First, I'd like to say that up until now they have been no issue working with. However, the most recent experience was awful. I would not recommend using them for anything. They told me what they believed was the issue. I agreed to have them replaced, they list their hourly rate at $229/hr +/-. I decided to pick up my vehicle because I needed it for the next week and the parts were ordered, however, I had to pay for the parts before retrieving my vehicle. The parts were 6 days late. I dropped off my car on Monday 10/23 to be fixed, it took them less than an hour to fixe the car. I know this because I left the service center at 8am and the car was still in the bay waiting to be taken back. Then at 8:57am I got an email stating my car was ready and waiting to be pick up. The LABOR CHARGE was $699.99. When I spoke with the manager he said that's what the book says and if they do it faster then that's what they charge. If the job can be done in 57 minutes then that's what needs to be charged. If your expertise/knowledge is the excuse (which is what the manager stated was why they did it faster) of why it was done faster then why put a hourly rate for labor if its not going to be followed? The knowledge and skill to be able to get the job done faster is why the labor rate is significantly higher than other service centers.CUSTSOMER BEWARE - I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Worst experience I ever had. Been a Jeep customer since 2010 and we recently bought a new one and went there for service. Eli Washington was my Service Advisor and I believe he needs more training on how to communicate with customers.First I explained that the tyre needs to be replaced because of the nail on the edge. He called us and said everything is ready, but when we reached there, the nail was still on the tyre and was not replaced. The invoice mentioned Tyre rotation on it. How can they lie like that when it is so obvious.if they have done the Tyre rotation, they would have seen the nail and at least the same Tyre will not be in the same position (driver rear)I was told again the car will be ready on Monday by 3 pm.He called me but never left a voicemail or text message about why he called. Called him back multiple times and I left voicemail saying that I am on my way, assuming the car is ready as promised. I reached there around 430pm. Guess what, he is telling me the car is not ready because they didn t replace the Tyre yet.He could have at least leave me voicemail or text message about the situation.I am a very busy person and I have no time going back and forth sitting in the traffic and getting a no as an answer.Believe me, there are other places much better than this dealership and this one will be last choice.Don t underestimate your customers. I am a women, but I believe I have more knowledge than you in understanding the cars.Thank you for your service

Terrible service, I came to buy parts and no one was there, I waited more than 30 minutes and no one helped me, it seemed empty.Servicio mal�simo vine a comprar partes y no ay nadie atendiendo esp�rele mas de 30 minutos y nadie me atendi� parec�a vac�o
