Chris, the Manager is always very courteous and helpful. My truck needed new brakes and they were able to replace them within a few hours. I was very pleased and thankful

They were caught in a lie this Saturday I had a blow out and coasted us to this location. Instead of 2 tires I get 4 new ones. I took photos of the tires and left after I photograph the tires at 2:07, at 4pm they called me saying they can t balance all 4 due to the center cap not coming off of the tire that was damaged and how it was stripped somewhere else. I go back to the store and now the manager has left for the holiday and now I got to leave the truck til Tuesday. I walked around the car again and then showed before photos and the staff agreed that these photos from 2:07 are indeed different and it had to have happened in their care but he wasn t the manager to make any shots. So I have to be inconvenienced instead of them trying to get their damaged screw out so that I may get the tire balanced. I m so upset about them shifting blame into others but I hope there can be a simple resolution for the shops neglect and negligence while taking out the screw. This is a show car, and the rims are brand new from Summit racing in Arlington, I m hoping they can resolve this matter without them damaging my vehicle further. Victor was very helpful and kind throughout the entire process of me having my vehicle serviced. I've been to a lot of places lately where the customer service was awful. Victor was kind to every person that walked through the door yesterday.

They take forever!!! Even with an appointment they took almost 4 hours to change the tires and an alignment (even though told it would take 2 hours)Highly recommend you just drop off the car cause speed isn t their specialty

Mechanic intentionally broke the H logos off of my Honda rims for some reason. Nobody mentioned anything to me. noticed it when I got home. They definitely weren't broken on "accident"

Horrible customer service and all of needed was air in one tire. I pulled up but nobody said nothing like 'be with you in a moment' I start to pull up inside the garage because it's was RAINING. There was a car that pulled out from getting air so I proceeded to pull in after the car and the RUDE person yelled loudly he was working and to wait. Customer service is boo boo in the generation.

Hello,I purchased new tires at Firestone in Red Bird on July 24, 2022. In addition to the tires, I also purchased a lifetime alignment. After leaving, I noticed my truck was pulling to the left very hard and the steering wheel was not straight. They asked me to bring the truck back in for another inspection. I took another PTO day while they checked out my truck. They realigned it and the hard pull to the left turned to a slight pull to the left. I informed them that it was still pulling to the left slightly and I was told that it may be the road that is making it do it. So, I respected their advice. The time came for routine maintenance (tire rotation and another alignment). On November 17th, I took my truck Firestone Red Bird Mall. After a tire rotation and alignment I once again noticed that my truck was pulling to the left again. I informed them that it was still pulling to the left and once again they said it may be the road that is doing it. This morning, I noticed that the inside of my tires was worn. Does this look like it is the road that that is making it pull to the left or is it an alignment problem? What s even worse is it doesn t look like they were even rotated.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

They are very expensive. I was told they were three weeks out on cars and wouldn t be able to accept my vehicle. Most services that are expensive are completed in a timely manner. I m frustrated with my vehicle and their service/timing.

Took our rental here ( 2 separate , 2 separate times) one for a oil change and one for a tire replacement. Both times. Great staff and wonderful service. Seemed friendly and helpful for other customers I saw. Knowledgeable and great staff.

MUCH better service. Had an appointment for 12noon. Arrived a little early -- 11:30am -- had two tires installed and State Inspection -- out by 1240pm -- amazed. That's the way I like it. VERY satisfied. GREAT job

The guy at the register looked annoyed. I let him know I had an appointment then he gonna ask what you are here for I said doesn't it tell you on the computer he was like hmm.. Need to work on customer service

Wish I would have read the reviews before I got there service. I took the car and got it inspected and they told me that I needed the whole air conditioner kit. OK no problem $1395. Made the appointment took the car in they tell me that it s gonna be $1550 and I get a call later telling me that my radiator is broken but I was having no problems with the radiator and never showed any signs of it being broken but he tells me that they only saw it because they had to take off my whole bumper in order to replace my condenser which was not told to me before service otherwise I may not have had the service done and then proceeds to tell me that it s gonna cost another 900 and something dollars to have the radiator fixed I definitely should ve read the reviews before I chose this facility I would give them zero stars if IService: Air conditioning

Didn t even bother dropping my car off. I wanted to bring it in for complete vehicle inspection. I called to change my appointment time and was told I d have to leave my car there for 3 days online it does not mention anything about leaving my car there that long. I selected to wait in store until inspection was complete . I asked why do I need to leave my car there for 3 days for an inspection and I wasn t given a straightforward response.

I would rate them a little higher, but I got pads and roters done here and my car has been sounding like it's scrubbing ever since. I dropped by to get it checked and the man told me I needed an appointment. That's fine, but why do you have to have an attitude to tell me that?

Took my daughter's car here for service on the Saturday before Easter. Service was good, not as efficient as I had hoped, but good nonetheless. Chris the manager, very courteous and professional. Straight-forward and genuine, ensured the vehicle was done with an honest assessment of what was needed.

If I could do 0 stars, I would. They have legitimately left BRAKE CALIPER BOLTS loose after a brake job, causing the bolts to fully back out and leave the caliper loose. Do y'all realize how dangerous this is? The caliper danced around the inside of the wheel leaving it all scratched and damaged.They charge a PREMIUM for generic replacement parts that they get from AutoZone or O'Riley's. They've even left turbo couplers loose, causing massive boost leaks on some of our vehicles. I could go on and on but there is no point. Unless you're just doing an oil change, i HIGHLY recommend not bringing your vehicle here.

I had brake service 7 months ago and noticed a whispering sound when I pressed on brakes never heard this before back and front brakes were replaced. Finally decided to take my car in for oil change and brake sound. I was informed I needed a brake booster. I asked why wasn't this discovered before. No answer I was given satisfied me and left me feeling for the first time that I couldn't trust these people. I agreed to the repairs and 6 hours later my car sounds worst than before. Now the new booster is defected so I'm told and it will be Tuesday before my car is fixed. I left it there because I do not feel safe driving my car with the grinding sound of the brakes. If and when my car is repaired (I pray) I will not return back to Firestone. I just don't trust them anymore.Just my experience, Sandra Knight Piper

I called before going on my lunch break about a new battery and also to confirm a time. I told the attendant I went to lunch at 12:30. He told me that my cost would be 149.00 Upon arrival they got me signed up immediately. After sitting of over an hour I went to the attendant and Inquired about my vehicle because I could see it wasn't being serviced for nearly 35 to 40 mins. He then asked the service attendant the problem. He stated the line was corroded and needed to be replaced. But no one had made me aware of the problem. After I started watching the service department it took about 15min. But by then I was 45 minutes late to work. Plus my balance increased nearly $50 totally disappointed in the service I received. I will never patronize this place again.

Called first and no one ever came back to the phone I went up there first time here upon arrival they had a stank attitude, no one really wanted to help people walked away as I drove up I will not be returning I am disgusted with the customer service.

HORRIBLE experience. Absolutely the worst. I dropped my car off to get a full vehicle inspection at 1:00 pm and they said that my car be looked at soon. Four hours pass by and I hear absolutely nothing from them. Then when I call to ask what the update was on my car, they told me that they haven t even began on the inspection yet; mind you the place was not even crowded and they told me that they would have it done quickly. Manager is lazy, and staff is lazy. Save your money and your time and go somewhere better.

Four new tires and alignment. These guys were great. Positive & polite attitude. They even wiped the car key, door handle and steering wheel down before turning vehicle back to us. We are very satisfied with our experience at this location.
