What i asked to be looked at on my vehicle was not looked at and when i showed up to pick up my vehicle 2 hours after they had emailed me it was ready, it was still up on the rack with all 4 tires off which was weird since i took it in for an oil change and to have my wiper blades looked at.

We showed up early morning expecting to get our tire replaced within 2 to 3 hours. 6 hours later and they still didn't have the tire available and ready to install. Ultimately we end up canceling everything and taking our vehicle to the discount tire up the road. It took about 20 minutes at discount tire from beginning unto end. Also the customer service at Firestone is not very good. The staff does not even acknowledge you when you walk in and you have to get their attention to even be noticed. Thank goodness we have options nearby and we're not forced to deal with this tire place. Ultimately the over-promised and under delivered.

My battery died while driving. I had to wait on three tow trucks until someone could tow my vehicle to Firestone. They came to the rescue! Thank you, Nicole, for going above and beyond to order the battery and staying after hours to assist me. You all are lifesavers! I'm very grateful and happy with the service provided.

As a result of inappropriate and unprofessional behavior on the part of the service manager, Andy, and the lead technician, Arthur, which has been tolerated and encouraged by the store manager, Travis, I will no longer be recommending Firestone at Montfort as a preferred automotive service center.Travis sold me a set of 4 tires for my Mazda6. He charged me almost $1,400. I trusted him to give me a competitive price. I checked with Discount Tire and they priced a comparable set of tires for over $300 less. So Travis overcharged me for the tires. It is like he stole $300 from me and he is the store manager. Never buy tires from the Montfort Firestone store. They will overcharge you every time and not think twice about it. Absolutely despicable customer service.I have been a loyal customer and strong supporter of the Firestone Montfort store for more than 20 years. It is extremely disappointing to me that I now feel uncomfortable (and unwelcome) whenever I visit Firestone at Montfort.Last Wednesday, February 7th, for the first time in my 20 years as a customer of the Firestone Montfort stores, I filed a complaint against the store with Firestone Corporate Customer Service, and it was primarily due to the way Andy the service manager has continually mistreated and insulted me for a long time. I had finally reached my breaking point and was not going to tolerate Andy's abusive behavior any longer.Arthur, the lead technician, may have played a secondary role in all this. I had left more than 10 messages in the past 2 months, asking Arthur to call me and never received a return call. I had always gotten along well with Arthur in the past. I have a sneaking suspicion that Andy is somehow involved in my messages not getting through to Arthur.Andy is arrogant, rude, unprofessional, and doesn't know anything about how to deliverquality customer service.3.3.2024 Update- Because I filed a complaint against this substandard Firestone store, the mediocre manager, Travis, is refusing to service my car. I bought the Lifetime alignment service, and this Montfort store screwed up the alignment, and now they are refusing to correct it. Another example of their "exemplary" customer service. Any customer that complains about their lousy service they will intentionally drive them away. This is the way Travis, the manager, handles customer service issues.3.7.2024 Update- I shall never go back to Firestone Montfort. I should have stopped going to that store months ago. I found a new Firestone store that is 100 times better than Firestone Montfort. It's like dealing with a different company! Nobody like the jerks at Montfort, particularly Andy and Arthur, And the store manager is MUCH more professional than Travis, who is a stone-cold loser.3.8.2024 Update- It took a while, but I figured it out. The reason Travis defends Andy's disgusting behavior is that when you dig below the surface, Travis the store manager has a personality and demeanor that is just as screwed up as Andy. Travis keeps this dark side very well hidden from customers, but it is there. They are both exactly the same type of screwed up individual, and believe me, that ain't no compliment.I WOULD ADVISE ANY CUSTOMER OF FIRESTONE MONTFORT TO GET THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS DYSFUNCTIONAL STORE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THERE ARE BETTER FIRESTONE LOCATIONS IN DALLAS. START GOING TO ONE.NOTE: If you encounter a poorly run Firestone location, don't expect anyone at Firestone to do anything about it because the Area Manager, Pete O'Connor, is incompetent. He should have been fired a long time ago.And he will ban customers who complain about bad service. Not only incompetent, but vindictive as well. Not even 1 Star is deserved from the way I have been treated and the service on my car . Just be aware the shop here plays the guessing game at your expense . 35 years of experience and playing a guessing game .And I was told the cost of the work to be dun to my car would be $1300 and yup that person is not there so I was charge $1700 per the service mange and so I was called and told my car was ready 2 times and the car didn't even make it out of the bay .3 rd time i went to pick my car up, everything seemed to be working fine and Lord and behold , it did the same thing the very next morning and i winded up walking to work . 3 attempt s to get it right . So I ask for a refund and I was told ( I am not getting my money back and that had to take the car back in ) after 3 times, they need to continue the work. Buying parts I don't need . no way I am dun with this Firestone , may as well be some corner shop off the street.

