I woke up to my passenger side window busted out- what a way to start the day! I called Flash Auto Glass and they told me they could fix it in one day. I literally dropped it off around 12:30pm and they had it fixed and ready to go in under three hours. The price was very reasonable and the customer service was amazing! If someone decides to bust out another one of my windows (please don t) I won t go anywhere else besides Flash Auto Glass!

Called here first and was quoted a very good price. Made a same day appointment and they were great. Front desk staff were nice and polite. But Jr was great he kept me informed about what he was doing and pointed out what my problem was. He was fast and did a great job would definitely recommend them. Thanks y all

Great professional ethics, their staff is friendly and knowledgeable along with the amazing results. My auto windshield is looking brand new! Thank you I m very satisfied with the choosing Flash Auto Glass for my first time experience in fixing my cracked windshield. As a single woman it s hard to find an honest and professional place where you re treated with the most respect. Thank you I highly recommend this place.

These guys are incredible. I have a classic car that required a very specific application to be installed. Not the typical gasket around the edge, instead, this required the glass to be installed like a late model vehicle Glued in Flash autoglass was the only company to actually take a shot at it and Ian (the tech) knocked it out of the park.

Great service last minute.We had an issue with a busted windshield this morning and was able to get it fixed by Flash Auto Glass the same day and within hours of calling them to make the appointment. They were professional, helpful, and fast. I was a little sketch about the Zelle and Cash process of payment but they were legit. They have warranty on their installs and can go to where you are; you don't have to go to their shop to get stuff done.Thank you for the help and I will definitely be recommending y'all to others!

Deceitful staff- I specifically asked about windshield cameras being needed to be calibrated after replacement, and the tech told me it wouldnt be necessary because they were not disconnecting the circuits. That was incorrect and the car was unsafe to use with the lane detection on, Honda techs tried for hours to recalibrate and identified the after market windshield as the issues. The owner of Flash 1) denied fault their "people dont even speak english" 2) then said Honda touching it voided their work and 3) refused to do anything other than dismiss blame or infer OTHER reputable companies made mistakes. Lesson learned, AutoFlash is a cheap mobile replacement co, and nothing else. AVOID. Reporting to BBB, Yelp, etc to warn others.

They are 10/10, definitely recommend. They were able to replace my window last minute after another auto glass placed cancelled on me due to the weather, they also went above and beyond by fixing my car door after it was broken into. They even hovered out the glass. They were so helpful, professional, and understanding.

Really good response time, my wife and I car got broken into on a Saturday BMW and a Buick encore and they came in same day for two cars. Pretty reasonable price less than 400 for both cars, safelight repair and other places wanted to charge 250 a car or they didn t have anything until 3-5 days later. Recommend if you re looking for fast and good job. Guy that came knew what he was doing, didn t play any games and kept it professional. Only complaint was he didn t speak much English but nothing google translate couldn t handle definitely recommend. Lady on the phone I can t remember her name but when we called she was pretty nice and was very helpful. So customer service was good as well.

The glass in the back of my Kia was broken. I gave Flash Auto Glass a call, and they gave me a quote very quickly. It was the cheapest! They also had me come in with my car the same day to get it fixed. So far everything looks great!

Got my glass fixed with them this past week and they did an amazing job! Marlene and Brenda really worked with my hectic schedule to accommodate me! They re the best in metroplex! 10/10 recommend :)

These guys are great. I was impressed with how quickly yet careful they were with replacing the windshield. They were very precise as well. And they come to you wherever you are at. Unbeatable price as well. They didn t need to recalibrate anything either! I recommend them to anybody who needs a windshield replaced.

Pepe, who spoke no English at all, showed up to do my back glass replacement. First thing he does is drops the broken glass on the trunk of my car and causes an inch and a half gouge and slight dent. After sending a picture, Erica, the manager, said the scratch was already there and argued with me when I just watched the guy 3 ft away from me do it. They need to lay a catch-all cover or something on the back dash and also on the trunk to prevent damage. Just too much in a hurry to do the job. Left glass on pavement around my car.

Went and had this guys repair one window and they ended up repairing two, gave me a great deal I couldn't refuse, and was in and out within a hour. Do your self a favor and call them vs another option.

They are amazing! I literally called them at the last minute due to my vehicle was broken into and they got me in and out! They are very nice!! They have a clean waiting area it smells just like Fabuloso! I will definitely use them in the future and they are highly recommended
