To start the red head at the front desk is absolutely awful. I ve never had worse customer service in my life. Rude, she made a phone call in the middle of speaking with me. Literally cut me off to call another customer. They had 3 cars in the parking lot and none in the bays so it wasn t busy. Second they failed my state inspection over a crack in my serpentine belt. It s only just showing signs of wear, I had to request they show me the issue and the red head girl made it VERY obvious I was inconveniencing her. I immediately took the car elsewhere simply because I didn t care for the way I was being treated and was advised that what I was told, was not correct and that it seems to be predatory behavior. They charged me for the failed inspection which they are over charging for. Will not ever come back here again.

I m not the type to write reviews like this, but I ve never seen someone be so blatantly rude. I walked in and the place was almost completely empty, got to the front desk and the girl pointed at me with her finger to wait while she was on the phone. No Hello , give me just a sec or anything.I have a 2 minute recording (but that wasn t all of it) of her ordering various flavors of chicken wings and French fries over the phone while I stood there waiting to see if someone could check the air pressure in my tires- that was literally all I needed. I patiently waited, and when she got off the phone I expected to at least be greeted, but no. She didn t even make eye contact with me. She called up one of the only other customers in the waiting area to tell him the news on his car, then walked into the auto shop and stayed there for a good while, talking to all her other coworkers, to the point where I felt she was doing it intentionally. Once she saw me recording again she walked back inside, but I decided it was time for me to go. I can get my tires checked ANYWHERE else without such a hassle. She didn t even ask if I needed anything or say goodbye when I left. She has no manners and I don t think she should be working the front desk. That s not someone you want representing your company and it s not a good first impression. Wont be coming back.

Started out my day with a nail in my tire. Fully expected to have to buy new tires right before Christmas. Ben said give him some time and they will check things out. Not only did I not have to buy new tires, he didn t charge me for the patch. When I need new tires the first person I am going to buy them from will be Ben.

Had an appointment at 7:00 AM, left at 7:15 and still no sign of life inside or outside of the store Every bay was full inside so I d assume scheduling isn t this stores best skill.

Definitely hesitated writing this review, but I ve had such a bad experience here the last few times . What is the point of scheduling an appointment if they have zero intention of honoring it? This is the third time now I scheduled an appointment and brought my vehicle in early only to be told that it would take several hours longer than originally discussed. Pull it together guys.

Don't take your car here. They kept my car all day for a 3 hour job and never even finished it. If by chance you do have to go here, try to speak with Megan. She is AMAZING. She did everything in her power to help. I hope they take care of her because she's the best employee they have at that location.

Having appointments at 8 a.m.I show up at 8:11 a.m.They told me that you come late, you have to wait for 1 more hour I saw an Another cars come after me, but got into fixing...That s not big deal.I waited here till 8:41 a.m. then he took my car to drive around to check.9:30 a.m. - they told me that sway bar is losing, they tight it for free.If you want to wait here, I recommend you to bring laptop with charger.It will take you 2 hour to do only inspection.If you have only one car left in your life then I recommend you not to come here.However, the service is very good.The mechanic guy took care my car very well.

I took my truck in for service around 3-30-22 for brake and oil leak repairs. I cannot compliment the team enough on their quick, professional service, I should have been bringing my truck here all along and certainly plan to return for future service! Got there close to open on a Wednesday morning they seemed dead there was only one other guy in the lobby, brought four tires with me just needed them switched, took several hours so I ended up ubering home. When I came back to pick it up they kept my old tires (that were fine mind you I just upgraded them).

I visited Firestone at 10502 on Garland Road on May 24th of 2023 with my 2005 Toyota 4 Runner that had a problem with the gasoline intake system. I told them that I suspected it could be the charcoal canister, but I expected them to do their own diagnosis and confirm the cause. They did not do that and they just replaced the charcoal canister based on what I said. They charged me $900 for the part and the labor, which was very expensive and easy to install. They did not fix the problem and I still have trouble filling up my gas tank. When I called them to complain, they were very rude and unprofessional. They blamed me for the mistake and said they would have their manager call me, but she never did. I have been a loyal customer of Firestone for over 10 years, but this was the worst service I ever received from them. I feel very angry and cheated by their service and very disappointed and betrayed by their treatment of me as a customer. I do not recommend this business to anyone and I hope they will contact me to resolve this issue.Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic

Mixed emotions from a long term customer. When Chad gm left it went way down. No available techs. Destroyed one of my engines that the corporate office got involved and had my whole engine replaced. That was a year ago.Now the new manager ben, I believe, seems nice BUT the staff are not too bright. I came in for an inspection of my jeep and it needed one new tire. It's a wrangler with a whole tire right there on the back. Wasn't smart enough to see it and or pick up the phone to say something. My husband went in for this , the guy was like it failed. Who makes an inspection difficult?Next chance towed in a blow out on our burb. Tires luckily had road hazard on them. Again I call to see status and they were tryong to repair the tire that had 1.5inch head bolt in it. Said look up our vehicle. 10 years of brakes, tires etc. So moved forward. Then 4 hours goes by my husband is missing work because its just a tire, right. Nope they did not have it, had to order it in and knew when it would be there and again covered by warranty. Still no calls. Ben took care of it and we got out for just renew on the road hazard. BUT at the cost of a days work.

