Jeep account and literally sitting in the Jeep with me showing me how everything worked. I'd drive an hour and a half to buy another vehicle from them in a hearbeat.

By far the best first car buying experience definitely recommend purchasing your vehicle here! The team as a whole was great and very helpful! But a HUGE thank you to our salesman Edu for the help on buying my dream Jeep and making the experience as smooth as possible with no pressure! He took care of us and answered my questions even gave my son Jeep merch. He s very quick to answer any questions or needs I have till today. He s very professional and gives his best advice I couldn t have asked for a better salesman, would definitely recommend Edu if you re needing to purchase a vehicle!

I bought a 2016 Jeep Cherokee this past weekend and had a great experience. Mario, Donte, and Alexander were very attentive to my questions and setting up a test drive. They already had the vehicle pulled up when I got there. Once I made the decision to buy, Kareem was extremely helpful with the financing options. From test drive to leaving with the car, I was there for maybe an hour and a half at most.Overall I would recommend buying from here. One thing to be aware of though for all their cars, there is a required elite protection package they add that is non negotiable.

I purchased my 2024 Grand Cherokee this past weekend with the help of Mario as my salesman. I ve never had such a smooth and easy experience before! He had the vehicle i wanted pulled up, we drove it and i was out the door with it within a few hours . Financing was really quick with Alexander , he seemed really down to earth. Thank you both for the BEST EXPERIENCE EVER at a dealership.

Place is terrible!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! They are snakes and con artist! I brought a check from my credit union and bought the SUV FLAT out. 2 weeks later I Started to experience all type of mechanical issues. Including suspension and engine issues. The dealership refused to fix them and said it was not covered after two weeks of buying the vehicle. I am very upset. I wouldn t recommend your dog or cat by a vehicle from this place until they make it right. They are horrible and they only want your money, do not I repeat, do not buy a car from this place! My lawyer has been put on notice and I m prepared to go to court over 35+ thousands dollars. My credit union is going to reverse the check and I m going to drop the truck of back to them because I was deceived into thinking I was buying a reliable car. It s currently back in the shop for the 3rd time. STAY AWAY!!! If they did it to me they will do it to YOU! We work hard for our money and we shouldn t walk away feeling like we ve been taking advantage of.

I bought a 2024 Ram 1500 by far the best first car buying experience definitely recommend purchasing your vehicle here! The staff was great and very helpful!! I've bought many cars in my lifetime and I can say hands down that Forest Lane was the best dealership experience I've had. Big shoutout to Tony and Connor who were both exceptional and engaging and went the extra mile to make sure that the Ram 1500 I was shopping for was serviced and taken care of. I even made the 3 hour drive from Austin, and I can say it was well worth it for the great experience I had at this dealership. They made it painstakingly easy and straight forward. It doesn't hurt that they have a lifetime powertrain warranty that is very hard to find at any dealership, so that is a huge plus. Thanks guys, I love my truck. You guys earned it. By far the best car buying experience I have had in my lifetime because of John Phan. I live 5 hours away and he worked with me to complete a trade and get the Jeep I've wanted for 20+ years. He was super responsive, polite and very professional. Even 3 months later, John has answered questions and helped me. He remains super responsive, polite and professional even months after a sale is complete. I would highly recommend him to any friend or family member!

I worked closely with the dealership when trading in my 2018 leased wrangler. I went in to check out finance options for a new vehicle. I worked with Dana and he made the process incredibly smooth and efficient. They were all so patient in explaining my options but most importantly they did whatever they could to ensure that I received the best deal possible. Not only did I walk out of there within the same day with a brand new 2022 Jeep Cherokee, I also walked out with extreme gratitude. They took care of me and ensured that I was able to financially transition to my new vehicle. This was my first vehicle that I have ever purchased so this was an initially scary process however they made this worthwhile and smooth. I bought my first charger in October, 2023 at Forest Lane. I can only say great things. This is about my third vehicle purchased in Dallas and I have never had such a remarkable positive experience. The whole staff was very kind and cordial. I was impressed by the level of expertise and customer service excellence I received. I specially loved interacting with John Phan, the seller. It was a great experience because of him. From the moment he first made contact was very professional. He made it seemed so easy. What I loved most was the fast delivery of all. I was able to do most of all through call or email. By the time it was time to pick up the car all was arranged and it only took an hour at the dealer. I recommend this dealership for any car purchase just because of its staff. Kudos to the manager for being an exemplary leader that reflects on its employees. By the end I was told Welcome to Forest Lane Dealer Family. What a great car purchase experience.

