Price was a bit steep but multiple repairs needed to be done, plus my car is older, therefore, no huge surprise that repairs needed to be done. The appointment process was better than a previous time. Firestone asked me to call prior to the appointment. I'm glad I did so they could tell me the timeline of the diagnostics. The timeline of repairing my car was faster than the previous time. My car was ready the next day, which was great. Last time, it took about four days to repair. It depends on if/when parts need to arrive at the store.

I brought my truck in with a flat tire. It was late on a Sunday and the shop had many vehicles to get through before they could look at mine. They stayed late, even going so far as to wrestle with getting my spare loose from under the truck, the mechanism having had problems over the years (my truck is over 20 years old). I was very impressed with this location's diligence, patience and going the extra mile.

Maurice and Asia are THE BEST !!! I always go to see Maurice for anything needed for my car .He is patient , knowledgeable and a good guy .He runs the store as if it were his own . He has a customer for as long as he is there .Firestone should be proud that Maurice is an employee there .

WARRANTY NOT HONORED! I bought 4 new Bridgestone tires 2 years ago at this store. The ones on the rear were Potenza with 50,000 mile warranty. After only 17,000 miles, they are worn out (even with the depth bar). The wear was even. THEY DID NOT GIVE ME ANY WARRANTY CREDIT FOR THE MILEAGE. Their excuse was that the car had not been aligned, but when the performed an alignment, everything was in range. Then they tried to say they were worn down too much! I took a video of the tires showing the even wear. These cost $250 per tire and my charge today was $612.96 after only 2 years of use! What good is a warranty if it's not honored!On top of this, they charged me for road hazard protection which I didn't want. I wasn't shown the detailed invoice until after I paid (my bad), but they couldn't refund it. Have to call manager later.Horrible customer service!Service: Tires

This location has great customer service and truly cares about their customers. I needed a tire replaced due to a nail in the side wall, and they were honest about my current tires being new enough that I would only need the 1 tire. I have been to other places that would work to persuade me that I needed to spend more on another tire (even when my tires were a year old). I felt comfortable and confident that my car was in good hands!

I used to be a loyal customer here until they damaged my car while servicing it and refused to fix it. Stay away!!!I bought a used Subaru WRX. I looked it over and it looked great. I have video and pictures of it looking great. Out of an abundance of caution, I took it to Firestone on June 26, 2022 for a service to check the tires, brakes and clutch. Firestone called and told me that the tires were fine and there was no service needed on anything else. I picked it up. When I got home I noticed that one of the tires and wheels was badly damaged and the side skirt was hanging off because of a broken clip. I took it back to Firestone the next morning. Maurice, the manager, took pictures and assured me that he would file a claim for the damage. He also mentioned that they had not had any one qualified to service manual transmissions in the day before when it was serviced. It seems obvious to me that whoever drove it the day before during the service hit a curb and damaged the tire, wheel and side skirt. Firestone refuses to accept responsibility for their employee's negligence. No insurance company ever called me. I called back for several weeks, was left on hold for over 10 minutes each time (no doubt they hoped I would give up and hang up) and finally got them to give me a claim number. They claimed that the insurance company had been calling my husband's phone number. This was not true. We have never been contacted by anyone. In any event, my claim is against Firestone, not their insurer. Maurice refused to give me a phone number for the insurance company. Everyone else defers to Maurice. I have no further recourse. I urgently need to buy a new tire and pay to have the side skirt repaired. I cannot drive the car with a chunk missing out of the tire. The wheel is damaged and will have to be replaced as well.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

I unfortunately had 2 bad experiences with an alternator and later on with a/c repair. Each time I paid and went to drive away, there was another $200 problem that needed attention. Can't trust the work they do They should stick to tires.

I came in upset about a flat tire and some other things had happened all in the same day, but was treated with decency, respect and professionalism. The shop was clean and the service was fairly quick considering I drove up without an appointment. They had a perfect match for my tire, too. Definitely recommend this location.

The CUSTOMERS TIME IS NOT A PRIORITY here. I called in two days in advance to confirm that they had the appropriate tires for my car. They confirmed that they did, and after two hours of doing nothing (the day of scheduled service), they tell me that they do NOT in fact have the correct tires.It was a complete waste of time, and I took half a day off of work for nothing. If you still want to go with fire stone, I recommend literally any other location.Unless you like UNRELIABLE service and INCOMPETENCE, then you ll LOVE this place!Service: Tires

I made an appoint with this location as the one I normally go to is now farther. Upon arrival I was checked in without an ETA of completion. I asked if I was to tell him about coupons he offered the credit card and said we could compare coupons and discounts with the credit card once he checked out the car. Once called to the desk the man was very abrupt and quickly glosses over prices except for the $100+ cost to fix the fog light in my car and the $20 cost to repair a tire. He seemed irritated that I didn t want to apply for the credit card and declined the fog light repair when I made sure he understood that I did want the tire repaired. Well you said no so I thought you didn t want anything . Upon checking out he never gave me a total or asked for my coupons instead he just prompted me to insert my card. I asked for my total and he said it would come up on the screen but like I said I d still like to know my total before hand. Then I looked at the counter at the courtesy c heck form he never went over and asked for clarification. He noted the bottom of the form in which the key tells me what they found! Then he did a quick overview!!! Highly dissatisfied with customer service but the timing was good in and out in about an hour!

Every time I come to this location, whether it be to have my car inspected, oil changed, tires filled, or having repairs done, the workers here treat me with decency and respect that I have no right to. I am not a car person, so I often have to rely on other people when it comes to my car having issues, but these folks go beyond the call of duty in both customer service and actual services being performed! They even explain the issues with the vehicle in terms I can understand! I cannot recommend this location enough!

Excellent customer service experience and willing to let the customer know if there's a hitch in the service process. Invited me to help them understand my vehicle's quirks which gave me a real peace of mind. They also work on special vehicles with a thorough understanding. Best Firestone location I've ever been to!