Took it to get check my a/c and turns out the technician was was already gone for the day, he did not have available spot for the day why they agree to check my car and at the end they did nothing for 3 hours. Really bad service and at the end to let me know about my tires and that was not the reason for the appointment oh but they charge for nothing. Thanks for nothing

I walked in, told them the tire pressure light on my 2016 CRV was "on" and requested they check the sensors. They wanted $49 just to check. I left and went to Discount Tire, asked the same question and the DT guy walked to my car, pushed the reset button (I recently bought the car and didn't know it had one) Done, no charge! The only question now is wether the two Firestone employees I talked to are just ignorant or trained to abuse customers.

This place is a complete joke the red head that works their has no idea what she s taking about I dropped off my wife s vehicle for a oil change and state and they said it failed state but couldn t give me a reason why and still tried charging me for it and only because I said something she took it off and then proceeded to tell me there a oil leak on the vehicle but couldn t tell me where and also charged me 110. For a oil change on a 2019 Hyundai Tucson that doesn t require full synthetic but they just put it in there to charge me more ! Need to speak to the district manager asap!Service: Oil change

Man it s rough. I only go here because it s within walking distance. Worst service. Extremely expensive. They lie about tire damage to sell you tires you don t need.

Bought three new tires at this place a few weeks ago. They were having a sale where I got $100 off.While checking out, I was offered an additional 10% off for opening one of their credit cards. Because this was a large purchase, I thought it was worth it. Upon examining my invoice, I didn't get the 10%, and it didn't come on the credit account in the form of a statement credit. I'm up to six phone calls with them about this, and they are refusing to fix it. The last guy I spoke to said "We don't do double discounts", which is fine, except that they offered me a second discount, and I accepted their offer.Stay away. They are crooks.

Maybe not enough staff but anytime I take my car there for an oil change they take around 4-6 hours. One time the technician forgot to tight the screws and all the new oil came out. Pretty irritating situation because after 4 hours waiting I have to go back to get that fixed.Unfortunately, I paid for a lifetime alignment so in order to my alignment money worth it I keep taking my car there. :( I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Spent 1300$ catalytic converter and etc.six days later 2200$ needed Both fuel pumps changed.Get told hey all you're gonna need is an oil change in a few months you're fine.Six days later I have to get a new vehicle and find out my transmission and electronic system is failing.Wish I could have had an actual diagnosis instead of wasting my money.Unfortunately at this location they are untrustworthy and I wouldn't trust the one nearby either. When I called and spoke to the manager that's where he said I should go because he doesn't know why my Jeep isn't starting that's weird.An expensive lesson learned.I've used Firestone for years and I've always felt it was overpriced but at the end of the day everything was fixed.Please don't go here.

Even if you schedule an appointment, they still will take hours to get something as simple as a single tire replacement completed. Call before going in to the store to verify they have your tire on hand. Appointments apparently do not guarantee that ordered items will be available.

They deserve ZERO stars, nothing but scams and liars. My car is not even two years old in great condition. I took my car in to get brakes because I had a $60 off coupon and within 30 minutes I get a call saying I need two new tires because I had a nail to close to the walls of the tires and could not be patched, and my car needed rotors as well, and something about my alignment. I said no thanks just replace my brakes please.I get a second call back from the manager Chad, who said to me he understands I have some problems, and I said no I just want the brakes replaced. He said he can't replace the brakes because I need new rotors and I said are you telling me that I have to get rotors in order to get a set of brakes? He said if I take the rotors off then I will need to replace them, right there I caught him in a lie. I said to him so you haven't taken the rotors off and you are telling me I need rotors, is that correct? He told me he wasn't working on my car and to come get my car and hung up on me. I then called the corporate office - customer service and spoke with John and told him you about this incident and that I will never go back to Firestone again. My husband took my car that same to Discount Tire to get a FREE patch on my two tires without any drama. Just goes to show how shady Firestone is and the store manager is liar.

Great experience, friendly staff, and clean environment - I arrived early, shortly after opening and was in and out. The guys took great care, were very knowledgeable and able to answer each of my questions. I will definitely return in the future.

Dropped my car off at noon for an oil change and was told it would be ready for pick up at 3pm called and 3:50pm and was told they hadn t even started on it yet

This location has very poor communication skills and practices that need to be adjusted. After refusing one service, I was told it would be removed from the estimate. I mean a cabin air filter can be changed out as an easy diy project in minutes, unnecessary to have someone else do it. I receive my bill and it's been done, for $50 with parts and labor. I asked for clarification and the service manager didn't want to acknowledge that he didn't properly remove it from the order sheet. I left and contact Firestone, and they said a district person would contact me. Next morning at 7am I get a call from the service manager saying I can bring my car back, have the old air filter put back in and refund me my $50. Yeah, no thanks. I'll just make sure to steer clear of this location. And, I'll ensure that as a very active member in this community I'll let plenty of people know to avoid this shop.
