Our experience at FixEuro was exceptional! Joe and Chris are honest, kind, professional and so helpful. We had quite a lot of work done on 2 different cars and are incredibly happy with everything. We won t consider going to another mechanic as long as FixEuro is around, which I hope will be as long as we have cars to deal with.

Towed our 2005 Mercedes to FixEuro with a loss of hydraulic fluid expecting the worse. Joe was very helpful on the phone and after checking my car it was discovered to be a blown hose. While in the shop they discovered that my radiator was leaking. So the radiator and all attached hoses were replaced as well as the blown hydraulic hose. There was a long scrape along the body work which showed because of the black color. FixEuro did a good job in repairing the radiator and hose, and they even fixed the scrape on the body work without even charging for it. Thanks very much, Joe. Highly recommend FixEuro.

We called and stopped in for a consultation regarding the transmission of our Mercedes Sprinter. We live full time in the van and Joe was very helpful and did a test drive and pulled codes to help us problem solve. He gave us a reasonable estimate of the work to be done. We ended up driving on as we were just passing through, but he was willing to work us in and make the necessary repairs as quickly as possible. Didn t ask for a dime in advance. The office manager, Chris, was also helpful. Good people trying to help people out who need help. We were very appreciative. Although we can t speak to the work quality, the integrity was top notch.

We purchased our Sprinter 3500 based motorhome over 4 years ago. When it was time to perform the first transmission service in 2018 we took it to Joe at FixEuro. Last week it was again time for transmission and brake service. We headed back to FixEuro. I trust them to take care of our home on wheels based upon our positive experiences. JOE is the owner and great technician.He has extensive knowledge in dealing with European and domestic vehicles.He's concise in explaining what he has found during his diagnostic test and will keep you updated on the repairs needed.Great business to work with and he guarantees his work. I have a 2006 SLK that had stopped shifting. Took it to several transmission shops nearby and was told that no one worked on Mercedes transmissions but the dealership. Found Joe and he explained the problem, got the parts, fixed it and got the software up to date. I am very pleased and saved a lot over dealership price.

So i came here after kwik kar was pushing expensive repairs over some codes my transmission was giving off. They told me, and i quote, my car is not safe to drive and may fail in the middle of the road . Well thank god I didn t listen to them and took it to FixEuro instead. It took them a few days to actually get to my car, but when they did Joe and his crew assured me there wasn t any major problems. All i needed was some servicing, topping of fluids, and i was good to go. They saved me 100s of dollars by being honest and up front with me. They could ve easily taken advantage of my lack of knowledge but they didn t because they are some stand up dudes. Happy to say ill be bringing my car to Joe in the future and I recommend yall do to.Service: Transmission

Had a great experience with Joe. I got a lot of run around from other places but Joe rebuilt the transmission for my car and saved me a ton of money. Car is running smoothly. Joe and his staff are top notch. They do great work at a great price. Joe took the time to explain what happened to my transmission and how much he needed to overhaul. His estimate was not only fair it included replacing parts that other shops charged extra for . Plus the price quoted was the price I paid after he was completed. No hidden costs or extras here. Great people, great price, and fantastic work. If you are looking for a place to service your car I highly recommend the folks at FixEuro.

Went in for a transmission job and Joe also mentioned that the struts were bad and needed to be replaced. We took the car to the BMW Dealership and had a diagnostics done and was told that the car was in great condition. I had to tow in my new purchased of my 2011 Mercedes-Benz E350 4Matic with 109,000 miles. It had several issues (Transmission, engine Mounts and Intake w/Actuator) I was extremely uncomfortable, not knowing much about FIXEURO Transmission. Dealing with Joe in person and the knowledge this man possessed, is incredible.!! Joe is an honest man with principles . Joe and his team deserve more than a 5 star rating. From the beginning of our transaction, they have spent hours advising me of the issues on my car, which were extensive, carefully explaining and advising me on which options were the most budget friendly. They worked with my auto warranty company and jumped thru all of their hoops. My car will not know any other shop from now on. If you have any issues with a luxury car, THESE ARE YOUR GUYS! They really are the epitome of excellent service and honest .HEATHER

Through sheer luck i was able to find out about this place over the internet. My trans went out on my 330I, after talking to a few shady mechanics over the phone i was able to talk to Joe and right away i felt at ease. The guy is truly knowledgeable and an expert when it comes to transmissions. He took the time to go over things and explain them to me which I appreciated. Got it in, fixed and on the road in no time. Its been a couple of weeks and the car drives great. Big thanks to the Free family and everyone there at Fix Euro, great service with a home feel. Highly recommend

Joe and his team did a fantastic job on the body and paint work needed for my 2004 Chevy Tahoe! They were also very cooperative when it came to replacing my damaged bumper with one that I recovered from a salvage yard. They offer very reasonable prices for their services.

I had a terrible experience with several mechanics in the area trying to get my Mercedes' transmission serviced but Joe at Fix Euro got me back going when nobody else could. He was able to save me some money knowing what I had been through already with the car. This shop is A1, honestly the nicest mechanic I've ever worked with! THERE is no where else I would even consider recommending to take your car to! Thank you Joe and Chris, a million times!!!!!