I bring my Jeep here a couple times a year. They always do good work, are friendly and helpful, and prices are far more reasonable than a dealership.It is worth getting their credit card for larger purchases as there is 0% APR for several months. I keep mine for emergencies while traveling since they have locations all over the country. I prefer Firestone to their "Good" competitor.

This is one of those auto shops where they will take advantage of you to make more money. Went in for a patch job, said I needed a whole new tire. Got it patched up no problem for free somewhere else. They are crooks that try to hide. Do not goService: TiresService: Tires

This review would be a five star because the customer service agent actually gave me something to look up on the vehicle that I purchased and I think he led me right.My only issue is a bit of counsel instead of a direct rebuke. The man was definitely stressed and I understand. He had people in front of him and once he said that I was alright because he would have to look up the item.So I was okay calling back, but there is a need to be cordial and to say "Thank You for your call", that would have been just fine. So this isn't in my feelings a normal day for him. I just want him to realize that he has all the control. And everybody must be patient, even me.Other than that, he at least knew what I was getting at, despite not knowing the ends and outs of my own vehicle. Right now I believe I found the problem, but I still need to have it confirmed. And just for the fact that he did help in a slightly rude, but understandable situation. I am upgrading the rating to 4 stars instead of 3.As long as they know what there talking about, I can overlook a bad day. So to management give him a pad on the back for maintaining his cool in a tough time.

Don t trust when they say you need to replace with new tires, check with other places. Had couple incidents with this particular location where they asked to replace but it wasn t required. Saved $300-400. If you want save yours confirm with different place.

scheduled an appointment, came on time and set around for an hour waiting. I than inquired how much time it would take to get my tires, they said an additional hour. I than informed them I would take my car somewhere else. I was immediately informed that they could start on my services right now. so what they did was put my car on the rack, took the tires off and left it til they got to it.. totally unacceptable and will not come back.Service: Tires

Best car service place I have found (also checkout Goodyear on Preston in Frisco). The Tumbler (aka Batmobile) had a flat tire in Frisco (btw... run flat tires... I drove15 miles to back to Firestone on the DNT at about 80 mph... run flat tires are worth the extra cost). I've been bringing the Tumbler here for 2 years now and bringing other family cars here for 4 years. Perfect service, perfect customer service. I trust these guys. They always treat me like a rock star. Cannot beat the fact that they are open 7 days a week!!!

Rude! I called to inquire about new tires and the response I got was yeah I got a lotta people in line so you ll have to give me a minute. Hold on. He sounded annoyed with me and had an extremely rude tone. I hung up immediately and took my business elsewhere. Would NOT recommend.

Really slow service. I came in at 8:45am for a state inspection. An hour and a half later, they still hadn't looked at it. The front desk guy was making personal calls instead of actually doing his job. I've been a loyal customer for 10 years, what happened to you guys??

Took my car here because of a flat tire. The guy up front told me the tire was flat because I didn t drive for two days, and invalidated it. Went somewhere down the road and there was a nail, and the other place fixed it in 15 minutes. If you have a tire issue go to High 5 Tires instead.

This is actually a really good spot to take your car if you just need something worked on. It s in a very convenient location and the employees that work there are very accommodating and professional. The only problem is everyone seems to come to this fire stone so it s going to typically be very crowded no matter what time you go. They do provide coffee and have a decent amount of comfortable seating and television for people to watch but plan to be there for a few hours. The only reason I knocked a star was because my car came back with a sizable scratch after it was inspected

Rip off will contact BBBI am a certified mechanic for more than 15 years they denied a tire warranty says he needs proof where you could have check the tread wear on the tires never again using fires stone was told by the them at another location that they were discontinued tires

I had a flat and two tires with nails... they helped me get a good deal on new tires and they had really good service for a walk in. The only bad thing was they told me it'd take an hour but I was there for 4... but like I said, it was worth the wait because of the good service and new tires that I'm happy with.