This review is solely for the finance person Mr. Picasso. To begin with, Mario and Fernando are great if you re looking to purchase a vehicle! However I suggest when it comes down to financing you go to someone other than Mr. Picasso. My encounter with him this morning was not great. Immediately Mr Picasso seemed not to be in the mood and neither greeted us very well. I was with my dad and my boyfriend and he did not introduce himself to me or my boyfriend when we have never met him before. We went to remove some unwanted warranties and immediately he became reluctant to do so. He charged up my boyfriend with a million questions wondering why we were canceling. We had OBVIOUSLY done our research beforehand and knew why we wanted to cancel. Of course we had to come to the dealership to finalize our decision. However, he became somewhat annoyed and pushy to get us the paperwork to cancel. For example, he was stating that removing a service contract would mean that my boyfriend would have to pay for my oil change which is none of his business to begin with. Automatically with Jeep Wave i get two free oil changes and tire rotations. And either way I am more than able to pay for an oil change without needing an unnecessary added service contract. He was sarcastic and rude for no reason and then questioned us a lot asking if we knew what the warranties covered. OBVIOUSLY. It is none of his business quite frankly who pays for what after the canceled warranties unless he s willing to chip in then GREAT! Also we were under the impression that if we canceled we can choose from a mailed check or to be added to my principal balance - we proceeded to tell him that we wanted the checks instead and he looked and spoke to us like we were unintellectual. He responded in a very ugly manner and made my experience horrible when beforehand my experiences were fantastic thanks to Mario and Fernando sales associates! Mr. Picasso truly made me not want to return to that dealership and it s funny because my boyfriend was looking to get into a brand new Ram today since Mario and Fernando greeted us so warmly and told us about the deals upon our arrival. We didn t even want to look at them anymore and left. Forest lane lost a possible sale thanks to him.

We recently purchased a 2023 Jeep Wagoneer at the Forest Lane CDJR dealership. Service was excellent. John Phan worked with me to find the right vehicle, did not pressure me with sales tactics, and entertained my questions through multiple visits. Would definitely recommend coming here. Kareem Kusez was also excellent on the finance side to help close the deal and figure out the right warranty package. Great experience. 5 stars. Ask for John!

Fernando Pena, was our sales consultant when we bought our jeep grand cherokee 2018 a week ago. He made the buying process seamless. We initially qualified for a higher interest rate, but he went out of his way to get us a lower rate. I am 200% satisfied with his service.

Wow - one of the simplest and most relaxed buying experiences I ve ever had.So I m on Cargurus one evening, looking for a GT4. I come across a sweet blue one here at this Forest Lane dealer. I call them up, we agreed on a price, and I drove to the dealer and bought the car.The whole process took literally just an hour.Aaron, Hunter, Fernando, and John all helped me during the simple buying process. What a chill group of guys, so friendly and accommodating.And to put the cherry on top, since I drove my own car there and didn t have a way to transport the GT4 back, these guys were nice enough to literally drive it straight to my condo in downtown Fort Worth.If this dealer has a car that you re looking to potentially buy, I d totally suggest working with them. A good car buying experience is hard to come by these days - and these guys literally knocked it out of the park.Thank you for all of the help, to my friends at Forest Lane.

Hunter is so patient! I live in Arkansas and I ve never purchased a vehicle 7 hours away, sight unseen before. I had a ton of questions and hesitations but he made it so super easy and reassured me the whole way. Forest Lane is a phenomenal dealership and the sales staff is fantastic! I also spoke with Connor at times and he was so super helpful as well! I would recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to reach out to these two fellas! You both made my Jeep dreams come true, and for that I am forever grateful!!

My experience with Bart and the entire team was exemplary. They set a quick turn around date, accommodated with a great loaner, communicated updates the entire way, and repaired the car in a punctual manner with some added work at no additional charge. Waited over 2 years and finally decided to pull the trigger and buy a Jeep Gladiator. I waited because I didn't want to go through the hassles you get from dealerships. My wife made an appointment with Dylan Hudson to "just look" and "test drive" only. Because of Dylan and the no hassle approach, plus the awesome price. Within 30 minutes of arriving at FLCDJR, we decided this is the place to buy. Gotta thank Dylan, Joe and Jeff, for the help. Highly recommend stopping and ask for Dylan.

I would give 10 stars if I could, The process was so simple, no pressure buying from out of state. The car was presented exactly as described. Our salesman Dylan was amazing no detail was missed. We flew in car was ready to go and everything was perfect. Would definitely buy from again.

After purchasing a vehicle a few weeks ago, Never again! We found a screw in a tire, they swore they checked it out and it was a "rock" and was assured it wasn't a leak. A few days later the tire was flat, no wheel lock key was found. The salesman said he'd ask the technician that checked the tire. No response other than we'd have to tow it and pay for a new wheel lock. No GM call back either. Horrible experience.

John sold me a Jeep Cherokee during Thanksgiving holiday. He was awesome. I don t like to shop for vehicles, so he provided us with all the info we needed before I arrived and processed as much as he could until signatures were needed. He additionally sent us a video of the Jeep before we drove over there to help us make a decision. When I got to the dealership, he made it as smooth and quick as possible. 5 stars all the way.