The people at fix euro were awesome!! Joe went above and beyond to repair my sons vehicle! From the first call, I knew I would be in good hands. His prices were extremely reasonable and fair and the service provided was amazing. Call FixEuro if you want to deal with an honest company that has integrity.

I didn't want to get jerked around at a dealership so I took my car to this place after reading such fantastic reviews. First impression was that it was a nice family run shop with dad(Joe) and his daughter (Amanda) running the place.They were quite busy and I was advised to leave my car with them. Before leaving, I had a conversation with Amanda and explicitly discussed about no fees, or work done on the car without my permission first. She agreed, so off I went. When I came back a couple hours later, Joe found a list of problems with my car. I was advised that my EGR valve needed to be completely replaced and alignment had issues and my wheel bearings needed to be replaced as one side was pretty badly damaged. Price was quoted to me in the thousands and I thought OK, fair enough for all the parts and labor but the wait time was too long and they wouldn't be able to see my car until 3-4 days later. I had to decline because I needed to be back on the road in 2 days and decided that I would come back another time to at least have the bearings replaced as they mentioned it was very worn out. Amanda was not too sure on how to give me an explanation and Joe had just left the office, so we called Joe to check with him to see if the noise wasn't anything else. To my surprise & confusion, Joe steered the conversation into me owing them money since they had to test my car 3 times with 2 different mechanics listening for noises. I surely did not ask for them to test it 3 times with multiple mechanics...otherwise it would have been free to run a check engine light check. Because Joe made his case so strongly, Amanda backed him up and stood by his decision to charge me, even though we discussed that this wouldn't happen. They did mention that if I came back and got the work done with them, this fee I pay now would go towards the cost of repairs when I bring it in next time. Not exactly what was agreed, but I didn't want to make things ugly over a $100 dollar fee. At this point, I intended to come back later to get the wheel work done.Since I needed to be back on the road, I took my car to the VW dealership and they did a engine light check and found a loose clamp that was causing the noise and low pressure on the EGR valve. The clamp is a $10 dollar part that came loose and caused engine noise. The dealership told me it was quite obvious and they spotted it right away. I also told them that Fix Euro mechanic told me the wheel bearing had some damage and they said they checked and NOTHING needs to be replaced, just get a wheel alignment to prevent uneven tire tread.After the dealership told me all this, you can see why I am writing this long-winded review out of my disgust for what transpired at Fix Euro. They asked me to pay in the thousands to replace parts that the dealership told me were COMPLETELY FINE!!!!!!! The VW dealership had me back on the road after tightening the clamp that came loose at no cost. I am sure other people had good experiences with them, but this was absolutely a bad experience for me.

Have used Fix Euro several times and twice in the past week for body work and brake booster. Joe is great to work with. What I like best is he gives options for replacement costs, many of which are much cheaper than other places. Instead of giving up on '95 Lexus, he was able to find parts that made it low enough cost to fix.

FixEuro was recommended to me from an old school mechanic so I had high expectations. The transmission that I have is no longer made so I had no choice but to have it rebuilt. I heard from a car guy one time that rebuilt transmissions never work like they did new. I can now say he's dead wrong! I've had this transmission for about 10,000 miles now and it works great. Coming in today for more service! These guys really know what they're doing! Highly recommend!

I'm always worried taking my Mercedes to anyone other than the dealer but these guys came highly recommended and they earned every star. Steve was a really good tranny and tire guy. Chris was quick in getting answers when we needed them, and Joe. What can you say about Joe. He's the "Man". Got the work done and saved me $2000

All I got to say is Joe is The Man. Visiting from Florida, my transmission blew on a trip back from Houston to Dallas. Being from out of state I was a bit worried since my usual mechanic was back in Florida. I called FixEuro Transmission because of the reviews basically. Well Joe did not disappoint. Took care of me with the utmost professionalism, courtesy and most important communicated every step of the process to getting my car back on the road.He ended up sourcing a transmission for me complete with nationwide parts & labor warranty since I travel a lot.. Fantastic job guys!! FixEuro is now my go to European car specialist without a doubt... Again, thanks Joe!!!

I own or have owned quite a few foreign cars and do most of my own work/repairs. I am very skeptical of repair shops because I know what it takes to do the work. Joe and his crew not only do great work but are very cost effective without compromising quality and explain everything very well. They are the only shop I will use for my cars.

After 154,000 miles on by 2005 BMW 545, these guys rebuilt my transmission. Now it runs like the day I bought it. Great work, friendly service & professional. Joe will take care of you. Thanks Joe. FIFOFI

I made a trip to FixEuro Transmission I have a 04 GTI Volkswagen was having problems with the car Transmission main problem and other stuff I asked them if they could fix every single thing that was wrong with it and now the car runs smooth no problems at all very satisfied with the work and pricing is the best you can get. The staff was great as well.