They swept my tire key. I come here where they tell me that they don't have it to go to the dealer and to bring them the receipt, that is, it was their negligence to ruin the key for me and it is their responsibility to fix that, not to waste my time. lousy service the worst I do not recommend it

Brake service took more than 3 hours and I was the first customer. Not sure if they did a good job. Also they over charged me claimed they gave me the $25 off but they just added it right back into the invoice. I was told the brake inspection was free and the total cost was $511 for rear brakes which is already over priced but then they have the nerve to charge me for a vehicle inspection on top of all that $21.99 plus $9.99 for the brake check and no discount definitely calling the corporate office on this one. They never said anything about the cost difference or explained anything or had me sign anything! I was there more than 3 hours and that is plenty of time to say something. They even put at the bottom of the invoice they spoke with me in person at 1140am which is not true. I have called and hopefully I will get some of my money back.Service: Brakes

The manager said that I was going to have to wait an hour and a half to repair a tire. He had 2 open bays. Poor customer service especially since my tires (4 of them brand new) were purchased at Firestone. I went to NTB and they patched my tire in less than 30 minutes at no charge.

Please do NOT waste your hard earned money here. If you re a woman DEFINITELY do not come here. Not only did they steal about $50 worth of lug nuts that weren t used for my car from me, but they lied about putting it in my car and DOUBLE CHARGED ME FOR MY SERVICE!! I called to follow up as the rep suggested and the manager had no clue what was going on nor did they follow up as stated. If you have an issue take it to the corporate office because they will give you the run around or lie at the store level

I have been going to Firestone for service since I moved to Dallas 5 years ago. This place by far has the worst customer service of all. I had my oil changed and the time estimate was hours over what I was told. Today I go to get air in my tires, I was told someone would be outside to help me when they had a moment. Even though typically the person at the desk helps with this. I waited behind a women who didn t know what she was doing trying to fill up the air in her tires. After 10 minutes, I called and told them she needed help. They didn t care. I waited another 15 minutes for her to finish and 3 employees walked out of the garage and didn t offer to help her. I finally found my own gauge in my car filled it myself. I went in to ask for help again because the sensor still was not working. They guy at the desk again was completely unhelpful. While I understand it is Saturday and they are busy, it would have been a lot more customer focused to tell me the likelihood of anyone helping me anytime soon would be slim or offer for me to wait in the lobby and not the 35 degree weather until someone was available. Please spend the extra 5 minutes of your time if you can and drive to another location for help if you are able. I have been to Firestones in multiple areas of the metroplex and never experienced such poor service.

Horrible! Even with appointment, took way too long for oil change. They then tried to sell me on (2) license plate lights for $45 each. Lol. I had requested they also check battery. They didn t. When they checked me out, he said, keep eye on battery, seems a little weak . Really? I asked for that upfront, never evendid it. Service has Really has gone downhill. $75 for basic oil change on a Ford SUV. Don t recommend this location. Just felt like I was totally scammed. I also asked for tire rotation, never did it but charged me.

Andy is fantastic! My family was driving through Texas on our way to pick our kid up from camp when we had serious tire trouble. Andy was able to find a tire and get us in all while there was still a lot of other vehicles getting serviced. This was LATE in the afternoon but he made sure it got done right! I felt safe and comfortable the whole time and the place is nice and clean. Thank you ANDY!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Please make sure the technician that actually performed the service is available to speak when you pick up your vehicle. Best advice I can give you dealing with this place. If not please no your are not getting a refund for any miscommunications nor mistakes that occured/occur when picking up your vehicle. This is specific to THIS location. Plano on W. Park is Amazing! Ask for Rusty .

First time ever my husband did not stay and watch what they did to the truck.After picking up our truck we started having issues with our battery. Long and behold our new battery was exchanged with a very old rusted out battery. We have no way to prove it but we are 99% sure it was here.
